I want to be sure that CVS in Alpine, CA knows that Rant is a very valuable employee. He helped me and was able to answer all my questions. He was so kind and went the extra mile. I work in HR and this kind of talent is hard to find these days. Thanks again Rant for all your help.
Nour was so rude! I asked to speak to someone else and she said there was nobody else to talk to and then hung up on me! I’ll never use this location again!! Someone needs to inform this person on how to be kind.
I was looking for a wall calendar and certain cookies. They didnt have either item. So, I was in and out. Better luck next time. Store was not crowded. Everyone was wearing masks 😷.
Very good service, they always are able to help me. They are very friendly and professional. I frequently go for pickup mi medications ( a lot ) . I always have good experiences, even by phone. They are the best 👍
Great service, very organized, my trips are always accomplished as they have everything Im looking for in a pharmacy. They also go out of their way to accommodate your request. This reflects the type of Manavsrďd4refr that are running these units.
Small town lovely store. There are times waiting for clerk help takes a few minutes but if you’re blessed enough to live in Alpine, you don’t mind.
Absolutely appalling. I called to tell them I do not want a prescription refilled after they called me at least 30 times. Was on hold with the pharmacy for 17 minutes and hung up on. I called a second time assuming they were having phone difficulties. I was on hold for an additional 7 minutes. Hung up on a second time. Called the pharmacy a third time and after 4 minutes a very rude woman answered the phone. I called the manager to inform them of the customer service I had encountered and she couldnt have cared less. I will not be shopping there or filling prescriptions. Ive had enough of the consistently bad customer service and tree murdering receipts.
Love this CVS store. I also like the company. For one thing they dont test their products on animals.
The pharmacy staff is very friendly but they take forever to get things done. Spent two hours waiting to get a couple prescriptions the first time, and the second time they filled them wrong which we didnt realize until the day after. Not the wrong meds just wrong form which was specified the first time. Didnt specify the second time because we thought that had already been made clear, maybe they should have made a note of it. I hate to say it but I would suggest trying another pharmacy if your insurance allows it.
Ths is the worst services I have experienced. They dont answer the phone and you have to wait for ever to get waited on.
The worst customer service I have EVER received. 80 percent of the time I call I am on hold over 20 minutes. They never answer their phone. I finally called the store thinking they were having phone issues and the operator told me they were “short staffed”. Absolutely horrific and unacceptable. Customer relations has been little hel. They should really be reading the customer reviews on here. This PRIVATELY owned business has worse customer service than the California DMV!
Always friendly and helpful. Never went in and saw anyone with anything other than a smile. Shop there for all of my drug store requirements. Thanks to all the staff - I really appreciate you.
This is just the friendly place to come and the staff is so helpful will take you right to the product you are looking for...my favorite CVS. I shop here every week.
Called serval times today to check my prescription before I leave work towards CVS. Each time I was placed on hold for 20min before I gave up.Im not sure about their storefront yet but the phone service is abysmal.
I go to this CVS for everything, don’t know why there’s are so many negative reviews. Maybe people need to try going into the store instead of being lazy and calling or going through the drive through lol. Every time I go inside for every prescription I have (which is 3 I take regularly) I’ve never had an issue. Just a thought but maybe the bad service customers are receiving is a reflection of how they carry themselves.
Had a horrible time trying to get my prescription transferred from walmart. I had an email confirmation that my prescription was ready. Go and pick it up, not there and they have no record of it. I figured it was an error with the CVS app. But the staff were rude and seemed as if they didnt care my prescription wasnt there. After dealing with them for about 20 minutes, they finally decided to call walmart and get it transferred. Eventually it was all sorted out, but made me regret doing it just to get a closer location for my prescriptions.
Really hesitant to post this as all but one of my experiences here were very good. That one particular experience was off the charts the worst customer service I have had anywhere, be it a gas station, bookstore, coffee shop etc. All he had to do was say his hands were tied. I should not have reacted to his condescending and patronizing demeanor. Perhaps he thought I was upset with him rather than the byzantine drug scheduling system. If the drug companies can plausibly comport policy that limits the availability of cheap generic medication that is generally the case. Ironically, I only need to be 21 to buy the most lethal drug, alcohol. Obviously safety is a ruse, not a concern. Above and beyond the worst interaction with a service representative, but I think the real problem is systemic rather than personal. In any case, there is a Rite Aid right down the street. Much better service; they have fewer customers.
The guy at the counter told me the wrong date that my prescriptions will be ready and lost my insurance card. When questioned about it he threw his hands up and said I dont have it; great customer service buddy. I tell the manager and he can care less.Ive been sitting and waiting for my script for 37 minutes when there is no one in the store. Well cvs you just lost hundreds of $$$ from me.
Just wanted to say that lisa and erin in the pharmacy are the most rude people and the poorest customer service!! I had my my prescription sent to alpine cvs after i broke my leg and needed my pain medicine. I even went through the drive through and dropped off my script. 3 hours later they couldnt even find my name and acted like they had no knowledge of me. Then i tell them i came to the drive through and handed them the script. Well we dont know who you are i said i came through the drive thru, she then yells at me i heard you your doctor is unavailable youll have to wait till tomorrow wow. So broken leg in pain and no medicine. People like this shouldnt be in customer service in charge or peoples medications. Lucky its not life threatening or i would be in more trouble than pain. Hateful old sea hags!!! Just wanted to warn everyone to go somewhere else. Lisa and erin or Arron should be fired!!!
Worst Pharmacy I have ever experienced! They frequently dont answer the phone after extremely long auto-hold times of 20+ minutes. I get put on auto-hold for 10-15 minutes - then they disconnect me and I have to start all over! Theyre rude! Theyre short tempered. On personal visit, the actual main Pharmacist, Jeff, could not be more aloof and uncaring if he tried. Lost prescription refill scrip for an entire years worth of heart meds, improperly refilled prescriptions, incorrect number of pills in prescription refills (and Jeff laughs about it), no courtesy phone call advising of refill scrip lapse for critical heart meds after THEY LOST THE REFILL PRESCRIPTION I HAND DELIVERED AND IT NEVER GOT ENTERED. Honestly, this CVS Pharmacy should be shut down as a Danger To The Public.
Pharmacist is very knowledgeable, been there many times and the checkers are professional and pleasant as well.
If I could give a negative review I would. This place is the worst place EVER. 1 cash register person and super busy in drive thru as well as inside. Wait time right now so far is 20 min and still waiting... TERRIBLE
Rudeness aside - and there is plenty of that in the pharmacy - I am tired of the weekly robocalls informing me that prescriptions are ready for pick-up when we have not requested any refills. Theyve even gone so far as to call my doctor to ask for refills WITHOUT permission. Im still trying to get it all sorted out with the insurance company. I have asked time and time again for them to stop and it just keeps going on and on. The pharmacist is a real jerk. One visit, I got half the pills I was supposed to and he just shrugged and said Oh well. I cant do anything about it since you left with them. What am I supposed to do - count them before I leave the counter? Ive transferred back to Walmart
We love the cashiers!! Always friendly!!
The worst customer service ever. Long wait times. I am a registered nurse calling in pain medication for a patient. Put on hold for 10 minutes 4 different times. Was told that their voicemail didnt work. No music playing while on hold so not sure if holding or just sitting there holding a dead phone. Pharmacist is rude. They hung up on me when I was trying to call in a medications for a patient.
Worst pharmacy ever deserves 0 stars
Terrible service at the drive up pharmacy! Judy has no business helping customers if she cant type or enter information efficiently! Never having my childrens prescriptions sent there again!!!!
Good staff
