I had an appointment at 1:00. Another person was there that also had a 1:00 appointment. Office was locked and no one there. Waited 20 minutes and in a hot hallway and decided to leave. I have a hard time getting around and use a walker and a job unloading and loading is hard. When I was getting back in the car a woman approached me and asked if I was Roger. She said she was late from lunch and only had 15 minutes for lunch. For me to unload my walker and load it again was to much. Maybe Beltone should think about the customer that has a $8,000.00 pair of hearing aids. Telephone call would have been nice. The Beltone number I called was changed and I used to see a man but was not informed about that either. Looking to see if another company can service me and sell me new ones when needed.
I was in and out in jiffy! They listened and payed attention to my needs and took care of them. Quick and easy.
Have a problem with my left hearing aid indicating battery worn down when it is not. They looked at aid and cleaned it and replaced battery but it would not shut down or indicate a battery needed replacement. We received two storage containers to see if is related to moisture. Hearing aids are almost 8 years old so they made need to be replaced. Will monitor and make a decision.
Very professional and informative. I learned more today about my hearing loss than I knew over the past 50 plus years. Found out that I am nerve deaf in my left ear and standard hearing aids won’t help me. I appreciated the honest feedback and the free exam. I will definitely recommend Beltone! Thank you!

Nate Holmes provided a hearing screening test recently to me which showed a moderate hearing loss. After consultation and advice from him I purchased Beltone hearing aids from him. Ive had them for a very short period of time and so far I have experienced hearing improvement. Nate has been very professional, caring and helpful. Hearing aids are great. They are on the expensive side, but well worth it. Nathen in the Ankeny location is very personable and takes the time to explain everything.

I had hearing aids for over 9 years. I switched to Beltone in 2015 and was satisfied. However, this spring I felt I was in need to be tested as I had some hearing problems. I stopped in at the office in Ankeny where after a few test...it was not the volume it was clarity. They suggested a different hearing aid and Whoa what a difference. These even are Bluetooth and pair up to my phone….I am in Heaven. Thanks to all the gang in Ankeny.
