Nice website but poor follow thru. We wanted 2 high chairs. We were given one of the floor models with promise that the other would come in with the rest of our table, dresser and bed order. We were warned about 2 month backlog. Now nearly 5 months later and many broken promises about delivery next week, delivery tomorrow, special delivery tonight! And today after yet another call, we get the wrong chair. Sean tells me he will reimburse After picking up the short chair. Rest of items are good quality, but hearing my grandaughters cry over who gets the nice chair every time is a bummer.

Craftmaster furniture, which is what I purchased, is so well made. Sanjay and Shawn Panjwani, the owners of All About Furniture, were so accommodating on all of my wants and needs. We ordered a couch and love seat from AAF in Ann Arbor during the 2020 pandemic. We waited over 6 months for our order to come in, but anyone we know who purchased furniture during that time encountered the same issue. This was not the stores fault. No stars deducted for that.We were also very please with the comfort/quality of our furniture. The only problems were a tiny blemish on one of the feet and that the throw pillows we ordered werent the correct color/material.This is also not a huge problem.We simply called the associate we worked with, Mark, and he told us he would take care of it. After two weeks we called back to follow up, and the person we spoke with said they hadnt been ordered. We were assured that it would be corrected. My wife called every few weeks for a while to pretty much the same result.At one point we stopped in to ask about the damaged foot and (I believe) the owner replaced it on the spot. This was greatly appreciated. But, he hadnt heard anything about those pillows...We received our furniture in February 2021 and it is now September. We still have the wrong pillows and everytime I look at them I am glad that I furnished the rest of my living room by ordering from Wayfair.

We recently furnished our home with multiple pieces from All About Furniture. The wood pieces were all custom Amish pieces and we were able to pick the exact style, wood and stain. All of the quality exceeded our expectations, you can really tell that these are handcrafted pieces and for that level of quality the price was very reasonable. We also purchased several leather couches and two leather chairs. All About Furniture has a wide variety of leather types and colors to choose from and we were able to find exactly what we wanted (even fun light blue leather chairs!). Everything was delivered to our home in New Jersey and assembled and set up very professionally. I would highly recommend if you are interested in owning quality pieces that will stand the test of time.

Shopping at All About Furniture was the best furniture shopping experience I have ever had! My budget was very limited but they had just what I wanted at a price I could afford. The owner and staff were so patient and were never pushy even when I had such a hard time deciding on the stain I wanted on my dining furniture. This is an amazing store. We first had customized bookshelves from them. Because the bookshelves are so amazing, we later purchased chairs and a table from them. Great service. Knowledgeable staff. Two things differentiate them from their competitors: (1) They pay attention to what customers need and try to come up with a good solution. I feel that they take pride in their products and will personally feel bad if their products turn out to be not what the customers want. (2) They pay attention to details, e.g., whether the color of the wood fits the room and whether the fabric is child/spill-proof. Even when they deliver, their staff meticulously put on shoe covers each time they come into our house and remove them each time they go out to get another piece of furniture. In the last delivery, they did this six times! I highly recommend.

We just had a very large couch delivered from All About Furniture. The two young men were great. I wish I had gotten their names so I could thank them on this site. They tried a few times to get the couch in the front door but we have an entry way area with a door and the couch just could not make the turn, or be put on its end because of an overhead glass lamp. They carried it out the front and around the house and brought it in through the family room door, lifted it over the kitchen counter and sink, through the dining room and the couch made it to the living room. Nothing got damaged. Excellent job guys and thank you.One week later: Well, Ive been back twice to buy another couch and three chairs. Maybe the secret to my happiness is buying floor models. In addition to getting 10% off you know exactly what you are getting. Sandy and Dan were most helpful. The quality of the furniture is wonderful. And again the delivery guys were great. Has a great selection of hand-made Amish furniture. Purchased an Amish-made coffee table and end table for a very reasonable price. They helped me load it and even loaned me moving blankets to transport it to my home. They also have some mass-produced stuff thats lower cost, so make sure you ask to be steered towards the Amish furniture if thats your interest. Will definitely go back for furniture in the future!

We’ve bought a few items from this place from end tables to dining room table and chairs. Every item was great, the quality of their furniture blows away any mainstream furniture store. I honestly won’t even shop at mainstream furniture places anymore even for small items because the stuff we’ve bought was such good furniture. We had a slight issue with the finish on a product ordered and they instantly took care of the issue without question and zero issues getting it done. That alone was great to have. We are without a doubt going back for more of the Amish made items and I would definitely suggest this place.

