The place is clean and well organized. I liked my optometrist that did my eye exam. I went in knowing which frames I wanted, and had an idea how much they should cost. However, they were priced more than $100 over what any other vision center had them at, including ordering directly from Ray-Ban.I asked the ladies at the front desk for my prescription, so I could purchase elsewhere. Instead of simply accommodating this request, they made me talk to their boss. He gave a guilt trip about how they are a small shop and have to charge more to stay in business. I guess he didnt see the irony in the fact that if they were to charge a competitive price, theyd get more business. He became very short with me when I insisted I wasnt looking to pay more than $200 out of pocket, when my insurance was already covering close to $250. He begrudgingly gave me my prescription. This was all nearly a year ago, and now Im bummed out because Id like to go back for another exam and get some contact lenses. But, Ill have to find a different optometrist.

This is the only place where I buy my glasses. They have the Best Quality of frames and lenses.

The girls when you first come in and check out are all wonderful, always smiling and helpful. I had PRK through their partnership with TLC and Dr. Scheider has been very helpful during the recovery period. These guys really care about your vision and satisfaction. Been using them for over 20 years, always leave happy. The Heitz family knows how to do it right.

Dr. Justin S was fantastic. Im a nurse and asked some questions about eye stuff and he happily talked to me about various eye stuff in detail- you could really tell he liked his job. He was very personable and made the appointment interesting. Will definitely reccomend.

This is my go to place. The staff is always great and accommodating. Dr. Schieter is wonderful and always explains what hes doing and why a test is important. Love this place. I wear glasses and contacts and they have no problem working with my insurance.

Usually the folks are pretty nice here. Although, when trying to call up about getting my eyeglasses prescription, they were not very nice about it. Not sure if it was because I am going with an online store to get my glasses and not them? But I cant afford the glasses that are sold in doctors offices.
