Need to staff more people. waiting here is the worst! The simplest thing takes forever. Id rather go to the dentist!
Im not leaving 2 stars due to my service that day necessarily, its what happened a few weeks later. I went in to switch from Verizon to T Mobile. I took them up on their $650 switch promotion. Was told my phone (S20+) would be worth ~$600 in trade in value. I had $875 left to pay off this phone with Verizon. They said the $650 would go toward my pay off fee as well as the value of my trade in amount. the rest, would be credited to my bill after the first period. Signed a document stating $400 would be credited to my bill and the rest would cover what my pay off fee would be after $650. Made sense... I was assured TWICE that I didnt need to do anything else on my end once we left the store.Month goes by and Verizon hits me with that $875. After an hour on the customer service line, not only was the promo not put through, but there was no other credits from my trade in attached to my pay off amount.So now, Im out that $875... and am getting over $200 less than what I was told my trade in would be... and finding out a month later after the promo expired.This has completely destroyed any of the satisfaction I received from the initial switch and I could not be more disappointed with the entire situation.
The only way I could write this is if I gave atleast 1,star. They dont get any really. I have never been treated so rudely. Big guy at front is very rude. Not helpful at all. He acted like it was putting him out to help. He wasnt much of a man to act that way. LAZY. Told my friend lets go you can be treated better somewhere else. TMobile generic.
Decided to visit the store to get an upgrade, we walked in and were greeted at the door . The representative stated that there was a waiting list and due to COVID we would have to wait outside . That was acceptable so he took my number and name and stated that I would be getting a text when they were ready for me to return to assist me . He stated it should be 45 minutes to an hour before we will get a text because there are 6 people in front of us . Again I agreed and understood the reasoning why. I left to run a couple places in the area and returned 45 minutes later and sat in my car . After about 20 more minutes of waiting I received a text that it is my turn soon so check in . I walked into the store and was greeted by the same individual he stated that they were not ready for us yet because there were still 5 people ahead of us . I asked how that could be when I received the text and there were 3 new customers in the store that were not there the first time . He stated again he is not sure why but there are 5 more people . I again questioned how that was possible when I received the text saying to check in and also there were 3 new individuals in the store now when we returned and there were only 6 in front of us when we were put on the waiting list . I am considering leaving this provider and would like a manager to call me back .
Great customer service tons of patience and answered all of my questions. the only way they can get up to five stars is if customer care lets them handle every request in the store.

I like the new place, tripled the size, had it staffed properly, was in and out quickly as I wanted.
As we walked in we were greater by a lady. We asked for a new screen saver. She asked what phone my wife had. We showed her the phone and it was the 10 xr.She found a new screen saver. We paid and the tech dept installed the new screen for us. And mentioned to register the screen. For replacements. All was good. Except the screen saver my wife had was a private screen saver. And the new one was just a standard screen saver.So it goes to say your staff was kinda stand offish during the sale. And even looked at the old screen saver before they gave us a different one to replace it with.With just a little more salesperson attention would have made our visit complete.Now we have a phone with out her private screen saver installedAnd my wife was not going back after her experience. I mentioned the salesperson was at fault not caring for our business.
Awful service. 45 minutes after I was told 20 minutes to be helped I left without service. Staff more people or get someone that is actually competent. Typical lazy services.
This store is very disorganized it is like the blind leading the blind. The sales associate didnt know what she was doing. An alarm was going off no one knew where the key was to turn it off. The calls kept dropping when trying to call customer service and their internet didnt work. We were in here forever. Terrible experience.
It’s an extra 20 bucks on your bill just to walk into the store. “It’s a valid charge no way to refund it”

