Our visit to Tracys furniture was exemplary all due to the efforts of Nora. She was so sweet and helpful. We didnt buy anything during our visit because we still need to think on it. But we will definitely keep Tracys in mind as a front runner as we decide how to furnish our home.

Staff was wonderful and the young men delivering the furniture were awesome. Clean, well lit store with a variety of options.

Go Local. Way better than the big box, big brother stores. Fair prices with regular bargains. Quality Furniture you can actually sit on and try!!! Unlike the horrible, convoluted shipping process of the big stores, Tracys delivers pronto, and with courtesy.

I went in to get what I wanted picked out the perfect color got what I wanted paid for it and well get it in a little bit maybe in January which is perfect love the place

My husband and I went in to buy a new mattress, we live locally and wanted to support our local business. Unfortunately, we received terrible customer service and their communication was terrible. They never once apologized for there mistakes. I don’t feel like a customer should ever be made to feel the way they made us feel. Sadly we will never be taking our business back to them, and I will advise my friends and family the same.

The products offered do seem worth the price. The furniture is definitely NOT boy friendly, many items have broken. Not once have I been sent the if you dont use insurance you get x back refund. Of course, pieces that have broken, break after insurance is over. If you like to change your furniture with the seasons, Anacortes has private shoppers, their services and the products they get will be better all around. That said, if you need something in a pinch, they have a resonable amount of options on the floor available to choose from. Custom orders take f-o-r-e-v-e-r.
