I wanted to return some parts that I didn’t end up using and lost my receipt. For some odd reason the warranty for them did not come up under my account, no one knew what the issue was. If it wasn’t for Jose I don’t know what I would’ve done. Best customer service I’ve experienced in an auto parts store ever. Shout out to Meek as well as he has made buying parts a breeze. Jose and meek keep delivering flawless customer service!!!

Had to buy rear wiper blade. It was expensive but having the sales guy put the blade on for me was worth the cost. I have to give him credit because I couldnt have done it.

Today I needed a headlight he assisted with with purchase and installed to find out I needed both headlights replaced! Normally no problems, this time was given wrong oil filter and,rotor that was supposed to be there at 5 or 5:30 finally showed up at 6 with no call was returned used oil and inquired about rotor and told me it just showed up.

Good morning..I had the pleasure of being greeted by Mr. Andrew at the Alsip Auto Zone. This morning my Jeep barley started up and that gave me some anxiety this morning. The warm welcome from Andrew R, was an instant relief, I tried to rush into a solution but Andrew advised me to check and ensure my battery was the problem it was.. within minutes we were done ✔️ jeep rolling fear crushed.. the best Saturday and auto zone experience... I’ll always come back to this location... I felt taken care of here...Satisfied customer ☀️☀️

Today started off pretty rough because I was pulled over due to having one working headlight (just a warning). I immediately went to Auto Zone where I was assisted by a representative named Mike. Mike not only suggested to replace both bulbs but he replaced them for me! I was over the moon with his customer service I received and his over spirit. Thanks again Mike and Auto Zone I will definitely be returning to this location.

I bought a battery and if I took the old one back I would get a $20 refund. Sales person took out and put in the car the batteries. Courteous and friendly service.

7pm Sunday my car battery decides to die. I call in and they were happy to help me deal with the situation and my battery was changed literally 20 minutes later. this place has excellent service and the person who helped me (stephen I believe) was a great person to guide me through the process, he discounted the core charge for the battery installation, and was an overall awesome person to talk to. this is the place to be for car problems!

Great staff! Super helpful and friendly. Not just a place to buy parts for your car but also a great place where staff can help troubleshoot issues. I went to buy a replacement bulb for my car headlight. The manager on duty took a look to help me install, jiggled something and voila light came back On! Needless to say I didnt have to make a purchase, but when I have to...this is where I would buy.

Love auto zone! The guys there are knowledgeable and dont try to convince you to buy the most expensive product that youre looking for. They tell you that you really dont need that headlight....its only a preference etc. They are very courteous there and helpful!

Love this store and the people that work there.. always so helpful and take the time to explain things so I understand how to fix my car my self.

The sales team gives great help when puchasing batteries but be sure to ask upfront about extra service charges.

Prices were a sticker shock, but could be attributed to a difference in the tax rates vs where we live and where we stopped along our route for a new truck battery . Service was okay although when a stores empty one would assume youd be greeted walking in. Prices were pretty high and service and friendliness was lacking . But, all said it wasnt a negative experience just wasnt memorable or the type youd tell others about.

I was just in there for my check engine light he came out checked my engine light very nice guy we went back inside and figure it out what was wrong with my car but you guys didnt have the parts for it usually you guys have everything so its not a problem I can always order it online I still have the form you print it out for me so that was very useful thank you

Very rude customer service bought a A/C compressor and had it installed. Part was defected and the shop wrote on the receipt giving details of why the part was defected. I contacted that autozone and talked to the store manager Chris who told me to come in that Saturday, when i called in Saturday i asked to speak to Chris, was told Chris was out of town but to still bring the air compressor for my money return. When i get there they told me they dont know who told me that but Chris is the only person that can do a return and was very rude. Finally i was able to talk to Chris he told me to come in saturday and i can receive my return, i get there Saturday again Chris took a look at me and said let me take a look at it, he examined the compressor and told me well he cant give me my money back because doesnt know if the part is in fact a defective part i then presented the the statement from the repair shop stating what the problem was with the compressor he then said i was lying that it was nothing wrong with the part i then asked him to call the shop he called them and they told him everything i explain +more Chris off the phone and said he still dont believe it because i probably knew them. It was like he was saying that because Im black my word or others dont matter because Im African American the whole staff treated me like i was a bum on the streets. It sad (Blacklivesmatter)

I thought I needed a new battery since my car would not always start. When the young lady came out to test the battery she noticed the Clampwas loose. She tightened it up and no charge. Would not take as tip either.
