I shop here for myself and for gifts for others. I am in love with the wall flowers. I have them in every room of my home.

The staff was so friendly and helpful. Katy was so sweet and knowledgeable. There were some great sales too.

Great place to shop in its almost like an adventure

This place has great very fragrant products. My only gripe is they dont really let you sample them. I mean I brought in my own steel bathtub and water to start bathing and trying things out and as soon I disrobe they ask me to leave and you cant be nude in public

The store is nice and some of the clerks were nice. But I felt like I was being followed and watched while I was shopping by one of the clerks. Wherever I was she was either a few steps behind me or over to the side of me. I know I wasnt dressed fancy due to a spur of the moment idea of shopping at B&BW....but the clerk needed to stop following me and help other customers.

My wife loves to get various scents from bath and body works, but this particular location seems to suffer from the same issues that many of the stores at Alton Square do.. the selection is a bit minimal and behind schedule. Good value, as always.. great staff.. but the lack of stock brings the experience down.

If you are trying to get cheap candles, then go back to Walmart. Just remember, you get what you pay for. These are not cheap. They are very well scented, and last quite a while if burned correctly. There is usually a deal online, so there is no reason anyone should be paying full price for anything in this store. I go to the candle sale every year, and buy at least 15 candles each time. I LOVE their scents!!! So well worth the price!!

I love going in here, it smells sooo good! I always go in there during sales and stock up on hand soap and wallflowers. Our house always smells so good and the employees there are very friendly and helpful.

The Alton Bath & Body Works was pleasant experience. The women who assisted me were very helpful and congenial. There was vast verity of products in stock and everything I want was in the store.
