Efficient!I would drive out of my way to this store for service again because Richard knew exactly what to do and found me a perfect plan and didn’t try to sell me on things I do not need like other sales people have in the past. With COVID restrictions, I worked one on one with no other customers in the store. Loved that! He was fantastic and quick!

I just bought a new phone from the ATT store in Amesbury. MA. There was no wait and Richard had ample time and expertise to direct md towards a new Samsung phone which was very inexpensive because there was a promotion for the phone. Richard showed me many features of my phone so when I left the store I was ready to use it immediately. He could not have been more helpful and patient.
I wish I could give MORE stars! The staff at AT&T Amesbury went above and beyond to help me. I had quite an involved ongoing issue that Richard and Sarah were instrumental in solving while tending to other customers and phone calls. THANK YOU! Richard was amazing to work with! I went in looking at the Galaxy 9, and with a quick review of my account, he figured out I could pay less per month AND get the brand new Note 9 for roughly the same monthly amount I was paying. He was polite and knowledgeable, extremely helpful, and I cant wait to use my new phone!

Thank you all for the reviews! I took my hard-earned money and time elsewhere! I had a super experience at another location. I have heard nothing good about this Amesbury location. Its such a shame, because its convenient. But, I would rather drive extra miles for customer service and knowledge.
Painful buying experience. Bought a wireless headset for cash. Sales lady insisted she needed my contact info to ring up cash transaction. I did not see why that was necessary. Gave it to her. Very long check out process. Wireless headset broke. I called asking for a copy of the receipt and I am not in the system. Worst of all worlds. Poor customer experience all around! Will stick with Verizon!

There is no question he cannot answer andEXPLAIN, clearly. As an income challenged person, your $42.50 a month prepaid service has allowed me to stay in touch with friends and family, to photograph them, send and receive photos, and hear about events and meetings I wish to attend, to mention a few. I recently stopped by the Amesbury store and immediately noticed a difference right from the street.The windows were decorated and to my delight they continued inside the store. It looks beautiful, clean and well organized.The new manager was polite and very informative. Although they were having trouble processing a credit card, Christian was very knowledgeable, personable, and did his job well. Would recommend doing business here.
Lazy staff with no knowledge of AT&T policy and procedure. Thankfully customer service at the call center was able to sort my situation out for me. Do your business at a different location or online and save yourself some aggravation.

Awful, Just awful customer service! The training of the staff is terrible, the level of product knowledge is extremely low, ability or willingness to handle issues is non existent. I wanted to buy from a local store for the customer service but i clearly made a HUGE mistake purchasing from the Amesbury AT&T store. Buyer beware
