All of us are aware of what we pay for things. I know I could buy less expensive paint products. However the quality is always there and the small store experience suits me ahead of paint in a big box. Also the staff is so knowledgeable that I feel like I truly bought the right paint for the job. It is my paint store.

Not very good. I went to the Alsip locatoin.... i wanted to get a gallon of paint that i brought in.... put into 4 quart size cans that i was going to pay for. I was told they couldnt do it because they didnt have Anything to poor the paint into the courts And it was gonna make a mess all over the place. If i am not mistaken isnt this a paint store ?????I find that the customer service at this location is very sad and lacking in customer service. I see a lot of business now of days dont really care how they treat people and show pride with their jobs. I was really taken back on how the employee, manager or associate acted when he told me his reasons. Sherwin Williams you need to take a look at your people representing you. Sincerely yours Mr. Unhappy customer.

Paul the sales associate was professional, helped me with the items I needed, informed me of the 35% discount promotion and applied it to my order. This was my first visit to this store and I recommend shopping there for your paint needs.

Staff is very friendly, respectful and helpful. I definitely recommend this location! Always very clean and organized. There is even refreshments and treats for customers and guests. Natalia helped me pick an amazing color for my kitchen and got me a great deal. Will revisit in the future for all my painting needs!

I was in and out really quickly. Colors came out great, good quality paint and they had a sale which made it really worth the trip.

Associate asking about the project & provide feedback, guidance & recommendations about colors & amount of paint. Associate knowing that the little can of primer (which we bought on his recommendation) wouldn’t be enough to cover 1 brick wall. We’ve spent over $800 & still have many rooms to paint. But I’m considering going to Menards so I can get samples & return colors that are wrong. I’ve never been able to get samples of my color choices from SW. And I’m pretty sure the color I just brought for my ceiling is too dark & not the shade of green it looked like in the store. I’m really disappointed in SW.

Great people at this location. Forgot part of my purchase. 3 days later when I went in for something else, they had it in back waiting for me. Top notch!!!

Last night my husband and I went there to buy paints for a whole house and we asked the guy (around 7 pm) for help with paint. We were the only ones there. He started to hep us, but when a guy walked in, the salesman told us to wait and he spent over a half hour helping the guy, including him buying just two cans of paint over us going to buy paint for a whole entire house. When I reminded him that we were there first, he told me we had to wait. We left without him helping us and we will take our over $1,000 order somewhere else, and they can kept their two can sale and their rude salesman.
