Me and my girlfriend visited this store just browsing the store looking around but it was very uncomfortable being in there one of the female team members with glasses and a ponytail was racial profiling me she kept following us around as we browse the store. even when we walked in we didn’t get greeted. Luckily after we got done looking around we left otherwise I would’ve said something to her and it wouldn’t be nice.

I was happy to find a pair of shoes that I needed. My feet swell and I needed something with a lot of give while remaining supportive.

Clean store, good location, and friendly staff. Still can get some deals on shoes but noticing shoe prices getting more expensive especially here. The BOGO deal is good and still will always stop in and take a look. I recommend.

Horrible manager, dont like to help customers, my wife was there and he refuse to help because her English wasnt good enough! Never had such a negative experience in a retail store before in our life. Several customer just walk away at the same time

Selection is not always the best. You can always find better deals at the mall store. Always a line. Selection is pretty good. Sizes can be limited. Purchasing online and picking up in store is a better idea.

Store lacks any insoles for men entirely.Employees act irritated that you are even there, Because now they cant keep talking about whatever gossip they had going.Said they were closed 10 minutes before closing time another time.Its one of those stores that acts like they dont really want you to be a customer in general. Lazy valley girl type attitudes with no desire to help you at all.Based on a 1/2 a dozen visits over 3 years.I now avoid this place, Ill go to Des Moines for a random item or wait for Amazon before I go to this store.

We walked in, was not greeted. There were four people working on the shoes within 20 feet of us. No one ever acknowledged us. I had to seek them out for help with a shoe being ink tagged preventing the shoe being tried on at all. She brought it back saying an excuse of why it was tagged that way and walked away and no one ever helped us again until we checked out.

I stopped in yesterday and had great customer service. Both of the ladies that were working, were very pleasant, knowledgeable and took the time to help me find a pair of summer shoes from another store I was dying to have.

Not a very good selection for women. My husband bought 3 pairs of tennis shoes.

I went here to get some shoes with my daughter and we both found great pairs of shoes unfortunately the shoes we wanted they didnt have in our size. I wanted some swiss and wear a 12 but they had up to 9 and didnt know if they were going to get more. My daughter wanted some light up sparkles shoes and they didnt sell those for her size unfortunately. We did end up getting some decent shoes just not the original ones we wanted.

TERRIBLE customer service and i cant stress that enough! Didnt have what we needed in their store and rather then offer to order us what we need off THIER website acts like were a bother. So we went else where and wont be back

Not very pleased with our visit. My 10yr daughter and I walked in and she wanted to spin wheel and girl in booth just looked at us and said nothing. We moved on to look at shoes and found nothing that caught my eye. We decided to leave with not one worker bothered to ask or say anything to us, obviously cause the were to busy talking among themselves.

Great selection, had just what I was looking for.

My mom and I went into this store on December 7th to find me some boots. The staff on the 7th were extremely helpful. I had to order a pair of boots to be shipped to the store and Allyson was fantastic walking me through the process. She told me I would get an email or call when my boots arrived. I checked my email everyday and never relieved an email. On December 21st at 3:30pm I went into the store to check on my boots and the gentleman went to the back and got them. He then rudely stared that the 21st was the last day I could have picked them up or I would have been refunded and they would have been shipped back. I then stated that I never received anything stating that my boots had arrived and that I needed to pick them up. He never apologized and was extremely rude! I wish I would have gotten his name. I will not be going back to this location.
