Just like any Waffle House or Huddle House. It wasnt crowded at 9:30 am. We had 10 people in our group and there were seats. The waitress was friendly and got all of our orders right. Sadly, the eggs were really runny, the bacon was undercooked, the hashbrowns were raw and greasy, the orange juice, isnt juice, its orange drink. But the toast was good.
The food was good. But we had a long wait because they were short staffed.
I seriously cant believe how hard and efficient the two women worked this afternoon. There had to be about 10 tables to be served, with one waitress and one cook. The food was great, the service was great. Everyone got their food in a more than timely manner. Both ladies had smiles on their faces. When they were all caught up, they came straight out to the tables checking on customers. I am highly impressed.

My experience was horrible. Had to write my doctoral paper that was due on Sunday evening. Stopped to grab a bite and go due to covid I didn’t dine in since patrons were not wearing a mask. Other people came in and were greeted warmly. I walked in the business and was told she could not serve me. Today an educated African American woman trained in business was told she could not be served. She asked me immediately before i sat down if I was taking out. No other patrons were asked if their order was for take out. She told me she couldn’t do take out because there were only two workers.The establishment was almost empty yet she refused to prepare my food only if I wanted to dine in. We would have waited for the food but I wasn’t given an option. Will not recommend to anyone....
I was told to go there as they were close to my hotel. I had the grill chicken, baked potato, salad, and hush puppies and all of it was excellent. The grill chicken was seasoned perfectly.
Worse service. Was there 30 min waiting on our food. Other people that came in after us was getting theirs. We cancelled our order and left. This was the 3rd time we had bad service. Will not go back and dont recommend it. Gave 1 star only because I cant give zero stars.
Food was great! Hash browns perfectly done. Great service. Just what we wanted for breakfast. Very clean restaurant and restrooms. Bacon crisp. All good.

We always stop here when we come home, but today was not good. A friend of ours had been trying to get some breakfast to go but they said they did not do that anymore. However, someone else did get something to go later. Waitress were fussing that others did not show. . Up for work. Floor was very greasy. Food was good,. Maybe they were having a bad day.

Great breakfast! Came here at first because the planned breakfast place was closed, but it was so good we came back the next day too! Second day was really busy, but the cook was a ROCKSTAR and the food was worth waiting for. The servers were super friendly and on the ball. We will definitely be coming back to this place when we are back in town!

Were greeted by being told there was a 30 minute wait and then seated 5 minutes later. They almost lost us right there. They were obviously understaffed and it showed. Instead of bussing tables they just piled all the dirty dishes on a table by the back. Food took a little longer than expected for a short order restaurant and there were items missing and made wrong. Our hostess was friendly and I am forgiving but I will skip this place in the future. Also, the floor is slippery and covered in grease. Walk with caution.

The workers took there mask down off there faces when the virus was really bad the manager ran in and out chasing a guy to try to get the waitress hooked up with. Roaches crawling on the table after we got half way thru eating also they didnt wash there hands the register was fithy they were all cutting up even the Manger! We couldnt eat in peace for all that too the eggs were scorched and almost burnt defiantly NOT a good place to eat or Clean, will NEVER go back !!!! Nasty and very sickened lost appetite !
Worst restaurant ever!! I walked in at 8:55 am and my order was taken within 2 minutesI walked out at 9:30 having never received my meal. Only 5 tables were seated! I told the server i had to go to work, i couldnt wait any longer. Others ere walking out as well
Had breakfast this morning and came back for lunch. This is our go to place during hunting season for breakfast. Always good food.
Staff is mostly friendly. They are usually pretty quick with service. Friday Saturday and sunday nights in between 10:00p.m to about 3:30 a.m it is pretty rowdy but nothing to worry about they have security most weekends.
I would have left no stars if I could have! I went here a few minutes ago and got the door locked on me! When I go back to the car though they unlock the door for the white people to come in. I got back up to pull the door again and that’s when they say that they are closed. When I pull out of the driveway they still letting more white people in though.

This is the place to ear. Was in the area hunting stopped and ate breakfast. So much better than the chain restaurant almost as good as home.

Don’t take my word for it. I was just an observer. You have to come in and see for yourself or it may be best avoided. With the Covid-19 protocols or not, I will insist on anyone to change out their gloves in handling and preparing foods. The problem this morning was I sat at the bar watch the general manager put a glove on her left hand only, then handled food with both hands, like separate bacon and cheese after handing her phone and Wells Fargo debit card from her right back pocket. When she was done talking to her family member, she tossed it on the white cut board in front of the grill. No. She did not wipe it off after she returned the phone to her pocket. With the same unwashed hands and unchanged glove, she returned to handling and preparing food.I guess she did not receive the case study on fecal matter along with other contaminants can be found on just a person’s phone alone. I can just imagine what else she could be passing around. This place needs to be avoided. You decide for yourself. This was my observation.
Because they are so busy, my sandwich was way too buttery and all my food was far too salty. Still, Id grab something to eat there if I were hungry enough.

In general they after pretty nice, that move a little slow sometimes but all in all great place. I usually get the egg sandwich, scrabbled with cheese and light mayo. Quick filling breakfast will some kinda of protein. Its my favorite 😍

Americus is probably the best town you never heard of. 3 Squares Diner is a must when you are in Americus.

I got a egg sandwich, which I usually love but it was... Not watery, but as if it was made with butter and egg. It was runny. I guess it depends on who cooks that day.Usually they are fast and polite.*Update 2019* Egg sandwich... Just ask for light mayo if not.. They slather it on. They are pretty nice.UPDATE - 2020Haha ... I havent eaten here in a while only because I work in another city. I use to frequent this restaurant (Americus, GA) at least once a week. I normally went during the morning shift and the staff was always phenomenal. They knew my little quirks for instance, I always get a small cup of hot water to place my silverware in (I do this everywhere) and I love the larger napkins oppose to the thin short ones thats in the dispenser located on the table. They knew my favorite spot was to sit in the corner booth near the front so I can see who comes in and out, the sun shines just the right amount of rays in so I get my Vitamin D 😊😊, and it quiet and tucked away enough for me to study or just meditate. This location is full of southern hospitality and every item Ive eaten (breakfast only- this is all I order) has been wonderful especially if Ron is cooking, hes amazing. Now, I have heard complaints about people of African Descent being differently but Im of African Descent and Ive never seen or experienced anything of the sort. Ive heard rumors that its not as clean. Again, Ive never experienced this. If a place is super busy and/or short staffed, well things might not be at its best at that moment. If youre a picky snobbish type person, this isnt your place. 3 Squares past health inspections time & time again. Its clean and oh, I have to add, my pet peeve is a clean restroom and it was always CLEAN .... my advice is to try it for yourself because everyone is different. Things could have changed since I havent been in a while but I dont think that much if it has.

If the person that I know who I call cookE is on the grill your order will certainly be cooked correctly. He takes pride in his work. If it isnt just ask him to correct that. Corrected it shall be. Maybe I should check on him.

Dang good food for a Monday night. Son had to have emergency surgery that morning. So we were at the hospital all day, no one had eaten and we were hungry. Ran to the diner and we devoured the food. Great service to boot.

Tried to charge me for food I ordered but did not get. Then when I pointed it out, the waitress said I didnt ask her for it. If I didnt ask for it then how did it get on my bill? So of course I left no tip. But guess what! When I got my bank statement I found out that she added a nice healthy tip anyway. Now I have to get my bank involved because the waitress is a thief.
