Mary Ann was a delight to work with! When the stores equipment failed to function she went over and above the call of duty and processed my order as quickly as she could. The staff are always ready to help and are very knowledgeable about the products they sell. They also have knowledge on proper animal care. The store is well stocked and very clean. They are always willing to load up any products you purchase, like 50Lb bags of dog food, into your vehicle. Excellent customer service. I shop here for all of our animal needs. They have so much more than animal care supplies, toys, gardening supplies, clothing, footwear, and so much more.

I just added a labrador puppy to my family and was trying to get his shots at my veterinarian but they were booked for over 40 days. I took him in to Tractor Supply to purchase his shots. Val helped me and offered to administer the shot. So grateful for her help as I couldnt have managed by myself.

They have what I need. Ive been here several times and I always have to go looking for help. I wait quite a while for checkout, as most days cashiers arent at the counter. Recently they added Curbside Pickup. I ordered online and went to pick it up using this service. The guy who answered the phone put me on hold for almost 10 min. He didnt even ask me for a confirmation number or my name. He just said he would go check on my order. How if you didnt even know my order number?? I had to get out of the car to get someones attention. I didnt mind it, my problem was that they didnt do what they claim they do, which is curbside pickup.

I am very disappointed in this tractor supply. The store is always under stocked, Missing a lot of products. This store is very messy dirty floors and dirty shelves with stock in the wrong locations. Employees are not helpful or knowledgeable of store products. Most are nowhere to be found.

Great store,, But no one to help you..If you are a woman and you need 50 pounds of grain..Forget it..You will have to pick it up yourself.They have a couple women there.But I don,t like the idea of another woman lifting a sack for me that weighs 50 pounds.Its not right.Especially when all the men are in the back laughing it up..

Well these guys have absolutely everything. It was so much fun the first time I went in. I must have spent an hour and a half there wandering around looking at stuffa buddy of mine gets pellets for his wood stove. Looks like Ill probably be getting a large water tank for my rental out in the country.

My wife ordered jeans online. We went in to pick them. Store manager waited on us. Great manager made sure every thing we perfect. I highly recommend doing business here! Great store, great merchandise, and great service!

They are always very helpful ever time in there. They also know the products. Glad they open not to far away.

This place has a little of everything from horse feed to gun cases to farm vehicles and books on beekeeping. Its a bit of a drive for us so we stop by when have other business at that end of the Valley. The prices on horse feed, bird seed etc. are better than the other feed stores Ive been to.Staff is friendly and helpful. We love it!

We went in to get some urgently needed help to fix a leaking gas can. Even though the store was quite busy, a staff member (I believe his name was Ben and I apologize if this is not the correct name because I want him to get credit for his incredible service) helped my partner to find everything needed to fix the problem. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to help us find everything that we needed.

Charles and Ben at the American Canyon location are amazing employees. I bought an 8 x 8 chicken pen and they made sure I was taken care of. Thank you guys for being attentive and care about the local customers.

Reasonably priced and quick. Two friends were working on the same project as I was. One went to Wally world to look for a part, one went to Home Depot, I went to Tractor supply, found what I needed and was back home finishing the project, before either of them could even find what they were looking for

I shop in your store all the time I buy boots, shirts, wrangler, hoodies and hats I even buy bird feed once a month been a regular for almost 2 years but today I felt ashamed for spending all the money to be rounded up like a suspect so to the heavy dude that looks like he just stepped out of a training film if I was going to take from you it wouldnt be some mouse not all of us like to take stuff.

A friend had me pick up some fencing material there. What a wonderfully weird country western style hardware/clothing/boot/feed shop. Incredible service! I was walking around the Store and a employee came up and asked if I needed anything I said no just looking around. And they replied thats great were closed, have been for 15 minutes LOL! They were totally cool, the gal even checked a price for me. I will definitely go back as I was not able to see the whole store.

Nice clean place. Very helpful, Perhaps too helpful. Maybe because black people dont have farm animals. So... you know. Why would I be in that store. You know? I mean after all. It is American Canyon. But like they say. If you knew where you were going was problematic for them, than why go there? So I keep going there.

My experience was pleasant. I went to see a small machine to cut weeds and find that one can also buy cookies, Snacks, clothing,all kind of stuff for the farm.. a child will have also a nice time... I shall return.

Employees were nice and I had no problems purchasing a trailer from them. They are a little light handed on the weekend so expect to wait a few minutes to get assistance of any kind. Nice employees.

I always find something neat and on clearance, but that makes me worry about the overall state of the store. Id hate to lose it, as its more convenient to run to for a quick item than Home Depot.

Its like a higher quality version of Harbor Freight.Friendly staff will help you load the ridiculously awkward stuff (four pieces of 4×6 ft. Recycled tire rubber matting) you might purchase into the Zipcar you obviously didnt think through (Honda Civic) when reserving, despite knowing exactly what you were going to buy. With a smile, even!Also, excellent price and varied selection of mason jars by the case.

Awesome customer service, saved me from keeping my german shepherd in the house for the duration of her life. She created a mud track in the middle of lawn through the dog door, across the tile up the carpeted stairs landing on our bed at 5.30 am.. So pine shavings from Gem saved us all!! A place to find tools and supplies for your farm but also toys for the little farmers. Lots of toy tractors and garden decorations. If you need a pair of good jeans and work shoes, you are likely to find these here at a good price.

Glad that Tractor Supply is now in the American Canyon / Vallejo area. They have products not seen in other big box stores such as Home Depot. Good selection for farm needs as well as pet supply, household items, tools etc.

I went to have my dogs vaccinations and it went well. The place is also pretty nice and its a great acquisition to this newly made plaza.

Although it is way out my way, I came to get the 52lbs of Alpo that was on sale,great deal, n would travel again for that price on Alpo dog food.. As far as service didnt need any I found what I was looking for, check out was pleasant ( store wasnt busy). Thank You Adoracion Walker

This was my first experience in Tractor Supply. The store felt dirty and unorganized. There was a dead chick in the chick holding pen and a dead mouse in the supply yard.

I went in looking for clippers for my rose bushes. I have psoriatric arthritis, so, it is some times hard for me to grip things. I explained to the worker Trinity about what I was looking for and what issues I have. She was very knowledgeable and helped me pick out a pair that would not only do the job, but, would be comfortable & easy for me to use.

Came here looking for a generator, had small selection of large generators. Did not end finding what we needed here. It being a tractor store, it had what you needed for #Tractorlife. Great customer service here.

This is a nice TSC store. It seems like it is a little small from the outside, but once inside it is packed with many items needed to run a vinyard or small farm. There is not a large quantity of anything on display, but a great variety. From feed and chicks to oxy-acetylene, stick and mig welding parts and accessories by Lincoln and Hobart, to implement tires to all sorts of heavy duty chains, ropes, cables, hardware, tractor paint, truck accessories, trailer hubs and bearings, this store can possibly get you out of a jam and back to work in a jiffy.

I had hoped they would have good quality tools at fair prices. I was dissapointed to find they had no flat free wheelbarrows, although they were very nearly the same price as the competition charge for the wheelbarrow with the flat free tire.

Customer service was a joke. The cashier was left up front of the store while his coworkers ignored multiple requests for help. I had an injured knee and waited 20 min for someone to help me carry a bale of hay when i gave up and managed to drag it out to my to ruck myself. I will never shop at this store again.
