Per my daughter who says “this is the best store ever!!!”. She loves there selection and how much they have in stock plus since money 💰is never a problem she can always continue to stock up even with items that never get used or for the fun of giving them away!!!

Staff went above and beyond to help me find all I needed for my new makeup look. I felt like a celebrity when they helped me match my foundation and search for brushes. Great experience. I will continue to shop here.

My go-to for makeup shopping. Good deals and the prices are worth it when you get rewards points. I just wish they had a wider selection of my favorite brands in store (Colourpop and Truly Organic). The workers are always nice and helpful.

My daughter went into this location to buy eyelashes and the associate named Shatana was so rude to her making her feel dumb for wanting to buy the cheaper product my daughter left the store in tears and did not purchase anything we will not be returning… not everyone can afford the most expensive brands all the time and to make a teenager that works hard for her money feel like they are less than because she couldn’t afford the name brand stuff is ridiculous

Ulta has almost anything you would ever need beauty related. Employees are sometimes hard to find but they are knowledgeable. Only downside are the prices but they do have a reward system to save some money

My 1st visit. I took a friend there to find her favorite perfume. We had called all the other stores in town who might have had it to no avail. Ulta had an extensive perfume collection as well as the make up I expected. Also had hundreds of hair care products as well as a salon. Products for nails, skin and teeth. I was overwhelmed and impressed.

I went to get my eyebrows waxed and the girl that helped me not only made my eyebrows straight WACK, she was rude, and badmouthing her last salon to me the entire time. It was unprofessional, and turned me off to going back because not only was the service bad, she was acting like a literal brat the entire time. I usually love coming here but I will never have that girl, shatana, wax me ever again. Cant believe they have her performing services she clearly cant do, the girl has her own eyebrows shaved 😂

Shatama was a super beezy and completely unprofessional. If she worked for me Id fire her immediately

This place is a joke. The staff in here have terrible customer service skills. I used to go in and shop but got tired of being treated like I was stupid. I started doing online/ in store pick up and you still get treated badly. The last 3 purchases I have done were to receive a free sample. They tell me they have either ran out of they have not received their samples yet. It must be a terrible place to work with the high turnover they have but that is no reason for bad customer service.

Sales ladies were very nice and helpful. This store had so many wonderful things! Its really easy to overspend here but its worth it! Lol I will be back at somepoint but not until my bank account recovers!! 😁👍

The associates were very helpful and accommodating. They had the eyelash serum in that I needed so I didnt have to wait for a week on Amazon. The girl was even helping me with some makeup tips! They were all around great and ill be visiting again soon!

Ulta is a beauty store that carries both high end and drugstore brand beauty and hair care products for both men and women as well as fragrances and perfumes. Went in to shop today, and needed some help finding a product. I could not get anyone to help me. I found an employee and started to ask her a question, she looked right at me, walked past me two steps and asked the person behind me if they needed help. She wasnt the only employee to look right at me, then ignore me. With the exception of the girl who checked me out, I found everyone else who worked there to be very rude and unhelpful. I wont be shopping here anymore.

Ulta has a huge selection of beauty products. The store is nice. My only complaint is it’s a little pricey.

Customer service was awful. I asked a associate if they had salt scrub and she first said thats not a thing and I responded with yes it is, I just want to know if you have it. And then she continued to question what do you need for its not good for you. Its not her place to tell me whats good for me. Just answer my question. I do not need to tell an associate why I need something to know if you have it in stock. And then she tried to push their rewards system on me after I had already told her no, she said if I didnt have account I couldnt return without the receipt, uh yeah thats like every store ever. Super annoying experience for my first time in the store.

Great products, but every time I go in there I never get help! The employees will look at me and not even kidding you will turn around and walk the other way. Or pretend they are organizing an already organized shelf!!!

Unfortunately the cashier scanned one of my items then didnt put it in my bag. I didnt want to give my phone number for rewards since I never shop here because I live 40 mins away and she got upset because of that, maybe thats why she decided to do that? I just want to warn people to make sure all there items are in the bag before leaving because thats jacked up.

