I lady by the name Margie who works in Beverly and Andover was very helpful and spent unlimited time showing me the different options she had me try multiple grades, types and prices. I bought one that felt the best for my 4 times back operation and a pillow that was good for my one neck operation. She understood my issues as she has her own back and hip issues. She found the best one to fit my body and keep things in line for healthy comfort.I would recommend her for anyone who needs just the right bed. Had a terrible experience with Bob’s (short version - ordered a bed on 11/17 that never came). Called Mattress Firm, and Howard was super friendly and helpful. Told me they had what I needed to get a good night’s sleep after being on a couch for two months. Went in (very clean inside), and twenty minutes later I left with a mattress and bed frame for less than it would’ve cost at Bob’s. Finally sleeping well again, and I am so grateful!

The store is very clean and well maintained. It is not too large but still has a good selection of brands and firmness. The staff was very friendly and incredibly helpful. The prices are also competitive and they have some great deals.

Went in to take a look at mattresses after checking out “other” places. We were definitely in the market after 15 years with our previous mattress, but went in with my wife with the intention to review and test several mattresses but not sure about purchasing. Met Tom who took an incredibly helpful, but not pushy approach....seemed genuinely interested in educating us on mattresses rather than the need for a sale. Took us through a well orchestrated process to determine correct firmness, followed by a review of the various types (coil, foam, hybrid). By the end we very happily purchased a new Beautyrest mattress, and felt like we were making an incredibly well informed choice and got a better price than the equivalent at Jordan’s. Mattress was delivered today, and there was slight damage on the mattress, so Tom is organizing a pickup and re-delivery. It was zero effort and at Tom’s prompting as he clearly wants the mattress and experience to be perfect. We don’t buy a lot of mattresses, but I will absolutely, without question purchase my next mattress through Tom at MattressFIRM in Andover.
