My ignition didnt work, it was jammed. They fixed it free so I could take my father in law fishing again. I will yake my boat back to them again for wntrrizing and future maintenance.

I bought a brand new mastercraft boat from this place. It cost me over $125,000. I’ve had nothing but problems with it since I bought it and their reluctance to come and fix it has been in corrigible. They keep blaming it on me that I’m doing something wrong. I’ve had over 10 ski boat on the cheeks and I decided to go to mastercraft, what a mistake. The service here is terrible, the sales is even worse. I wanted to sell this boat to get out of it and I’ve had it sitting at the dealership for over a month and they haven’t even listed it for sale. The biggest time of the year to sell a boat and mines been sitting there not even listed. The place is terrible, if you’re going to buy a Mastercraft don’t do it here,It will be a waste of your time and you will walk away frustrated

Great Mastercraft dealer! Craig, the owner, is very knowledgeable when it comes to all of his products but Mastetcraft especially. He gave up his Sunday afternoon so that we could test drive a new XT20. We are trying to find the best boat to ski and surf behind to replace our x30. He offered to take us out on the lake to try it first hand. Great service, not a pushy sales guy and he has done everything possible to make sure we are comfortable that we are buying the right boat for our family.

Was not good this time as i had to be towed back to ft.wayne
