Very good food even for us vegetarians. Will definitely go back!

This is crazy, but I just moved here from Maine. My favorite restaurant is Fishermans Catch Restaurant in Wells, Maine. This place surpasses even them. The catfish is unbelievable. This makes me feel like Im at home. I cant even express what this means to me.

Just ate food from Alton Market for the first time. My wife and I both had the phillysteak. My son got a double cheeseburger. And we all had cheese fries.Everything was awesome! I have no complaints. I just wish I wasn’t so late to the party. Apparently they’ve had the kitchen in there for over a year.

How can u put barely any chicken and cheese on an entire loaf of bread and call it a Philly. No peppers or onions, worst Philly Ive ever had. Literally most of my sandwich was bread

Im writing this review to support one of my favorite restaurants. Mostly because someone left a 1 star review because the place smells like smoke. Are you kidding me!??? We should be doing all we can to support local establishments especially during covid. Seriously, some people make me incensed. I love this restaurant. Like everyone else, the Philly is my favorite, tho!

Just great food. I have eaten at Alton market so many times since. I moved here. I always get Philly or 3 piece catfish and it has been amazing everytime. I compare its food to Mini corral but I like this more. A lot more. Pricing is a huge HUGE plus as well.

The fried catfish is really good, breading is well seasoned. But the philly cheese steak stole the show! The bun is so soft and the cheese is super melty. I will be dreaming about this cheese steak sandwich until I can get another one! Staff are super polite and friendly as well!

Im from Louisiana and I just moved here and I just found this place. The one thing I know is fried catfish. Its my favorite and Ive looked all over Alton and St. Louis for decent fried fish. I can tell you the catfish at the Alton Market is AMAZING!!!!! 5 stars! Im so excited this new restaurant opened!

Smoke filled all the time if you like smelling like food get you some and all the products on the shelf are covered in grease.

I wanted to like the food but honestly the worst food I’ve had in years. How it gets high reviews is beyond my imagination. And didn’t give condiments, no napkins and really not friendly. It’s a definite no from me.

Was told about this place from a co-worker. Great sandwiches with lots of cheese! There goes my cholesterol, lol.

Chicken strips were seasoned well, cooked-to-order, and big. An eight-piece was enough for two of us for lunch. Will be back to try the wings. Glad I ventured in.

Chicken Philly is amazing as is the Gyro! Stay away from the catfish nuggets, lol.

Ordered it for lunch, messed up coworkers food. Took a while to get less than 2 blocks away. Time kept changing and update they were still making food when said it would have been done by. Finally got almost 30 minutes after first time said it would arrive by.
