Mantain the pumps.. Are in very bad conditions and you guys even don’t close the line…Business good maintained = Good business.

The pace was pretty quiet for a Wednesday morning. This was our first time stopping here. The pumps and surrounding area were clean. The store was clean and carried the standard stuff. The washrooms were just cleaned when we stopped, so no issues there I noticed a lot more green space surrounding this Pilot, which the dog enjoyed. Well probably stop here more often now that weve tried it 😀

Nice Pilot location! The bathroom was clean and stocked even with the constant foot traffic. There was a Subway, a McDonald’s, and a Cinnabon available for quick food options. We chose McDonald’s. And honestly MickyD’s is not usually my first choice, but the breakfast was actually VERY good! Ample grassy areas for those of us traveling with fur babies as well!

Absolute worst showers, every time I stop here the shower is freezing cold, then scalding hot, the freezing cold, and scalding hot, its like that the whole time... Its like someone turns the Hot water on and then the cold water off, then cold water on then Hot water off. I will try another truck stop next time.

Pilots are starting to be some of the worst truck stops out here. Half the pumps are broke down, and no showers. All the employees are just standing around though lol

This Pilot is outstanding and very neat. Restrooms are pristine. It offers a variety of food and is very well organized. The truck parking is super clean too and very comfortable to park and rest.

Im not so sure why its so hard for truck stops to clean their fans in the shower rooms more than once per decade. This is disgusting and its like this all over the country.

Im in almost every morning on my way to work, always have a great experience, store always looks great, every now and then it can be a little busy, but thats a good thing most of the time right? Aside from my favorite Morning Banter Buddy not working the last couple of trips in, I have no complaints

You guys have to fix the huge hole coming in from street to large truck fueling. The staff is great the McDonalds couldnt fight their way out of a wet paper sack. Two times in as many days and could not get a simple order correct both times.

Ive been shopping here for years on my way home from work today I stopped to put gas but the gas pump didnt stop so $20 of gas landed on the ground I talked to their manager and they said there was nothing we could do for you I guess I will be taking my business across the street to the new Tootn Totum

Im a Pilot Flying J loyal customerI stop at this pilot here in Amarillo try to get some food at McDonalds and the cashier young black girl had an attitude that make me leave the place after I was trying to order. I ask for the manager and He or She didnt come out so I went to Subway and that lady was even worse so I ended up getting some hot dogs .I give two stars because the cashier at the fuel desk was very nice.But those two other people have no customer service.

Pumps and parking lot are not rv friendly. Door says mask required to enter and 95% of the people have no mask on inside. Even the cashier had her mask down to her chin

Ample pumps for high traffic times. One of the better subways Ive ever visited. Conveniently also contains a McDonalds that looked clean. Bathrooms were acceptable. Staff was friendly and hard working. Location is good for a quick bite to eat before getting into the airport where prices will double or triple.

The staff is friendly. They keep it pretty clean. I almost never have a problem finding a place to park, because Im not afraid to invent one.

The inside n restrooms n shower r immaculately maintained. The fuel island is no where n comparison. Fuel spilled. Slick lanes. Pumps dirty. But the personnel there is top shelf. Like nobody goes outside. Not logical

I go all across the country to ALL major truck stops. Usually disappointed for one reason or another but NOT THIS TIME. 4:11AM. The manager on duty, GABBY, went above and beyond the call of duty. She greets every customer that came into the store with a welcoming and professional demeanor. Even at 4:00am. Great job. Hope she gets a raise. Also, the store was cleaned and well stocked. Too all Pilots arent ran as efficient and as friendly. Kudos for being a great example.

I pumped my own gas which was fine. I went into the ladies room which was fairly clean. I went to get a bite to eat from Subway, and the girl who started to wait on me could have had a little more customer care. She walked up to me and said what kind of bread. I felt like she could have said hi, how are you, welcome to Subway, or something like that and she didnt. The other girl who was putting together my sandwich was fine and the person that was at the register was wonderful. So it was really just the first girl. Other than that it was positive experience.

The place was clean and very busy. The gas was very reasonable. The restrooms clean and well stocked. The food was excellent and hot as well as fast. The service was nice and friendly. The were willing to help you find what you were looking for. 5 stars

Pilot Travel Center it was a nice stop on our trip. Restrooms were really clean comparedto some of the others along the way. Had a Mc Donalds and lots of other goodies to snack on. Staff was really friendly. Would recommend to anyone traveling through that area.

