The previous owner’s health issues that made it extremely difficult to take care of the company - we all experienced something in life that takes us away from what we rather do each day - the normal we all prefer. This company has stepped up and what a great company to work with! They did everything at our home - three car garage, new gate unit, loop, etc. Cecilia is extremely responsive, knowledgeable, professional, kind and is excellent at what she does to get the fastest service. All installers are professional, answered all our questions, did excellent work and left the site clean! I would highly recommend them!

This company installed my garage door and opener originally in 2004, They have helped me to service the door and recently installed a new opener. Prompt, courteous, and they do their job with a minimum of disruption to your lifestyle. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Very good service. The technician was dispatched early the next day after I called. He showed up on time and diagnosed and explained the problem very quickly. He had my garage door motor replaced and working within an hour and a half. He was very courteous and efficient. The only reason I did not give 5 stars was because it seemed expensive but I did not price compare because it was more important to me to have the door fixed. I would definitely recommend Sonoma Overhead Doors.

AFTER SIX MONTHs a door from Sonoma Overhead Doors arrived and was WRONG!!!! It was supposed to be a custom door that looked like a Carriage house door with strap hinges and hardware on what would be two sets of paneled doors.It was supposed to take two months. Six and a half months later it arrived and Was not correct. It is 8 ft 1 in height. Sonoma Overhead door said that I should trench into the new concrete slab so the door can close properly. I’ve never heard of this. Are they amateurs???When the installers went to put on the strap hinges, they said there was not enough room to put the carriage straps on without going over the raised panels. Not exactly a good look for a $7000 garage Door. She suggested that maybe the door was made to have the hinge straps in the middle of the door. Not my idea of an appropriate design.I sent the company a photoshop comp based on the Charleston door that I chose. I also signed off on a drawing where the only dimensions indicated were height and width.She did not offer an apology or let’s see what we can do or let me come take a look at it and see what can be done.I hope they will remake my door but I’m not counting on it. The person that I spoke with at Sonoma Overhead door was rude, obnoxious and did not have the original photo comp I had agreed upon with her predecessor.If they correct this situation I will certainly revise my review. But until then, stay away!!!! I liked Randall and feel service is not their business.

In replacing our gate batteries they noted the transmitter needed replacement. At my request they replaced it the next day. When the second technician was there he noted the belts also needed replacement. When I said go ahead but it should have been noted by the first tech, they agreed and replaced the belts the following day without any labor charge.

They responded quickly. The tech arrived on time and had a stocked truck, able to fix the door right then.

A spring broke on our garage door at night when my wife came home. We called Sonoma Overhead first thing in the morning and they came out that afternoon and replaced the springs and some badly worn cables. Benjamin and Jorge were professional, courteous and fast. No hesitation at all to use them again and I would recommend them to others!

Under New ownership! Back to great old service! Taking all warranty work from previous owners! Was a rough past few years being that Dave had battled cancer, We are back 100% and honoring all previous work! Same day service with all previous staff!

Do NOT use them!We used them many years ago so gave them a try when we needed new doors at another property. They charged our credit card twice and so far have not reversed the charges. They were supposed to install yesterday and never showed up. They did not return our phone calls or texts.

Install was done as scheduled, their crew was efficient and polite.

I wish I would have read all the yelp reviews before I put a downpayment for a garage door. I have called too many times to recall in the past two weeks to get an ETA on my garage door ordered over 8 weeks ago (I was told it would be only 6 weeks). I have also emailed them -- with absolutely NO response. Save yourself time and trouble -- do not order from this company and read the YELP reviews.

Sonoma Overhead Doors was the company that installed our Garage Door. When our garage door came off of the track and was unusable, they had records on what type of door I have and came out the next day and fixed the problem in 40 minutes for a very reasonable price. I would recommend this company to anyone.
