Its one of my favorite stores. I just dont feel comfortable w/the idea that their products come from China.

Helpful assistant. They are having problems restocking like everywhere else.

Very knowledgeable staff. Speedy check out. A bit of a gimmick with the credit card offer, but other than that. A+++ experience.

Not as big as the store in California. But still has very good products. Cashier was very nice & attentive. Made sure I was finding what I needed.

Needed clippers desperately and the curbside services were fantastic. Spoke with a nice lady on the phone about what I needed. She let me know my options and then rang me up and delivered them right to the curb when I pulled up!!!! Couldn’t have asked for anything better thanks so much!!!!!

Nice store. They’re actually open until 8pm not 9pm as the site says. The page needs updated because I live an hour away and drove for nothing due to the store being closed at 8 rather than 9 like their website says!

Normally have no issues. Was sent into get hair color by the girl who styles my hair. The sales lady was rude and treated me like I didnt know anything. She told me what I was there would not work and recited her credentials. Sorry but someone who pleases me everytime with my hair has more leverage than you hair styling in Chicago area.

Their system was down so I could not buy a professional perm I had to buy a regular perm the anyone can buy and I couldnt get my discount. Last time I went I bought a wax roller for 399 on clearance and all the parts werent there. I dont feel its the problem of the employees there they are very nice helpful clean store but its the company I think with their products.

They are not licensed professionals.....telling customers how to color hair which there wrong. manager is rude. Employees have no clue what there talking about....

The staff was incredibly helpful helping me pick products for my difficult hair without spending a fortune!

Manager is rude. Very pushy and mean. If I dont understand her she rolls her eyes and gets in my face about things. Never going back.