Been to a lot of Pilots and this one I always look forward to going to. Good fuel prices, clean restrooms, clean showers and always plenty of friendly smiles. Adrian and the day crew go above and beyond whats expected of a crew. It doesnt matter what Adrian is doing he always takes the time out to check me out and talk a little. Its like visiting a friend at work. Keep up the good work

Possibly the worst gas station Ive stopped at on a road trip. The gas was pumping at an unbelievably slow rate...no faster than 2 gallons every 3.5 minutes. I have a small tank so I figured I would be patient and relax. Bad idea. When I felt like enough time had passed I got out to check it. The flow rate was so slow it didnt trigger the sensor to cut off the pump. Gas was dribbling out of my tank and puddling on the ground. Thankfully I think I caught it within a half gallon, but the staff was unapologetic about the slow flow rate and loss of my gas/money. Stopping elsewhere next time!

No wifi service to the parking lot.

Ive been to many truck stops in my days, no night shift anywhere has ever been better. The pretty blonde at the front counter immediately greeted me as I walked in. They definitely have customer relations skills here. Ill definitely stop next time in town. Definitely a 5 star experience. Night shift on point.

This store was filthy. The fountain area had trash over flowing from the trash can. No cups no Coke flavor and the countertop was full of product spilt from other drinks. The cashier was rude her name is Jazmine she needs an attitude adjustment. The good thing is there is going to be a new truck stop across the street. I know their customer service will be better. Clean up your messy store. Take some pride in it.

Antwon at the fuel desk was the 1 man band 8/29/19 16:30 he had all the registers covered to serve the customers maybe his co workers called in sick

Be nice if there was something you guys could do to at least give bathrooms for the truckers. I get there is no water or whatever but come on! Have to be down for 10 hours with no restroom!

The woman working subway this morning was extremely happy with the guy cleaning, noticed my boyfriend and I had came over to get food and gave us a nasty look. Walked into the subway door, grabbed a broom & walked right back out knowing we were there waiting to get food. She didn’t say Welcome to Subway & she wasn’t cheerful at all with us like any other subway we been to. She seemed appalled that we had ruined her morning. My sandwich was poorly made, just thrown together and smashed. Had my meat warmed up and it was half cold, half warm. Not cooked fully.

Everyone of the employees that I came into contact with were absolutely wonderful..Super nice, friendly.. They have a Subway and a grill for more food choices, fudge for your sweet tooth.. Would gladly stop there again if I was in the area👍😁 😊

Decent truck stop. Parking can be difficult sometimes due to so many people. McDonalds indoor just remodeled and looks great. Fairly big selection of snacks. Subway there as well although the ladies that work there are super rude. The male manager is very nice though. They also have a cinnabon. Its great for sweet tooth, but makes you wish it was better.

The Pilot Travel Center held true to there word. This morning I dropped a load off at Amarillo Texas around 5:00 a.m. After I decided that it was best for my to stop by the Pilot Travel Center to take a shower. I pulled up into the lot use my rewards card. I went in heard my shower number being called. My room was very spotless. So now that I am nice & clean & full I will now rest😊. Thank you!

This place is awesome! There are lots of fuel pumps, so you can fill-up quickly. The pumps themselves have modern card readers for pay at the pump service. As a rewards member, I get points toward perks like free coffee every time I fill my gas tank. Inside, the place is very clean, with sanitary restroom facilities and lots of choices in the market for food and drinks. This place is a welcome sight to weary travelers, and I make sure to visit every time I pass through.

As a professional driver I appreciate the many fuel stops offered by pilot flying j. They are almost always friendly with plenty of parking for me and my rig. They have been and remain my stop of choice for fuel and taking my breaks. They have a variety of food choices and excellent coffee.

Great place to stop. Was on a tour bus with 47. Pilot had everything you can need. Food, fuel, clean bathrooms, travel items. Large parking area. Friendly staff.

Lots of parking here McDonald’s and subway . 10 Showers and Scale. Laundry on site No driver lounge but you can seat and have a meal. Trust me if you can’t get here in time with hours or it’s full you can always park nearby it’s 3 other places near by you can park and come over later if your company needs you to fuel at a pilot location. Also nearby the have a place 72 oz steak 🥩 you eat and it’s free!!! You don’t get ready for a big bill Bud

The pilot side was fine. The McDonalds side.. not so much. If you wanna know how to screw up a hamburger just ask them, they definitely know how.

Easy access. Not too crowded. They have subway and McDonald to quickly grab and go.

We came for some Subway, gas and the restroom but it turns out that restrooms are out of order and the restaurants were closed. No point in coming very disappointed.

Most of the staff dont bother who is coming & going. However, neat place. Sufficient parking. Clean washrooms and showers. McDonalds and subway is there, busy place. Windscreen washer frozen and buckets were missing from many fuel bays.

Every Pilot I have been to, is always clean. And always has good, friendly service. They seem to be safe places to stop. They have a good variety of snacks and drinks. Although the snack prices are usually high, the fuel prices are always as low as anyone else.

Super nice people. Really seems like everyone there enjoys their job, and it shows!

