I went in yesterday looking for a zero turn mower. Found a Badboy 54 I was interested in and the salesman was to lazy to walk outside and make sure the mower I was looking at was the the one he quoted me a price on.. So I go in today to check it out again and let them know when I would be able to pay for it.. Come to find out he quoted me a different mower.. Wow.... Now they need another 1000. Wasnt happening... So my suggestion is to never shop HERE!!!!

If I could give them a big 000 I would. Purchased a Tractor Backhoe from them in October 2018 and since have had to replace everything on my own and I mean everything!!!! Dealership no help and took another $700 to fix issues 4 months after purchase. We are still making payment but they are not honoring the warranty and have left us with a broken useless tractor that isnt even 1 year old. Do not purchase from this company!!! Don not purchase a Mahindra!!!! read complaints everywhere before you make a decision.So in response to you we have made several please to you about all different types of issues and your repsonse hass been not covered under warranty. This was supposed to be a new tractor and the $700 dollars was towards fising issues with a brand new tractor which when asked to porduce paperwork showing it was brand new never happened. You can spin this anyway you want the truth of the matter is you sold me a tractor for 20,000 and the charged me $700 not 4 months after it was purchased when I call about bolts, pins etrc you tell me I have to purchase them. You have been no help to me in thsi sitruation and if you look on line you will see many others with the same issues. Your service department soes not deal fairl;y with your customers and from your response neither do you.
I changed my review rating since I have been waiting for 4+ weeks to receive a response regarding my warranty and still havent received my owners manual for the equipment I purchased. Ive called several times and also emailed the manufacturer but still no response beyond the standard we value you as a customer and were looking into your issue...

I own a mowing and Landscape business. A good friend of mine contacted because he is working outside sales for Tom Wood so I thought I would give them a shot to take care of my equipment.Im not sure how they are on sales however their service department is horrible. The lack of knowledge of Scag equipment sure shows. I brought in my Scag Vride because the engine was over speeding and told them when I brought it in the engine would need to be removed and the case would need to be opened because the issue was inside the engine. 3 weeks later they call and say the mower was ready. When I went in to pick it up the RPMs was too low to cut grass. They tried to adjust the govenor on the outside. I told them it wasnt going to work that way and brought the machine back.I picked up the mower today and still not fixed correctly I paid them $495 when i picked up the mower the first time and $329.00 today. They brought the mower out with the tire half flat they charged me to fix the tire on the first bill didnt offer to put any air in it. Now I still have a mower that I cant use.Will never to business with these people again. I hope the money I paid them helps their business and I hope this review helps some other guy to not get stuck wasting any hard earned money with this crew that is obviously clueless!8-9-2018 I want to update my review about this company.I took my Scag mower to a different dealer and got it fixed correctly. I contacted Kyle the manager and asked for a refund of some of my money. I wasnt expecting a full refund because they done some other work to it as well so I was going to leave it up the them to do the right thing. Well they not only refused to give me any money back but now they are going to lie and say that I refused to have the mower fixed correctly. Like Im going to refuse their repair and take it somewhere else to only pay more we also told me when I met with him last week they wanted to cut ties with me Im here to say I will not be going away from this and will see them in court over this. I have voicemails from them and a time stamped video of how my mower was running the day I picked it up! It would have been much easier to offer me $200 bucks back as a refund than treat me as they have. I really dont think they realize how many friends I have in this business to spread my experience with Tom Wood. Anderson is an aweful small town to get a bad reputation!
