We have bought a wood burning stove here for a house we used to live in and recently purchased a gas insert from them for our current home. They are great to deal with and bent over backwards for us when doing the install. They have a great crew of guys and their service is second to none.

Nice service, but they didnt offer a replacement cap for their defective cap.....didnt even care. I showed him what went wrong, how the welds just simply broke....nothing. I said your product is at fault......nothing. Ill never go back again, no recommend them for anything.

My 65 year old parents bought oak wood from Fireplace Center during Christmas 2014 and had trouble with it burning in their fireplace. The wood was still green and not seasoned. They called for suggestions and Randy was not helpful - in fact he was pretty short and rude with my Dad. He simply told him good luck and he couldnt help. So, sad that these days there is no compassion or kindness left.

Have more than I can wish for, and Im a pretty good wisher.Great help with my needs as well...decent pricing too Headed back there as soon as the pandemic allows...

In May 2021 I put money down on a wood stove. In August my stove arrived damaged. I waited another 3 months for another wood stove only to have it come in broken as well. I became angry because I left a message concerning the stove. No one called me back. I was angry no one had contacted me and the owner comes up and tells me I need to calm down. Poor choice of words for a man to speak to a women. I told the male chauvinist off, got my money and left. They will not take care of you. If you want to deal with a patriarchal jerk, then by all means give them your business. The cost of my project is over $20,000 but hey they do t care!