Went to Ulta today in search of a quality foundation. I approached an associate and asked if she could help me find a good foundation for my skin type and one that she recommends. She passed me off to someone else. The other associate she passed me to works exclusively in the Clinique area. She began trying to sell me Clinique foundation, I told her that I use Clinique foundation now and I hate the way it clumps on my skin, that is why I have come for a different brand. The associate told me that it must be a problem with my skin and that Clinique is the best brand to buy. She gave me a sample of Clinique moisturizer (which I already own) and told me to use this on my skin then try my Clinique foundation again. So I walked out without buying anything. I guess Ulta didn’t want my money today. I will be spending my money at Sephora from now on.

These workers have no idea about makeup or where product was. Very displeased

They have an amazing selection of products, but their employees act like they dont want to help you at all. I was really excited to get good advice for makeup products for my wedding and the lady showed me three foundations that she thought might work and started to walk away and I had to stop her to tell her I still had some questions. I ended up finding my shade by myself based on things I knew from Sephora, and found a shade for my friend whom they didnt help at all either. The ones I found matched perfectly and I wish I hadnt asked for help to begin with!

Ive got Kamika working on my hair and she turned it into green. It was very ugly color and too dark from what I wanted. She told me she has a client so she cant work on me no longer and ask her colleague to fix it later. She gave me the paperwork I had to pay which was around $180. I had to talk to manager about it and she made it $80.The thing is I wanted to have a highlights on my golden brown hair. Now I had to go dark brown to cover the ugly color.I really hate this place and the way they handled it. Especially Kamika. Very unprofessional

I ordered 3 products online, 2 of which showed up at my house late, oh well. I was missing one thing, I called the number on the package, the lady said it shows on their end it was delivered. After arguing for a minute she agreed to send me another no charge. Well when I went to track the package today, it says it was delivered 2 days ago . It was never delivered AGAIN. I will never spend my money at ulta again, and never recommend any go here.

I absolutely hate going into this Ulta. The employees are rude and not helpful. This is after going in there more than a handful of times. I always hope for a positive experience each time, but it always disappoints. I don’t know that I’ll be shopping in this store again. Maybe another location. However, I am beyond disappointed in the lack of customer service in this establishment.

I guess it just depends on what youre going there for they have great products however only about a quarter of the people there are knowledgeable. If you know what you want to get I would give it five stars however you have all these employees who try to get you to buy things that they know nothing about. It gets annoying.

This store always seems willing to help with basically anything and everything. I appreciate their management and customer service overall. I am willing to make a drive to be treated good by a store that has such expensive, but quality make up products. They give great suggestions and Amanda in management offered everything she could for me when I was upset because of something the Pocatello store blew me off for.

Theres a blonde employee that works here. I believe her name is Abbey. She is a doll. Every time I go in, she is so nice and helpful, and Ive never been recommended a product by her, that I havent liked. Take a page from her book, because she is awesome. She deserves a big raise.

Lilian is a licensed esthetician and an outstanding makeup artist and ensures customer satisfaction. After doing a fantastic consolation as to what kind of event I was attending to help me achieve my desired look she also gave me great tips and tricks to help me succeed replicating this look at home! She is always great help every time I ask for her assistance going into Ulta’s salon! If you haven’t already tried Lilian go give her a try she offers a wide selection of skin services helping you look and feel your best!

While I like the products at Ulta, I have yet to be there that there isnt a long line and only 2 people to check people out. When I commented, I received a oh Im sorry were busy this time of the year. No kidding right however I pointed out it is not just this time of the year its every single time I have gone into Ulta. I have two or three products typically, and end up waiting in line for 20 plus minutes. Yet they have five checkout stations, I have yet to see any of them being used to accommodate their customer base. Next time Ill just order online have it shipped to my house and avoid going into the local Ulta. This is unacceptable to treat customers in this manner with such disregard for their time. When there are plenty of salespeople roaming around doing nothing.

Visiting from out of town and wanted to go look around, immediately had 3 employees following me around the store, standing at the end of the aisles just staring rudely at me for absolutely no reason. I shop at Ulta literally once a week in my home town and have nothing but good things to say. They were very unprofessional.... however the cashier (short blond hair and glasses) was very sweet, which I appreciated...

I normally love all the Ulta Beauty stores that I shop at; however, this store seems to always have associates with terrible attitudes. There are a couple of girls that have been very polite and friendly, but the girls that work the cash register are always rude. I would chalk it up to them having a bad day, but its always different people that are consistently unpleasant. I hope you can find friendlier associates that make shopping here a good experience!