Pros: The furniture, once you get it, is absolutely beautiful.Cons: The service at the store has been beyond horrible. We ordered a dining set (table and six chairs) in April. The table and four of the chairs came in on schedule (after about two months). It then took another 5 months to get our remaining two chairs.The company did not communicate with us any status updates until 5 months had passed and we had made a multitude of phone calls.Throughout this process we kept being told They are being made, two weeks tops. That went on for months.I requested a call from the owner 5 months in, which I still have not received. An employee lied to me about the owner being out of the country for a week and a half. I called two weeks later to speak to the owner, and was told by the manager that he had just left the country a day or two before.After over 7 months of waiting, I have my full set, but I would never recommend working with this company.

My husband and I went into All About Furniture one Sunday afternoon to look for a Coffee/Cocktail Table. We were met with a great selection of furniture, and two very helpful and nice individuals who came instantly to assist us. They brought us some catalogs with pictures of coffee tables to look at. Both gentlemen went out of their way to help us and showed us several selections. It didnt take us too long to choose the Coffee Table of our choice. I decided to spontaneously go to the first furniture store that I saw. It turned out to be All About Furniture. First, I told them exactly what I was looking for and I could tell he was listening and he showed me a chair that fit my exact specifications. Then, another employee took me out to try to get this big chair in my car. We tried backseat, we tried trunk, and it wasnt looking promising. But this guy was cracking jokes the whole time and was legitimately one of the nicest people Ive met. Then I went back inside to get my receipt and I had a very nice conversation with the owner about family. This is why online shopping cant take over the world! Places like this, people like this, stories like this.Also, this chair is incredibly comfortable and good for my posture.

We always find AAF to be outstanding in timely delivery service, and were consistently impressed that they work with their customers in balancing cost and quality/durability options. I find the owner, Sanjay, to be true to his word and great at follow up. His showroom has such a great variety of options as far as style and budget. His delivery staff was also cordial, hardworking and very easy to work with.

We bought a sofa, chair, desk,and chair from the store to begin replacing hand me downs of thirty years. It was an easy and pleasant experience.The staff was helpful and allowed us to browse without any high pressure sales tactics.The furniture was delivered today and we love it. I bought high end office furniture from the owner, Sanjay, over 14 years ago. It still looks great and wonderful in my office. Since then I have bought bedroom furniture for myself and children, mattresses, a queen bed, and living room furniture. Ive never been disappointed by the quality or prices.

My husband and I ordered some amish-built custom oak furniture from here. We spent close to three hours in the store choosing the right styles, wood, colors, etc. for a round table with a butterfly leaf, six chairs, and a sofa table. Bruce was our salesman; and while we hadnt set out with a plan to spend $4,000 that day, we were very excited about the purchase. Approximately 10 weeks later (with no calls to update us on progress in the meantime) our furniture came in and a delivery time was set.My husband met the delivery men at our house and watched as they struggled to assemble our new table. Once the table was fully assembled, it was clear there was a problem. One of the delivery men called someone (Im assuming someone at the store), and my husband could hear them screaming at this delivery man through the phone. Apparently the butterfly leaf (which is stored inside, underneath the table and folds out when needed) couldnt come out. The legs on the base of the table were not wide-spread enough to allow for the leaf to drop in between them in order to unfold. The delivery men put a nice gash in the legs of the table trying to force the leaf, but it wasnt happening. Bruce spoke with my husband and promised to call the manufacturer and get it fixed; he was supposed to call back and let us know what was happening. A week later, no call. Two weeks later, I called him. Bruce said that the manufacturer was building a new top. I responded Are you sure that will fix the problem, because it seems like the problem is the base - also, your delivery men put a gash in the leg trying to force open the leaf. Suddenly he wasnt sure what they were going to do, but assured me it would be fixed. That was two months ago. I called Bruce back to ask the status two weeks ago, and he promised to call the manufacturer and call me back with an update that week. I still havent heard from him. Im sitting here five months after my original purchase with a table that was very expensive, yet is not fully functional; dealing with a salesman who just pays lip service since the store already has my money and hes already received his commission.I would never order another thing from this store, and I wouldnt recommend anyone else to either - unless youre walking out with what youre purchasing that day. Once theyve gotten your money they have no interest in whether or not youre satisfied.

My husband and I went to All About Furniture (AAF) after a not so good experience at another well known furniture store and now we will not go anywhere other than AAF. The furniture quality is far superior to any box store and Bruce is fantastic! So far we have bought our dining room table, chairs, complete master suite and kids mattresses there. We will be back for more!

As far as mattresses go, this is not a good place to get one because you cannot exchange or return and with a mattress thats a BIG RISK. Also, so many other stores and makers, have a trial period. Every other one I know of.I laid on it three times and thought Id like it and it causes me severe back and hip pain.Salesman claimed that they tell everyone that there are no exchanges or returns but he did not with me and I was naive to think they would. I highly recommend buying elsewhere. And, if youre looking for latec which is what they carry, you can just get it online through a lot of different companies that have a trial period.
