I have had multiple instances where I will take a prepaid shipping, labeled box to them to send out. All packaged and ready to go and they tell me if I want a receipt I have to pay them. I have never heard of this before when I asked why the man told me its their policy. So in anger I denied the receipt only for them to then lose my package on me. Around the holidays I also went in to ship a prepaid box and they told me that they were collecting two dollars per prepaid labeled box for holiday donation that was mandatory to send the box ... yet the package was prepaid! After trying to give them the benefit of the doubt three different times, I will no longer support them or their business at all. There are plenty other places that take my prepaid label the boxes and dont charge me money for them or for my receipt who also have better customer service skills!

Charged $2 for a FedEx receipt. I’ve never been charged for a receipt ever. Of course, cash only. Stay away from this shady business. Will make sure to have business investigated for charging customers for receipts.