Every time my wife or I have been in here there is always a line of people trying to check out and usually only one person checking people out. There are usually people that work their walking around out in the store to help, but it takes a long time to check out of the store. If you can get whatever you are looking for somewhere else, I recommend going there.

I cannot even give one star. Had a hair appointment which I confirmed. However my stylist was not there. No one seemed too concerned that I had arrived with no chance to have my hair done. If I could Id give them a negative 5 stars.

Not friendly here at all it’s sad because a beauty store is supposed be full of happiness and confidence woman go here to find products that make them feel amazing and you never really know how that person may or may not feel that day they could be going through something horrible and go there to look for something to make them feel happy I went in today in a very good happy mood and ready to shop for spring make up not one employee said hi to me or even smiled my way I continued to look around and I ended up finding some great treasures I stood in line to pay and I got a cashier who must not have been having her best of days she treated me extremely poorly and made me feel very low I actually ended up leaving the store In tears from the way she treated me and how she talked to me like I was dirt it was a sad situation I feel like beauty store should treat the customer how they would like to be treated and make a woman feel amazing when she leaves your store that’s what the beauty industry is all about I think corporate should start sending secret shoppers to this location they would be a palled at how unprofessional and welcoming these employees are to boost my confidence I will no longer be shopping at that location

The hair stylist Zac is the reason I go to Ulta. He is awesome. While there i usually look around, but the prices are pretty high.

I am a beauty enthusiast and it was nice to see that the store was up-to-date on the newest releases and offers available in their magazine. I was unable to find a lot of items though, in many different brands, as they were out of stock, despite the employee who helped me stating that shed stocked everything that morning. I was disappointed by the lack of items, especially since the items I was looking at were exclusive to their special offer going on. There wasnt a lot of help available and I was forced to wait around for several minutes for help and then the help I did receive was rushed and not useful. I hope the next time I go in will be better, because I will definitely be back.

If I could give more stars I would!! Lindsey is a hair magician. I had a bleach job go wrong at another salon. My hair was very yellow orange and splotchy. Lindsey gave me some options that we could do. In the end my hair turned out beautiful. She really knows her stuff and I couldnt be happier with the end result. She is super sweet and told me everything she was doing and made sure each step was okay with me. I will definitely be going back to her. The other stylists that were in were also very sweet and seemed to really know their stuff as well.

I love this Ulta location. Very helpful. Only drawbacks are its often too hot and sometimes lack price tags. Otherwise great

Love this Ulta! Great staff! They all remember little things about every customer it blows me away how well they remember. Every time I come in Im treated so nicely. I come here frequently (about every two weeks) and have been for over a year. I will continue to come back! Love it here would definitely recommend!

This Ulta has friendly staff, that offer their assistance to you, but are not usually overbearing if you dont need help. Wide variety of products from drugstore to high end. Typically have good sales every week and a coupon. Its fun to browse the aisles and find something new to try out.

Extremely Dissatisfied. We booked 4 hair appointments for myself and three young daughters. The first two haircuts took an hour each, for a kids cut.. nothing fancy just a simple style and trim. After 2 hours the hairdresser said they didnt even have the other 2 appointments so she couldnt finish us all. When we went to pay and mentioned we were upset to the checker the general manager was standing next to her and didnt even talk to us. On top of it all I had to go home with a child who was crying because the hair dresser had cut off way more of her hair than requested as she had been working hard to grow it out. Oh and the daughter that didnt get her hair cut was also upset because she was looking forward to a new hairstyle too. Will never return.

Just a really nice place to walk around and look at makeup. They have a lot of Christmas deals already. Staff is very helpful. They also got a couple new lines in. Very fun experience

Came here to get a gift for my wife - the attendant at the cash register demanded a phone number, when I said no thanks - she looked at me like I was an idiot and said I had to provide a number to complete the sale - I provided my number and she said I wasn’t in the system, waiting for me to either provide another phone number or be into their database...after about 3 or 4 minutes of wondering what to do next, she magically found a way to complete the sale without the phone number or me registering...I will order online next time, I’m sure there’s lots of websites that offer overpriced cosmetics that don’t come with a side of stupid....

The employees here are always very kind and attentive. The products available are comparable to any other major city Ulta. Its in a good spot between a couple of other stores where parking is always available. And I always enjoy my time there.

