What a wonderful scrapbook store. Lots and lots to choose from. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Shop was clean and organized. Mask are to be worn by all.

Kellie is patient and kind when assisting me with product sourcing/shopping over the phone. She always makes me feel appreciated as a customer and a friend. Even though I live miles away, Kellie is very welcoming and I receive a pleasant voice and great attitude.KUDOS to a great store and wonderful friendly staff! This is by far the best craft, cardmaking,and scrapbooking store. The owners are great, the staff is awesome, and the merchandise is top notch.

This place is beyond awesome for all ages. They have such talented and friendly people there. I do not believe Kelly calls the people there employees she calls them all family. These guys travel all over in buses together. When was the last time you heard of customers and employees packing in a bus to travel 100s of miles together and they love each other just as much when they get back home after the trip. The inventory at this store will keep you engaged for hours! In addition, the store provides the best customer service I have found anywhere.

We (pack of 4 gals from a retreat house (Avoca Retreat House Avoca Iowa)) thought wed hit the big town (DSM) for more scrappin supplies...we needed more! So we hit up Tuesday Morning first then... somehow Joanns then Michaels... then we needed lunch (by this point it was 2ish? Finished up lunch about 3 (thinking Memory Bound closed at 5)) we checked the internet and it said it was closed... (darn covid hours) we called to make sure of the time... and they must have heard our 😥 sad voices... and said oh come on up! Whoooooo hooooo! Luckily we were only 3 min away... we all ended up finding things we needed! The ladies working were simply the best!! Soooo helpful in finding things!
