All my years getting service done in my car I have never experienced such professionalism and attention to detail. The guy that is running this place clearly goes above and beyond. Super grateful for these guys. Super friendly and down to earth staff. I called them for an emergency with my brakes and they went above and beyond to get me back on the road the same day. I am not from this area but if all jiffy lubes are like this I may have found a new garage. I would recommend this garage to all.

I have came to then for every oil change since I have gotten my license. The workers are the sweetest people you’ll meet, not to mention funny. This trip I came in right as they were for they closing on accident and they still got me in. They have always such kind people and will be respectful to me. I highly highly recommend them! It’s one thing when you get a fast easy service but to add great people, definitely going back again!

My RV had a problem with the rear brakes and I stopped at this Jerry Lube location to try my luck in a Sunday morning. The crew at the location, Steve, Cater and Mike, were angles sent for making a miracle. They checked and found a bolt of the rear brake missing. They helped ordered from nearby city, and picked up from Autozone and installed it for free charge of labor. The part is only $7 a piece. My teenage son and I were so much touched by the kindness and good hearts of the people at Angola, IN.

Service technicians were very knowledgeable about how to change all the fluids (and I mean ALL of them) on my vehicle. There was no phone-a-friend or waiting period. I brought the car in for an oil change, and they notified me that according to OEM recommendations it was time to change out the transfer case fluid and transmission fluids, and I believe differentials if my memory serves me correctly. They were able to change out all of these fluids within an hour and the car feels significantly better shifting through gears. I personally would not have known what a transfer case is and why it needs fluid without the help of the staff here!Frankly, they fixed problems I didn’t even know I had, or were possible to have in a car. I learned something and my vehicle is better performing condition for it - and the results of the driving experience speak for themselves.

By far the nicest/courteous group of people I have encountered in a long while at a business. Everyone was happy, fun, and joking around. You don’t always get that! A brand new employee even helped me by putting in new brake light bulbs for me. I couldn’t do it because so don’t have the skill set, but he was willing to go beyond my expectations! Kudos to the team, you just got a repeat customer!

The people there were really fantastic! They squeezed us into a busy schedule to replace our alternator, saving us from having to wait two more days for another shop to open. Thank you so much!

Just went back with my old Chevy pickup truck which is a 1988 had oil change and tires put on. Could not be any more happy with the work they did and the professional services they did great place to get my suff worked on. I highly recommend having your car or tuck done here!

Absolutely terrible. Those people couldnt even do a simple oil change right. The person under the vehicle that drained the oil and changed the filter then oked the person to add the new oil forgot to put the oil plug back in screams to stop as oil was being splashed on him. When he got the plug back in instead of redraining the oil and then putting the correct amount in they just guessed how much to add. The one employee then made the remark that i wouldnt be charged for the extra oil. The next morning when i pulled my truck from the garage there were several oil spots on the floor. Not happy at all

I went in for an oil change and 2 tires, if possible. They were short staffed and still worked it out to get my tires done for me. Grade A staff and service. Cant fully express my appreciation. Ty again guys.

They are quick and efficient, I was in and out in around 20 to 25 minutes from start to finish.

We needed our battery replaced and with the positioning of it to the rear of the trunk, we were unable to do it ourselves. We purchased the battery elsewhere, got in right away at Jiffy Lube and for a very affordable price they removed the old battery, repaired the post, and replaced the battery in a timely manner and we were on our way. Great friendly service while following all of the Covid protocols. We were very happy with the service and the price.

I did not care for the guy who checked me in. He mumbled, was hard to understand, and didn’t look at me….. but the guy who did some of the work was courteous, spoke to me and made me feel comfortable getting the work done!

We needed just an oil change a few months ago on a Sunday, opted to go to Jiffy Lube in Angola & met Chris who was honest from the get go. Needed some other work done that being a Multi Care center, they would do for us. Chris worked with our schedule, got the work done & was very professional with us. Had an issue with engine power when temps cooled down, Chris once again helped us out & was really great. Just recently we had an issue with the steering, they found the problem, got the part & fixed it the same day. Chris even went in on his day off to help Steve to be sure we got our vehicle back that day. Just can’t say enough about the great professional service Chris & his staff show all customers.

Specifically asked them to check taillights. They said they were fine and I got pulled over that night for having a taillight out.

Robby and I believe his name is Mike, (he was the one underneath my car). They both worked very well together and fixed my washer fluid tank...The lady who took my information was not in a good mood and was rude to the staff.I did not get my wrench that was lit up turnedon my dash turned off .I will go back in and have them turn the light off and reset my oil change light ...Your prices are high...

These guys spent four hours working on my daughters car last night and went above and beyond to make sure that it was repaired correctly. Much appreciated and she was able to return home without any issues. She reports the car is handling much better.

For $100 total brake pads and labor it was really cheap and affordable. Same day service and they did a good job on my brakes. My only issue is it took about 1 1/2 hours instead of the 30 minutes they initially promised. Plus I waited about 15 minutes before they initially acknowledged me. But hey, its cheaper than anywhere else and it was still faster than anywhere else Ive tried.

They are very accommodating and make time to do extra things.

Love jiffy lube once you are in its quick better than walmart

This the third time my wife and I have used this location, and I was very dissatisfied this time. The receipt stated that they checked my lights and they did not. Also we noticed most every other vehicle had their windows cleaned, not ours, but the receipt showed they did. At the end the tech closed the hood, but later we found that it was never closed properly. I will not be going here again.

Extremely helpful and immediately recognized I worked for Cameron Memorial Community Hospital and advised I am qualified for 50% discount which I was not aware of.I will definitely go back and spread the word to fellow co workers of discount.

I way overpaid for my oil change. After talking to other oil changes place, I was told $128 on a 2013 car was outrageous. Lesson learned.

My family of five were on our way back from the lakes for vacation and our water pump went out. Over an hour away from home. They heard about it from Auto Zone and we were told to come over and they would fix it! They were so friendly and eager to help. They stayed over an hour and a half for us! Fantastic staff. Car shut off right when I pulled in the bay and couldn’t get it to start again. The staff spent close to two hours trying to trouble shoot a few things with no luck, but were extremely patient, helpful, and honest. Will definitely return again if I’m back in this area!

I bought some tires from tire rack and took them to this location to have installed. It took over 2 1/2 hours to install 4 tires. Once it was completed I noticed that my rims were all chewed up. They put gouges in them and scratched them. I complain to them and eventually they sent me somewhere to have them repaired. The problem is I had to spend a total of 7+ hours driving to Fort Wayne and waiting for them to be completed. I thought the fair thing would’ve been for them to refund me the cost of the tire install since they did such a poor job and required me to take all this time out of my day to fix the mess that they created for me but every time I went in there somebody from the corporate office was going to call me but it never happened . If had to do it all over again I would go and use somebody who has more expertise in tires.

The name Jiffy is a bit deceiving. It took me about as long to pay my bill as it did to get the oil changed. There were certain other items, such as my lights, that were never checked. My bill also stated that the differentiall fluids could not be checked . . . .I wonder why because other places could do it! Probably wont go back again
