I freaking love tobacco connection so much! Im new to Idaho so Ive only been going to these locations for about 5 months now, and I am 100% satisfied with everything they have to offer! Extremely vast selection of products and prices are very reasonable.

Always a great choice. Anna is in a bomb manager with expert hiring skills. She always manages to have the best crews that are always fun friendly and courteous. I wont complain about anything here. Even love tp utilize the drive up window.

Walked in today for the first time, and the 2 workers started screaming at me at the top of their voices. I think it was because i brought my son in with me, it was hard to hear what they were saying, its like they had no self control. If thats policy thats fine. I dont mean normal screaming, I mean like if there was a life or death emergency, top of their lungs. I could barely hear them cause they both start screaming so loud, and I hadnt even closed the door behind me yet. I guess they must smoke inside for it be like that? I have no idea. I turned around and walked out. Will never go back, that company has lost my business before I could even give it to them.

The people are wonderful there they do not make you feel second class keep it up guys youre wonderful

For being called tobacco connection and having a pipe on thier logo, they only have 4 bulk blends on hand, but have a whole wall dedicated to large bags of tobacco, a very small minority actually smokes that and a majority of pipe smokers buy bulk as it is much better... pretty upsetting. Staff also acted like they were running a bar, all over the place.

The people there are always so nice & helpful. Easy shopping and im ussually in and out in just minutes.

I just want to say that my experience in Vape Shops as to whats needed and product has been for most part ok, but going in last Sat and I had broke my new tank& Ty was working& NEVER have I had anyone that would go out of there way, to make sure I stayed in my budget& was so nice& going above &beyond! He truly was the most helpful, polite, personable sales associate Ive ever dealt with a long time& the knowledge of the products& just went the xtra mile for me! Hes incredible and was patient with this 50 yr old crazy woman! Lol I wish there were more of him! Ty your amazing& thank you for getting my vapes up& going! Ill definitely be back!

Love this store and its employees. Fast, kind and can answer all of your questions in a patient and kind manner. They will not steer you in the wrong direction when asking about certain items. They do not try and up sell you. Honest straight forward emplyees that remember me and always greet me with a smile. Thats why I drive across town to go to this location.
