I went in today because my favorite sunglasses were broken. They spent time fixing them (not an easy job) and didnt charge me a dime. I was stunned. Great customer service. Friendly. Helpful. So nice to see a business that will do something free of charge, just because. Ill be back!

My husband and I are retired from technical careers and were extremely impressed with Dr. Hopkins professional attitude and expert skill. Keith was on duty in the eyeglass area and completely utilized our insurance for our eyeware. Best experience from an eye doctor and staff that we have had in a long time. Would recommend them to family and friends in a heartbeat.

The employee who helped with our glasses order was awesome . She was very helpful and patient with us and helped us get the most value for our purchase. She deserves a raise. She is always very professional every time we come . Her name was Denise.

I took my two kids here for eye exams. We used to see Dr. James, but she moved to a different practice. We saw Dr. Scheira. She was very rude. She said my son pays no attention to detail. My son is very detail oriented and I am not even sure what she meant by that. She also told him he needs to wear his glasses all the time. I told her that he does. I know for a fact he does. She muttered something under her breath and snickered. My other son’s vision was fine and she said I didn’t even need to bring him. He had never had an eye exam and I wanted to just make sure because our whole family except him are in glasses or contacts. I will never go back to this LensCrafters again! She was such a nasty person.

No signs posted, no social media post(s), saying that LensCrafters would close 30+ minutes early on Veterans Day. Arrived about 45 minutes prior to close and they were closed, doors locked and everything. Could have posted somewhere that they would have shortened hours.

I had a great experience here! Everyone was so friendly and helpful from start to finish! They were even giving me tips for when my baby comes and how to make sure she has good eye health! Will be returning as a happy and satisfied customer!

Lenses are only guaranteed for 30 days. Mine started pealing in less than 6 months and they would not replace them in a VERY expensive pair ofsunglasses. Use a more reputable business.

Someone tell me why every time I call into this LensCrafters they are so rude on the phone? Seriously there is no need for that. You work in a service industry if you cannot provide one part (of many) of your job to the people who keep you with said job with a decent attitude and personality perhaps you should get a job elsewhere.

The best doctor they had left. Their prices are much too high. (I know because I used to work in other optical shops). Plus, you can no longer get your eyewear made there..... they closed their in house lab at all Lenscrafters locations and your glasses and contacts has to be ordered from their corporate lab.
