Nice gentleman at the register.. Ill hit my friends in DC letting them know I found a nice hair store.

Why doesn’t anyone answer the phone? I’m starting to think this number on google isn’t correct. Have been trying to call for a few days now about a product before i risk driving over a hour to find out again that what I need isn’t in stock.

The owner is nice and greets you when u enter the store sometimes. They try to keep the place spacious to walk and find what u are looking for.

I usually shop at beauty supply store thats closest to home. I ran in to grab something and it wasnt too busy. I asked the owner for help and he snapped at me...for no reason. He is usually rude and I dont understand why. I know he has people that try to steal but that happens everywhere. He needs to learn how to deal with the public better. I wont ever shop there again!!! He better start treating customers better before he wont have a business...not everyone will tolerate disrespect.

I just recently went in to look for a wig for a birthday party. I asked for the type of wig and the guy said back wall ma’am. I seen the one I prefer so I was stand waiting for assistance. So I took the mannequin to the front register and he was beginning to ring me up. I ask is there’s not a package one to purchase. He said no and continue to do other thing. I refuse to pay for that type of effort. No thanks

PSA: Do not patronize Boom Boom Beauty supply as they operate in very draconian and unconscionable business practices. I bought a flat iron that was broken with detached plates that snatched some of my hair out. The owner could only offer All Sales are final. I believe that is tantamount to theft. The Better Business Bureau, Chamber of Commerce and all who will listen will hear of this, until it is made right.

You can find what you need quickly because it is spacious and not to cluttered. They have organization that has their supply looking the worth of its price which is reasonable. And they are kind also.

I was able to buy the salon items I needed. I had been to Cosmoprof, Saloncentric, and Sallys beauty supply. I dont know why the professional beauty supply stores didnt have the essential items, but a beauty supply that sells to anyone did. The prices were reasonable too!. This beauty supply mainly caters to wigs & hair extensions. But they have many other beauty supply products too.

Nice cluttered store but cosmetic jewelry and makeup cheap. Eyelashes are a better brand to me.

Great place to buy all hair and beauty needs. They have plenty of hair products for all hair types. A large stock of wigs and and hair pecies. Enough stock to supply all beauty shop needs. They also have jewelry bags and some shoes. Every color you need to dye your tresses. Combs brushes bows and clips. I love this shop.

Right before COVID-19 I purchased my item I always ask (can I exchange this item if it do NOT WORK FOR ME) the young lady that work there told me YES!!! Today I asked the owner could I exchange.... his response no I don’t exchange on clip... I said you sure he flat out said NO I never give bad reviews but in this case it’s VERY BAD when the owner look you in the face and flat out lie to his PAYING CUSTOMER....never shop at a place that will NOT honor their own merchandise that was NEVER USED! Bad business & never friendly.....

This place has absolutely everything you could ever need to make your hair look great!! If youre looking for a wig this is the place to go. Ive never seen a hair store with so many beautiful wigs. And they are displayed very well. the only thing I noticed bad is the prices are kinda high. But if youve got splurge money and wanna look good, you must go here.😋

He would get more business if he would stop walking around staring at all the black people like he thinks we all steal! I hate going into the store when the owner is there cause he follows you around like youre a thief! I went in with a t-shirt & shirt & my bank card in my pocket. I tried on some wigs & finally chose the one I wanted & was about to check out & he was standing so close behind me at the register I could feel & hear him breathing on me! He asked the girl at the register did I get it & she told him yes she got it, its right here & literally held the wig up so he could see it. This makes no sense! EVERYONE DOESNT STEAL & NOT ALL BLACK PEOPLE STEAL EITHER! I wish I stayed in an area that had more beauty supply stores to go to because all the ones close to my area are owned by Vietnamese people & they treat most of the black people like we all are gonna steal something!! Im so sick of that!
