These guys had me in and out in under 30 minutes to diagnose and repair an exhaust leak in my 13 Charger. They were great. Very friendly and helpful. Only took a little over half an hour to put on a whole muffler system and catalytic converter at a very reasonable price. I would recommend them to everyone!

It was a very wonderful experience

I showed up to my appointment yesterday at 2 30 and they were closed and on the door it said closed Monday thru the 8th and my appointment was on Friday.

They closed shop for vacation and I never received a call to cancel or change my appointment I waited two weeks for. Didnt find out until I read a sign on the door. Now another week has gone by with no call back on messages left on the machine for a reschedule on my appointment. Really disappointed and will not be going here again

Aug 31, 2018 2:00pm. They fixed the exhaust problem but now I have a worse problem. When I took my car it was loud due to a flex pipe crack but running fine. After 30 minutes of welding, repair was complete. As my guy and I left the shop lot, we notice a loud squealing noise that hadnt been there before and the car refuses to accelerate as we drove. We turned around on the lot and the guy said wow, whats that noise and we said you tell us. Instead of going back under the car, mechanic lifts the hood and he says its a oil leak. No, a oil leak did not cause my car to squeal so loudly and barely accelerate. Were now sitting at another shop after leaving Mad Hatter!!!! I thought I was satisfied because the muffler was quiet but now something is else is wrong. I need my car for dire medical purposes! ☹️UPDATE: 3:00PMApparently, theres junk in the catalytic converter and flow is obstructed after the flex pipe was sealed. I had to go to another shop to find this out when the previous shop couldve told me. I wasted my money at Mad Hatter!!! Now Im out of even more money to correct this 😡😡😡😡 I went here because of reviews.

I purchased a Summit mandrel bent exhaust system for my classic car. I contacted Mad Hatter and they assured me that they could do the job. On my home, I heard a noise. Upon inspection I found the exhaust pipe rubbing on rear diff axle. Brought it back. They said that they would readjust it. I brought it home and reinspected it and found that they beat the pipe in with a ballpeen hammer. I do not reccomend Mad Hatter Muffler for any type of quality classic car repair.

This was my first experience with Mad Hatter. They got me in quickly. They recommended a cheaper repair to the exhaust system rather than replacing the whole system. Refreshing to have a repair shop recommend a cheaper alternative. It took them 30 minutes to complete for an unexpectedly low price. I will definitely return. Thanks.

This shop doesnt use stainless steel in any repairs. They use cheap steel, which will rust through in about a year or two. I guess thats one way to keep customers coming back
