My Boyfriend ordered a part over the phone was told the price would be around 86 and they would call to let us know it was in. Never got a call and when we stopped by to pick it up we were charged for shipping. Dot total of over $100. No problem that we had to pay for shipping. It’s the fact that they didn’t say that would be charged and that they didn’t call. Terrible customer service and will never be going back to a NAPA again

This store is a sorry piece I usually deal with the napa one Douglas but was near by need a list of parts and the guy was taking forever and finally I ask for someone else and the manager told me to leave thats fine i left and did spent my money elsewhere

In my opinion they would rather only men come to the store. Lots of other places to Christmas shop, Ill try them.

Always knowledgeable staff & quality parts -- those are the reasons NAPA is the best in town!! And since their distribution center is on Euclid, they can get nearly everything same day.

The employees here were great at helping me find what I need. There is also a good selection of items for what you need.

Thought we had a bad battery. He tested it & it was okay. He told us it might be the alternator & how to check it. We followed his advice. Glad to say the alter alternator is okay. It was probably a loose connection.

Brian the store manager is great!! He really knows what hes talking about, very helpful, and will definitely make you laugh while youre in there! Great place. Much better than the AutoZone in ankeny.

Awesome place! Prices, service, you name it! This is the best auto store around and the best NAPA ive been to.

The employees here are extremely helpful. I walk into the store and I am always greeted and asked if I need help with anything. Ive never had any trouble getting whatever it is that I am after. Prices at Napa seem to be a bit steeper than other stores like Autozone, or Advance Auto Parts but Im willing to pay a slight bit extra for the convenience of location.

Service was horrible the employee didnt know how to enter the gmc code that was provided by the dealer ship. No efforts was even attempted to look the code up.