This store gave me faith in Sprint again. Great staff working there. Very knowledgeable people that seems to honestly care about your issues. They went the extra mile for me. Not one hassle, unlike the last few corporate Sprint stores Ive been to. Sprint needs to take notice of this store and mirror their other store like this one in Ankeny,Iowa.
Short round blonde sales person is not professional. We were looking for new phone, but she didnt seem knowlegabe or interested. She stood away from us looking at her smart watch, either checking messages or checking time until off. Questions posed to her requiring yes or no responses were met with okay. We left frustrated and with no phone.
This is probably the most helpful Sprint store in the greater Des Moines area and Ive been to most of them. I will go out of my way to go here. It actually made me reconsider cancelling my Sprint service.
If I could give a half star, I would.Long story short the head Manager of this store is going to run it into the ground. We had an issue with him so he called me asking why I reviewed him badly and said the other employees shouldn’t have done what they did to make our service better. When I didn’t want to hear him giving all these excuses as to why his customer service was poor, I hung up and he continued to call me again.The day I went in to ask about the poor service on our phones an AMAZING associate said he could push upgrades through for our account because our phones were not working. We went in to take care of the issue on my husbands day off and the manager told us completely different than what the other sprint associate had told us and said he could do nothing for us and told us to go to Apple because it was an Apple issue not sprint. We were frustrated leaving the store (and he knew it) when he chased us out to our vehicle telling us to leave him a good review. Well, Apple replaced our phones with new ones thanks to Apple care and the problem was just as bad. We went back to sprint and the AWESOME associate that I had mentioned previously helped us out and got us entirely taken care of, this is when I sent in a bad review of the manager.If you go in when the manager is there don’t expect any help. If he wasn’t there, going to this store would be a pleasant experience.
Terrible customer service. Paid for an up grade online on Saturday, Monday went in at 4:30 to pick it up and they canceled my order at 3pm and gave the phone to a customer in store and acted like they had no clue what I was talking about “ ordering the phone online”. This store has never had any quality of customer service and the guys working there stand around talking about how great there doing while the line is 5 people deep! Take it from someone the has been with sprint since 2004.... go to Verizon ! The years that have been wasted on the this company and there costumer service is a joke. All 5 of the guys the where on that shift seriously need to be in a different profession. Towel boy at a gym would be more suitable!
The worker I spoke to was very unhelpful. I don’t remember her name, but she had long blonde hair and wore a sprint hat, also wore glasses. She kept trying to get us to get the most expensive plan and Mis-informed me on a lot of the information, as I️ found out from another phone company worker. It’s kind of upsetting that I’m trying to start my own phone plan for the first time and I have someone trying to egg me into bad options.
Went there to discuss getting my husbands phone fixed. They barely looked at it, customer service rep, JJ gave us the insurance phone number and sent us away. She said that we could call, open the ticket, pay the deductible and get a new phone overnighted. I felt like she was pushing us out the door. I left and called insurance just to be told that Sprint had to initiate the ticket and prove that the phone was unrepairable. So I called the store back to have them help and JJ said shes never heard of that and their tech left for the night already (had they helped us the first time, the tech would have still been there). She didnt seem to understand the frustration and basically just acted as if oh well youre out of luck. Probably the WORST customer service Ive ever had with Sprint. Went to a different store today, the tech right away looked at and worked on the phone, figured out it wont be fixable at the store, gave me a loaner and ordered a new phone at no charge because it was a malfunction within the phone. I am extremely disappointed in the Ankeny store. That used to be our go to store because its closer to our house and the people were great, but I dont see any of the old employees in there and the new ones were terrible. Id give it 0 stars if I could.
Crooks. Pre ordered the iPhone 11 pro max last week. No one told me till today(launch day) that it wouldn’t ship until middle of next freaking month. Won’t even cancel my pre order till the phone shows up. Basically holding my money hostage. Stay away from this store
Terrible management carrying out the bidding of a terrible provider. Making it worse is the staff knows the manager has anger issues and that Sprint is crash landing. Oh wait, they are sorry that they are terrible to do business with so you do get a that as an add on option you didnt ask for.
Quit call time at 12 minutes in, phone broke from screen error and replacement bad enough advised to wait for re-replacement. I cant contact to see if they got said phone. Only good thing is so far nice staff.
This location is top notch! The people that work here are professional and helpful! They will serve you to get the best possible deals on devices and accessories! Plus they have a really cool Samsung dedicated table display with live demo devices and tons of Samsung branded accessories throughout the store!

I was lied to multiple times by the sales associate and given all these “free” things for switching plans come to find out they cost me about $100 extra per month! For things I did not ask for nor want! Do not trust what the sales associate tells you. Do not let them add things to your account because you’re switching to a cheaper plan, do not let them tell you because you enroll in auto pay you’ll get all these extra things for free because they are NOT free. If you need to go to sprint, I suggest going to a different location. Hopefully the other locations don’t take on the practice of blatantly lying to their customers. I have filed a complaint with the BBB.

If you want to be treated rudely by the staff, request on the phone to be contacted by the mananger, then the manager cant return a call, this is the place for you. I stood in line for 10 minutes, and when I was next, someone who just walked in the door was waited on before me. When I told this guy not to cut in line, I was told by a rude staff member that he had already been in the store. Well so had I a week before. By this employees assement of the situation, I should have been first in line as soon as I walked in, because I had been there previously. What a joke. Rude staff and costumers who think they are better than everyone else.

The coverage is a little less than that of verizon or US cellular but You get unlimited data with no overages. I was very happy to switch. Both verizon and US cellular screwed me with insane data charges.
This had to be the worst experience. I dont know if to blame customers who come into the store not having done any research whatsoever or the terribly slow staff. Be prepared to wait a looooooong time to get any service here. You may get lucky if you get your timing right.

When I ordered phones the sevice was outstanding. Very helpful. When I went to pick up my order, I looked at the website for store times. They are an hour off. Nevermind I left home early to make time, Sprint geeeted me with NO, and sorry. Already think leaving Verizon was a HUGE mistake. Never once in 8 years did customer service treat me like a number.
Was talked into getting free phones!! That I have been charged for Every month!! Then every month Ihave to call in to see why my bill is almost 300 dollars when I was told 200 so I have to wait for them to adjust the bill that only their manager can do that happens to not be Available or they want me to come in the store Every month!No Returned calls phone is currently cut off because I refuse to pay 300 dollars a month for Phone bill thats suppose to be 200!! Still waiting on Ricky and another Lady to Return my call from the beginning of the week!!!

My phone wasnt charging. So I took it in they blew some air in the micro USB port and told me it would charge fine, but they didnt do anything my phone still doesnt charge.
Awful service. Tried to call multiple times with no answer. When I went in and asked what the difference between 2 phones was the employee who was helping me/ playing around on her Ipad said Uhh that ones bigger and didnt even look up from her device. So unprofessional that I may just switch to Verizon.
Go to the store on University in Des Moines instead. The employees here dont understand their own pricing and promotions, and they talk down to you like youre a 5 year old.

I went to fix my phone, they changed the glass and everything, and the next after I took it, it no longer worked, I did not get a signal, and I went again and explained the problem they told me that they were going to restart it. It was some adjustments and it was done, I left the store and it continued the same it did not work, I had no signal, I went again and the order was sent to send me another backup phone, I went the next day to bring the new phone and it was gone The person who attended me first was another, and he says that he does not know anything about that that he can not take the other phone and with the order signed, and also they make him wait for one for hours to be able to attend us, terrible bad service .. I do not recommend it at all ..
