Employees are helpfull...Easy to get in and out fast...Prices seem reasonable...notOverly priced good selection on most things.

Little more pricy than big box, but the crew are super friendly. Worth a trip there for some things the big guys might not have. Dont try and buy lumber there, thats not their thing. Specialty screws, bolts widgets are all in stock.

Each year, Im in getting my lawn mower or my snow blower tuned up or serviced. They do a great job at a fair rate. Definitely should plan ahead. They are busy, so dont wait until the first snow fall - like I did - to get a snowblower in for a tune-up or repair. 😀

There are a lot of positive things about Ace hardware. The very best thing is that a customer service person is easy to find and they always know what aisle to turn you to to get what you need. Second it’s not humongous and they generally have what you need. Third it’s quick and easy. Fourth they have a great selection of Traeger stuff and Also weber grill stuff. Ace is the place.

Always more expensive than Home Depot or Lowe’s. But the convenience is what you pay for on that side of town. Employees have always been super helpful and they usually have something that you can make work:)

They never have the shelves stocked, when they are semi stocked, everything seems to be in the wrong place! and they will not, under any circumstances, honor THEIR price tags. Theres been one time Ive gotten the help I needed and didnt need 3 trips to do it. Every other time the cashiers are extremely rude, and everybody is always too busy talking to help you with anything. Save the time, and your money, go to lowes! 0 stars!!!!

I went in and had to ask the same person 3 times for help looking at chainsaws. He and another associate finally stopped talking and got the expert for me. The expert told me of an upcoming promotion. I called him back twice and he was going to call me later that day. He never called. I waited a week and bought a nice chainsaw someplace else.

Ace is the place! I have come here several times and all the employees are helpful and ready to assist you with whatever you need. The store is small enough that you can find what you need quickly. Definitely preferred over any large chain hardware store.

The people in the store that help customers are good. The cashier unfortunately was not. I witnessed how she treated the gentleman ahead of me in line and was appalled by her arrogance. When I did my checkout she treated me the same. The store is convenient but expect to be treated arrogantly when you hit the register.On October 26th I went in this store for duct tape and LED lightbulbs. I found what I needed and got to the register to check out. My purchase was for 40 dollars and change. I wanted to pay with 100 dollar bill. The employee at the register said she couldn’t make change and couldn’t do my transaction. She said there was no way of getting money for the till so I had to use credit. Then, as I have to walk with a cane, I asked for a bag for my items, again she said she didn’t have any bags for my products. I have a hard time believing that there wasn’t 3 twenties for my change and then to not even have a bag for my stuff. I’ve tried to be patient with this location but it’s become more of a hassle to shop here. With how high everything is priced it’s hard to justify going in the store because it’s always a pain in the rear. If you don’t have change nor bags for purchases why are you even open. Why would they make it so hard to take my money? Any other store would be a better choice and less expensive! 0 stars for this store!

For a quick item it is a nice location, but the price is a small premium and then 50% of the time they just dont have it anyway, most of the time I just dont gamble with the stop and go straight to Home Depot. The Driggs location is much better at keeping stock and organized.

Theyre ok but I was looking for a metric spacer and no joy. Roknak on the other side of town has a better variety of metric parts.

I asked three different employees for help none of them had the time to actually help. Each one of them that I asked said huh oh, I dont know. Then they did nothing else to assist. Not even close to the normal help that Ive had in the past. Looks like Ill probably take Ace Hardware off of my list of go to places.

They has what I needed and I didnt have to walk a mile to get it.

The competition is always larger with more selections, but Ace does the job.

This store is so wonderful you can go in there and find what you want and get out within 10 minutes.

I am disabled and require a service dog. This store treated me as though I was the AIDS virus. I attempted to get help several times and was ignored. I finally gave up and went to the register with products I was able to acquire on my own. The lady behind the counter never greeted me. She also didnt count out my change, rather handed it to me in a wadded bunched up ball. Then she turned away not offering a bag to carry out my purchases. So if you can picture this. Im trying to juggle my wadded change, items purchased with no bag, my wallet, and my service dog. Im on a fixed income and every penny counts. Needless to say, I lost $147.00 out of my wallet when fumbling my way out the door. Topping it all off I contacted the management about the situation and to see if maybe someone turned in my cash but I WAS IGNORED!!!! I will never return to this store nor will anyone with limiting disability. Im now going to file a formal complaint with the better business bureau.

I’m sure if you just need a basic thing this store is fine, but if you’re doing a more involved project, drive the extra couple of miles to Lowes or Home Depot! We’re finishing our basement and I ran to Ace to get some light switches and wire staples because it was closer to our home. They didn’t have two of the four things I needed, and the ones they did have were almost double the price of bigger stores. More worth it to drive a few more minutes next time.

Don’t get paint color matched at this store. They will “guaranty” that it’s the right color. Take it home, come to find out it’s not remotely close. Take it back to ace to ask for a refund or at least replace the paint, but I get treated very snottily by the two girls that where helping me, telling me they won’t replace it, that they can’t do that and that it’s my fault for the paint not being the right color. What?! I’m not the one who color matched it, you or you machine messed that up. They told me that I will have to buy a new one. Very unimpressed by this customer service, every other ace I have been too, including this one in the past, I have had Miss colored paints replaced or refunded. Instead I get treated like I’m stupid, and that they couldn’t have possibly made a mistake. Perhaps the policy has changed, and if so they should train their employees to make people aware of these polices, otherwise I wouldn’t have dropped so much money on paint for my project, and rather gotten a pint tester. Thanks ace, project ruined! Very unimpressed, very disappointed, screwed me over in money, such a joke! train your employees better or get a new color match machine or both! won’t be back, and definitely will be telling friends to stay away.Update: went back in, they returned it, but made it sound like they where doing me this big favor, and once again said it with such snottiness, making me feel stupid, and they won’t be doing it ever again! Don’t feel welcome at this store, still terrible service!

Absolutely the best hardware store in town. I promise you wont find any better customer service anywhere in town. Go in and talk to Bart, hes amazing. Ive had multiple issues this summer with broken weed trimmers to stuck bolts and theyve gone out of their way to make sure Im taken care of. Just a top notch bunch in there. Ditch the big box stores and go see the crew in here. You wont be disappointed.

I can’t help you!!I went into your Ammon Ace hardware looking for a belt for my lawn edger. Your gal at the register Greeted me and asked if she could help me, I told her what’s I was looking for and she spoke over to a man in the paint mix area. He said he couldn’t help me and he wanted her to page someone from the back. He advised me that there was belts in the back corner of the store, walking to the back a gentleman walked out and asked me what I was looking for. I advised a belt for my edger. He instantly said “ I can’t help you! I told him that I had a belt number as well as the model and serial number off the unit. He again told me “I can’t help you! I then tried to save my trip advising him again that I had all the numbers that he may need to cross the belt. And once again he said he could not help me that they don’t have belts and I needed to go some where else. Well Ace hardware. I’m going to do that. To bad because I was enjoying buying all my bbq goods and misc tools from you. So all I can say is “ I can’t help you!!
