Liked working with Lisa on custom tees and sweat shirts. Enjoyed the quick turn around, quality of screen printing and softness of tee shirts. The price was great for the quality of shirt.

We were very dissatisfied with our experience with Elite Printing. Our initial communication with Lisa was great, the cost of printing was great, she was quick to get back to us and picked up our shirts and got our order printed quickly. When our order was delivered to us there was an issue with one of our designs that did not match the color sample we had provided. When we brought the issue to their attention we received very disappointing customer service. They dismissed our issues and were unwilling to do anything to make it right with us or take any responsibility. The quality of the printing was good, we would have given a much higher rating if we had received better customer service. We would have loved to continue using this company but we need a printer that handles issues better than we experienced.

Cant say enough GREAT stuff about Lisa West. She knows her stuff and that allows me to keep doing what Im good at - she made the entire process easy, super-fast, effortless and customer focused. I wont be going anywhere else for my need - THANK YOU!

After trying two other companies and not getting the response and service I expected I spoke with Lisa who was beyond helpful and professional. I was given my design within 24 hours and signs in 48 hours. Lisa you were awesome thank you !

Terrible at handling issues. They dont even try to work with you if you have a problem. Lisa will just completely ignore you and quit replying.