Great place to stop when traveling. Lots of parking spots, great variety of food on the shelves, clean bathrooms and friendly staff. The McDonalds here is clean and the workers are fast and friendly. The same with the Subway. A nice place for us truckers.

Its a price gouging truck shop with a McDonalds that somehow always incorrectly fills orders or takes exceptionally long. There are always panhandlers in the parking lot as well.

Dont bother fueling here--pumps dont work. Just use TA or Petro next door. Switched 3 pumps trying to fuel and none were working, was going to give up after second try, but the lady at the counter was very nice so decided to try another pump, and it didnt work either, at that point I went to fuel up at Petro

Seems like an ok stop. Be careful of the boatload of cats roaming the parking lot. Hiding under vehicles

Stopped in for fuel, great place, super friendly! Im from central Illinois and dont get to Texas too often but when we stopped, everyone was super friendly. It was like culture shock.

Normal in and out. Wasnt greeted and wasnt told to come back. Subway food would have been great if it hadnt been for the fact that the server made a wrap into a baseball. No flag on the flag pole where our colors need to be but infact they have multiple flags by the road. Not sure I want to stop at this location anymore. Good luck to those that do.

I really like to stop at the pilot travel centers. Clean restrooms, great snacks. Most stores have a fast food center. Showers, game room.

Stopped here at 2 a.m. and the restrooms were clean and friendly staff. Snacks were fresh. There is a Subway and a McDonalds but we didnt need anything from either. Just glad the restrooms were clean!

Pulled in, swiped my card at the pump, got a fraud alert that they attempted to charge me $151. Thats one hundred and fifty-one dollars. Didnt even pump any gas. Scam gas station.

My husband needed some parts to fix a fender that broke on our Polaris trailer. The female clerk was so helpful as he searched for parts to hold the fender together. She went above and beyond what she had to do to help him. It was a very busy time of the day. My husband commented to me that he couldnt believe how she trusted him to try a part out, etc. Made us want to come back to a Pilot as we travel throughout the year.

Shower stank like body odor. When I wiped some liquid I spilled on the floor up using toilet paper from the dispenser in the shower room, the toilet paper was black from the floor not being clean.Tipped the guy who cleaned the shower two dollars anyway out of respect for his likely being broke all of the time. Too bad he does not see fit to respect others like I respected him.Updated. Shower was clean today. Thank you very much. I appreciate the care.Five dollars tip today. Merry Christmas.

Store its self wasnt bad... killer water pressure. Only downside was the vagrants trying to hit me up for cash before I could even set parking brake. Manager ran them off so overall I cant complain

Clean the parking lot.Also do a better job with cleaning the showers. Black grime, someone elses pubes, and a white substance was found in the showers.

The best travel stop in Amarillo. The staff, particularly the blonde young woman with model beautiful face and figure are amazing. My new favorite travel stop in all of Texas.

Was disappointed when I did not get my discount because the clerk, #1427, told me I would have to call Good Sam, that my discount would be $2.20. All this when another customer kept trying to get his business taken care of. I calmly told him twice Just a minute. It is just the principal of the matter not the amount.

We camped here overnight. It was plenty quiet to sleep. The inside store was dirty, the selection of coffee was much smaller than any of the other Pilot/Flying Js we have visited. Shower was great.

It is difficult to get in and out of this station. If you have a trailer it is really difficult to move around. It is just not organized or big enough in the right areas.

Ive stopped here several times and every single time Ive stopped here, Im approached by someone wanting me to buy their gas, or buy them food, or just give them money. Now that will happen to me intermittently at other places, but not every time. Admittedly Ive got a bit of a sour taste for that here b/c I used to do that, and last time, a lady with a baby asked for food, b/c she and the child were hungry, trying to get away from an abusive relationship. Bought them meals which they took to the edge of the parking lot and gave to some guy just sitting in the car, and she promptly began approaching other travelers asking for $.

Truck stops and convenient stores tend to prey on consumers that want something. The true difference in a want and a need is you!!! You the consumer make it to easy for some of these companies to get away with half the price gouging that goes on. The wealthier people stay that way because they manage their funds. A lot of these places prey on visiting drivers because its the closest thing when entering a town that your not knowledgeable about. Wake up and take more charge of yours. Bless you all.

This pilot was nice it was quite busy but fair the McDonalds on the other hand is absolutely terrible employees stuck on one speed and that is slow as can be after pain for my mil which was to breakfast sandwiches I got a number and sat there and waited 8 minutes as the food was already prepared and sitting in the tray for somebody to get-up-and-go get it and put it in a bag for me I finally got tired of waiting and asked for a refund the lady said all your foods right here. The young man that checked me out walked over to a group of guys sitting down and was playing on his phone I dont know if he was still on duty or off duty