I went in there to get special makeup for my wedding and was completely ignored. I dont normally wear makeup so I was really confused, other people were greeted and helped but I was completely ignored while walking around. An employee even looked right at me and walked the other way. I tried calling and talking to the manager but was put on hold for 10 minutes. Ill just go to the mall and get my makeup from Dillards. Thanks for nothing Ulta

Thank you ulta, for nothing! I went in intending to spend a good deal of money as my wedding is coming up soon and I wanted some new makeup. However after being there for over 45 minutes (who knows why I gave them that long) I was completely ignored by each and every sales person on the floor. Those that weren’t busy talking to each other greeted every other girl that came in. I tried to get one lady’s attention and she flat out walked past me to help someone who just came in. All I needed was recommendations for what foundation would be best, but I couldn’t even get that. Didn’t make me feel very good as I was out and about with none of my makeup on.

Great variety of beauty products and brands. I find their sales and pricing to be misleading. More than once Ive read a sign placed in a certain section that says buy one, get one 50 percent off but when you go to pay one of the products doesnt apply to the sale even though the sign was right next to it.

Pricey, but had all the products I needed. They had a variety of gluten free mascara and just the hair products I was looking for. The service was good and the place was clean.

I love ulta but don’t appreciate their customer service. It’s terrible. This was my most recent bad experience. I tried to order online pick up in store and for some reason the app would not allow me to check out. It must of been something on the app end. Regardless I needed some items ASAP so I decided to go in and purchase them.One the ulta website and app it showed an item for 5.25 instead of 7.50.In store it was not 5.25. I went up to the check out and asked her if she could price match. She said no and so I asked her if I could try one more time to buy online pick up in store and do it that way to get the discounted item. She said to go ahead. I tried and it still did not let me to check out and kept popping up the same error. I told her about this and she said I don’t know what to tell you.I also asked her if I could use my rewards points along with the 3.50 coupon for buying 15+. She said no the rewards points wouldn’t work because the item was discounted.On the app both of my coupon and my reward points worked. I explained this to her and she said oh well I don’t know what to tell you.She told me to try to just buy the discounted item online and see if it worked.I did and still same error.She just stood there for a good 5 minutes and I thought she was doing something on her end to help me but she just said yeah I don’t know what to tell you.I then asked her if she could just price match it and she called her manager over.The manager was just as rude as her.I showered her the ulta app where it showed up at the discounted rate.She didn’t even bother to look at my phone and said she needed to look it up on her own and see it come up discounted.Sure enough after she looked it up it was discounted.She said they would change the price but did not look pleased about it.I asked her if my rewards points could be used along with my 3.50 coupon. She said yes with an annoyed voice.She then told me Well does NYX have a sale on their stuff? Ishrugged and told her I didn’t know I just knew that on the app it was a discounted price.She did not wish me a good day nor told me anything else after that. I felt stupid and embarrassed. This is not the first time I have had a bad experience at this store. But enough is enough.

At first I was very nervous when the manager was helping me because she had big blue hair and lots of make up. (I typically dont wear make up) I originally came in for a few products and left with none of them, which could have been frustrating but I have never felt so cared for, helped, and guided in a make up store in my life. I wish the manager wasnt all over the place and I could have gotten more advice she picked out some great products. She didnt feel sales person-y where she just wanted my money I was overwhelmed because I knew these products are expensive but I am glad I felt confident in my purchases. Two months later, my face has never been in such good shape. I recommend this place to my friends and will be returning, thank you! Go ask for the blue haired manager!

This Ulta is the worst I have ever been to. The staff is so inattentive and they don’t offer to help you. And if you ask them for help by asking them a question like “what is a good concealer with full coverage” I got the answer “I don’t know” AND THAT WAS IT! Awful customer service, go somewhere else to get your makeup.

Love Ulta! The girls in the local store arent as friendly as they could be at times, but they have a great selection. It is irritating that they are always out of their gifts with purchase and dont have any alternate gifts. Lets be real, they are free samples from the manufacturer, its ridiculous that they try to make them seem so special.

This place must have something against healthy makeup products. Physicians formula is talc free oil free non comedogenic ect and yet they got rid of it . wont carry it, Go figure and most their makeup has horrible ingredients!
