Great ice cream, nothing else needs to be said

Very best place to get soft serve ice cream in Lorain County! Reminiscent of Ripple Creme. My husband and I visit every Sunday. Good sized portions for the price. We love this place!

Ordered the “homemade” ice cream sandwich. Cookies were rock hard (not fresh), Ice cream was very good because they had to put the cookie together, right then and there…Asked for a container for left overs and they had none. 🙁 very disappointed since I heard good things.

Ive gone to Hasten Tastee since 70s.. took my son in the 80s and 90s.. The absolute best!! Best prices, best ice cream, best everything..

We enjoyed the food truck for Hot Dog Heaven thats located behind Hasty tasty but after having lunch of course you need to have dessert at Hasty tasty.

Great little snack place. Had the nestle crunch flurry, and the strawberry cheesecake flurry. They were both Delicious.

Everyone will sit in line at Dairy queen but 2 blocks away is this wonderful place.

Went here tonight for ice cream and left empty-handed bc the girl who was supposed to be at the window was sitting on the countertop with her back turned to the window playing with her phone. Probably just as well: She looked like she had fake nails so long one of them could have fallen off into the ice cream.

Their peanut butter milkshake is awesome and my dogs love their pup bowls

I did not go to Hastee Tastee. I went to Hot Dog Heaven. The food was FANTASTIC as normal.

Delicious orange swirl and pumpkin flurry!!! My niece is lactose intolerant though and carried a very poor selection of non dairy items that most were not available accept one, lime flavor. It tasted like pure nasty chemicals. Nothing like lime.

Good stuff and good icecream! Excellent spot in downtown amherst. I like getting little faces on my orange sherbet cone. Kids like it too. Ive walked here with my family every week for a few years and have yet to have a negative experience.

I nice variety of choices and reasonable prices. They also have a large patio with quite a few tables.

The kids love Hastee Tastee. I did enjoy the shade provided by the big umbrellas where we sat to drink our shakes. I like the chocolate malt. Kids had chocolate shakes and a caramel sundae. Everyone was happy.

Overpriced Ive cream, especially for the amount you receive. Quite disappointed, Id recommend taking your money to Kreigs, it tastes better too.

Took my kids to Hastee Tastee and now take my grandchildren to enjoy their delicious soft and hard serve ice cream treats.🍦🍧Kid friendly atmosphere on the edge of downtown Amherst is an excellent place to socialize for adults and children of any age. I would have given them a 5 star, but the large price increase on the menu makes HT a bit pricey $$$

Ive been going here since I was a kid, and now I take my son here. The prices are good and the staff is always friendly. There is a good selection to choose from. My son loves the ice cream, and how the staff make him feel special.

Worse service ever experienced manager was really rude and tried to get an attitude and got our order all wrong and had the nerve to try to take my drink that I had way before I got there will never go there or recommend it to anyone. Manager seemed racists.

Waited forever. Did not get complete order we paid for and were very rude to us when requested refund.

Hastee Tastee has been an Amherst icon for as long as I can remember going back to the 1960s. Old fashioned style walk up short order food and desserts. Great service.
