Great Music Shop! Brought in my family heirloom banjo and they gave me honest appraisal of what it would take to repair, then discussed a new Banjo as an alternative for me to learn to play with. Gave me a free set of finger picks to get me started. I met the gentleman who teaches Banjo lessons at the store, he tuned up my new Banjo and was very informative. (Planning on setting up lessons in the near future because the whole experience was great!) Got everything at a good price, plus advice and encouragement. I highly recommend.

This place has all your go to electronic needs. This place is clean and friendly. They even have spots to practice or test out there items. They have good prices and they are always willing to help. They even offer classes to put you in a better place. I love this place.

HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE experience. Never would I EVER rent from them again. Beware. I returned saxophone and they have no record due to computers being down. Still expecting $1200+ for an instrument they have at their store. The Anderson, SC stores assistant manager hung up on me while he was also interrupting me. They had no clue and couldnt help so they wanted me to contact customer service because they over 200 stores. So, apparently thats a good excuse.

Draisen Edwards Music Center is simply the best. They have taken great care of me and my instruments for years and I would never go anywhere else for equipment, instruments, or lessons. They are your one stop shop and will take great care of you. Thanks guys!

Ive been doing business with these guys since I was a teenager and Draisen-Edwards was at the Belvedere Shopping Center.Great staff and selection. Always fun to visit. You never know what youll find there.

You rent an instrument for your child for band and they tell you that all youll have to pay is the monthly rental fee and a lease warranty fee for your child to receive the instrument and then come to find out they run your credit and if its not so great you have to pay an additional $150 to receive your instrument which they did not disclose.... So being Im a disabled vet on a fixed income it would have been nice to know that there is an extra $150 charge for not so great credit so that I can consider that in my monthly paycheck. Plus when I try to explain to the female on the line all this I get an attitude! So not such a great place for customer service or communication to customers.

It’s ok, they don’t have the studio anymore. If your looking for set up chords this is the place to go. They have a couple of beat machines and keyboards.

Decent selection but prices are inflated. They offer instrument rental to our kids middle school. They wanted $$$ to rent an instrument. When I mentioned I could find a gently used one on ebay for much cheaper, the representative threatened that they may not service the instrument from ebay (the store offers this outright). Needless to say I found a more valuable brand than the rental and paid a quarter of their price!

I asked for an opinion on which of two guitars was the best quality for the money, and the recommendation was for the cheaper of the two. Instant credibility. Plus the staff are just all around nice, helpful folks.This is our music store from now on.

If you need repairs or things for your brass and woodwind instruments this store will help you in this area, however they dont keep you updated on the repair itself. A couple years back I dropped off my sisters cello at the store to be repaired I didnt hear back from them for a MONTH. Finally when I was free I went back to the store in person and asked them about the cello. Apparently the cello was fixed in a couple of days and they didnt even bother calling me to tell me the repairs were done. If you are musician dont bother going to this store, the store itself is built upon ripping off musicians and bad customer service. Everything in the store is overpriced for no reason and the staff are a bunch of rude condescending smart alecks. Just today I went in to get a 9v ac adapter for my pedals they priced the adapter for $26.99! The adapter was a truetone, online it is usually priced around $15.99 to $18.99. For now on I will be shopping online because if you go to Draisen you will not save money. I would rather wait for a couple days and save money online than go to Draisen and lose money.

Knowledgeable and slightly goofy staff.

We told them my daughters clarinet had to be ready for a performance in two days and they repaired it on the spot for free! Very helpful staff.

Staff has always been friendly and helpful. They have everything needed for Middle and High School band...including private lessons and a repair shop.
