Ive tried repeatedly, the last few times ordering, to talk myself into liking this place. And for a while it worked, but after tonight, Ive decided it will be the last time I order anything from there. Delivery took an hour and fifteen minutes. OK, although I thought it was a little long for a couple of sandwiches, they DID make me aware of this at the time I placed my order, so I have to accept that. What they DIDNT tell me was that the side of meatballs I ordered would only contain 2 meatballs, not the 3 that were supposed to be there. And they also didnt tell me that my sausage, onion and peppers grinder would consist of ONE lousy, thinly sliced sausage link meant to cover a foot-long roll. I wish this site accepted pictures because I would LOVE to upload to this page the one I took of Bread Grinder that I ordered. This delivery order cost me almost thirty bucks. Are you KIDDING ME? For BREAD? I already called earlier about the meatballs. Im sure not calling back about the grinder. Theyve just lost a fairly steady customer(s).

I will never order from here again and will also tell all of my friends and fellow business owners around that I know. So with that being said this is what happened. Today we where having a Life Celebration at my aunts house for her husband that passed a few days ago. One of his family members from Florida called Brooklyn Pizza and order and paid for and had them write a message on the pizza box and had it delivered to her house. The delivery person told the person at the door that someone ordered it from here and that we owes them money for the pizza even though it was already paid for. Well no one knew that it was ordered and paid for so it was sent back. Needless to say the delivery person knew that it was paid for and should have told the person that answered the door. So hours later they came back with the same old pizza that was hours old. Why would the delivery person just leave and not say anything and not say it was paid for and try to collect money for a order that was paid for already. So if that was my business I would have made fresh pizzas and would have apologize for the mix up.

They are apparently into having old over cooked cheese pizzas around so that when an order comes in they can throw on some toppings and then over cook and dehydrate the pizza a little more before you get to eat it.Not good food.I had been wanting to try them for a while. I wanted to see how they were compared to the many other great pizza places in the area.When I arrived to pick up my pizza the person at the counter was busy talking on the phone with a very upset customer (I could hear him screaming at her through the phone). It sounded like he had ordered a pizza with extra cheese but only the extra cheese was fresh. I thought that it must have been some mistake or that the customer must just be picky.Then I got my pizza home and it was as if I took 2 day old leftover pizza out of my fridge and threw some pepperoni on top.There are so many other very excellent pizza places in Amsterdam.This place cannnot make the effort to create food worth presenting to a paying customer?I will not make the effort to pay for old gross food.

Ordered pizza and wings from them on grub hub and it never came. They had closed early and not signed out of grub hub.. The pizza is notoriously mediocre and the hit wings are the result of yet another genius messing with a good thing. Butter and hot sauce guys... Stop trying to improve the wheel.. Your wings are proof of that.... Never again.

The first couple times I ordered from this place was great. Lately, however, the delivery times have been getting longer and long. The last time around the pizza took more than a hour and a half, the pizza was stone COLD - not even look warm - the wings I received were so dried out, they couldnt be chewed on top of being cold.when I complained, all I got was, sorry our driver got lost....... TERRIBLE......

This place is pretty terrible. And I dont say that lightly. I always give locally owned places the benefit of the doubt. But, Ive ordered there prob about six times, and four of those times the experience was awful. The food is nothing special, but the service is what really sucks. Every time Ive ordered food from Brooklyns Pizza for delivery, they neglect to bring everything I ordered. Tonight, I ordered a medium cheese pizza, a dozen garlic knots and an antipasto, and they forget to bring the garlic knots. This was after waiting well over an hour for the delivery in the first place. Then, when I called them to tell them of their mistake, it went to their answering machine twice, their fax machine three times, and finally I was put on hold for over five mins. When I explained that they screwed up the order, they were unapologetic, did not offer any sort of refund, and then we had to wait another 60+ mins just to get the garlic knots. Oh yeah- the garlic knots were cold by the time they arrived. I want to reiterate that this sort of thing has happened every time Ive placed a delivery order with them. I really wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt, but I wont be ordering from them again, and I cannot recommend them to anyone else.

This place used to be the best pizza place in Amsterdam as of summer 2016. I dont know if they changed ownership or not but its now probably the worst . Such a shame when you find somthing good and it somehow gets botched !!!

Pizza is great, very creative combinations. the grinders are worth driving from mayfield, best in the upstate region.

Ordered $50 worth of food online-was told 15 to 30 minutes... or more if they were busy as a pickup time??? ok? when i got there they were charging me more then it totaled online but fixed it. then i get all the way home to see i was given 10 boneless wings instead of the 20 regular wings i ordered and yes-paid for. pizza was raunchy and cold. gets worse everytime although this was definatly my last.

The pizza and moizirela sticks are good.

This place is horrible, they didnt even cook my calazone all the way and they charged me for extra dressing that i never got. There is also absolutely nothing Greek about their greek salad

Took over an hour and a half for my food to be delivered, and my calzone was kinda cold. Delivery guy had to call multiple times to ask the delivery address even though I gave it during the order and with each call, and sweating like a pig when he showed up. Ordered a soda, no soda came with my food.

DISGUSTING!!!!!FIRST time ordering from here and was so mad I spent all that money just to recieve cold food when they were only five minutes away from my house..I shouldnt have even left a tip....I will never order from there again!!!!!
