I brought my bike into them to be serviced and get a tune-up. It had been in storage for about 3 years. Everything was dirty including the tires, and some of my cables were showing rust. I paid $85 and I’m pretty sure all they did was clean/grease my chain. The bike was still otherwise dirty from storage, mud still on the tires, cables still rusty and the battery on my mileage counter/speedometer was still dead. When I called to voice my concerns, I was told to bring the bike back in and they would give me a battery for my trouble. But otherwise, to have the bike cleaned would be $300 for overhaul. What exactly did my $85 pay for? I still don’t know. I will not recommend or bring my bike back in to them. I feel like I was ripped off and am pretty disappointed.

Great Service! I called ahead as I wasnt familiar with the shop. I was looking for bike repair (brakes) for my sons bike. Great customer service, took bike in and discussed repairs. Was less expensive than the original quote when picked up and the bike was ready two days earlier than expected. While in bike shop noticed they have EVERYTHING youd need! Look forward to going back and purchasing a bike for myself. Would definitely recommend.

Checked them out for the first time this weekend. Theyre definitely a lot bigger on the inside than they appeared from the road. I dropped off my bike along with my wifes to have them serviced for this spring. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. I was very impressed with the amount of inventory also. I thought their prices for service work were reasonable as well. I got a call today and as promised my bicycles are ready for pickup. If youre after a quality bicycle, accessories, or service work this would be my first recommendation.

The employees here work hard to make sure that the customer is satisfied with their purchase. When there was some confusion about some products I had ordered, they made sure that I had the right product and put in extra effort to make up for the delay (which wasnt entirely the fault of the store). A fantastic local business!

I love this place! Staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. They listen to what you are wanting/needing then make recommendations based upon that, not what they want to sell.

I went in today looking for a pair of indoor cycling shoes and cleats for my husband, so that he would be able to use our Peloton bike. Dane was incredibly helpful in finding exactly what I needed. My husband has wide feet, and cycling shoes are in European sizes, so I wasnt exactly sure what size I was looking for. Also, Peloton bikes require a specific kind of tri-bolt cleat. I got home and had my hubs try them on, and they fit perfectly! You guys are awesome!

We brought our tandem in, and wanted Everything checked out and replaced because it was stored for over 9yrs. My husband and I are Sure the only thing done, was the chain greased. It was a total waste of time at their store. By the 3rd ride we had some serious noise coming out. We took it to the Bike Surgeon in Edwardsville. Both sets of bearings were trash and needed replaced. Couple parts missing. We got it back and its like new.If this shop were honest or knew what to do. I would have something nicer to say.I will never give people we know, your shops number. Maybe you should stick to Just selling parts. I bought my new tires and tubes, and did them myself. So I know you were dishonest and never bothered to check them out. Shame on you guys. You will never see us our any friends here. I gave them a real shop name. Thanks for the waste of 60.00 I think grease is cheaper.The Wilks
