I called them as aour furnace was not working at all, they get us an appointment the same day and even though they had to come back the next morning, they got our heat working before they went to their scheduled jobs for inspections. I was so greatful and thankful that they were able to take care of us.

Howard and Ken came out VERY late at night to work on the Word of Life Churchs roof top units when the temps were below zero and wind at 20-30 mph. They have always provided great service and have been doing so since about 1987. We miss Howards stories!

Hard to find anyone who works with fuel oil furnaces anymore. Found Anderson Burner on internet, called & spoke to Garrett. They showed up the next morning, on time, and were absolutely fantastic. Took their time & explained everything. Reasonably priced. These guys are the best!

What a joke!!!They could not fix our heater because they do not have tall enough ladders or scaffolding.They were chosen by our Home Warranty company (also a joke but a review for another day) and we still had to pay the 75 dollars just for them to show up and say, oops, cant reach it, sucks to be you, and leave.Now, my garage still has no heat, really cold weather is in the forecast and I have to find someone else to fix the heater. It could just be the pilot light, except, you know, we dont have a tall ladder or scaffolding!!! (Which is why we called in the first place!! OY!!!)

My furnace had an issue and they came out the same morning and fixed it with a reasonable price! honest people! i would highly recommend them!

Paid this company for furnace repair and certification on a dangerous CO level. The claimed they fixed it but Would not provide legible receipt. Called Anderson several times for a new receipt and safety certification being that Im a Realtor and we needed it for closing on the property. He usually answered his phone but always had an excuse why he hadnt sent the proper paperwork and repeatedly stated hed lost my phone number or fax number. Finally offered to leave it on his voicemail but he said they dont have voicemail, email a working fax (or pen and paper evidently.) The homeowners called him too and he said hed call back but never called them either. We ended paying another contractor over again to complete the job. I advise that you do not hire this company.
