I dont say a lot about Warren Caterpillar but every time I go there, that place is like going to a family reunion, everybodys nice. They go way out to make sure you get treated like youre supposed to. when I pick up cats, itll be at Warrens.

The guys do their best to service you quickly but sometimes other customers can cause you to wait almost up to an hour if not 30 min.

After a $600.00 bill to get towed to there shop after hours, I was informed that they no long work on OTR trucks. They have 1 mechanic trying to finish some trucks. My driver tried to have the mechanic to come out and listen to the truck, so I could make a decision on how to handle my situation. At first he was told no and handed a card to a mobile repairman. I called and was told they do not have a shop manager or store manager. Apparently everyone there works independently ??? The mechanic finally answered the phone and I begged him to go listen, he made every excuse why not to go listen to my truck. But finally he said he would go out on his break That would be at least be 2 hours later though. Since this just happened I dont have an outcome. Just wanted everyone to know DO NOT TAKE TRUCKS TO THIS LOCATION
