Like insomnia but way better is the phrase I first chose to describe this place. Since then, Ive heard several others describe it the same way. Incredibly tasty cookies, fast service, friendly staff. I really cant think of a bad thing to say. Except maybe that the cookies are so good that they can be randomly sold out! Luckily this is only temporary and you can easily check/order online before you go.

These are the BEST cookies I have ever had! I love how they change some of the flavors each and every week. I always get so excited on Sunday nights when they post the new flavors of the week. These also make a great gift for someone! Highly highly recommend them!

Clean store. Modern ordering at counter or at wall kiosk. Simple ordering process eitger way. Cookies are worth the cost. I tried yhe Chocoalte chip & Graham, Oreo, and Hostess. Top two were the graham and the oreo. I can get into this cookie-as-a-cupcake trend!

These cookies are AMAZING!! I love to bake and don’t typically buy cookies since most of the time I am disappointed. These however are so worth it!! Love that they serve them warm or chilled depending on the flavor to give you the best “fresh” cookie experience. It’s great that they change up their menu and offer a lot of variety as well. Sometimes it gets really busy so an order may take a little while, but it’s always worth the wait!

Not a fan. It gets its name for a reason. The cookies are baked in a way that makes them impossible to eat neatly. They crumble everywhere when you eat them. Hard to enjoy when you are trying to catch all of the crumbs. Extremely sweet, too.

Have not had a bad cookie here yet! I really appreciate that they switch up flavors weekly because it’s so many ways you can make a cookie and each one is so freaking good.

We visited the Ann Arbor location yesterday. We got a party pack to try with our family. The cookies were beautiful. Our favorites have been Blue Aggie Mint and chilled sugar! Can’t wait to try other flavors on later visits…. Also, getting a toledo store anytime soon??

Delicious but heavy. Cookies are generously massive, I could barely finish one cookie. You could literally share one cookie and you’d be stuffed. Lemon was nice and light, chocolate a little heavy but delicious, pink velvet tasted like a sugar cookie and was my least favorite, and Mom’s recipe was a winner!

Stopped in to grab a gift of goodies for a family member for their birthday! Thanks for such awesome cookies presented in such a nice package. I will definitely be back.

Update: Crumbl, you’ve never let me down😌I will for sure be back!! These cookies were amazing and they are massive!! I bought the four count box of cookies and it was $11 dollars which is 100% worth it when you see the size of the cookies!! The chilled sugar is a classic and was my favorite out of the four, but the other three were amazing as well!!

Visited here for the first time on Mon. Staff was super friendly and ordering was a breeze. Took less than 10 mins to assemble our order. Cookies were delicious. Well be back soon!

I love that they always have the milk chocolate chip and chilled sugar cookies, and then have rotating flavors weekly. Cookies are delicious, but we ordered curbside and the app said our cookies were delivered, but we didn’t have them. When we called they said they completed our ticket because the ticket time was getting too high but our cookies were not done yet, it would be two more minutes. 15 minutes later I called again and they said “oh, we’ll be right out”…they forgot about the ticket they completed…

I ordered 3 of the rice Krispy treat cookies for me and the wife we both took one bite and it was ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE... the worst thing Ive ever tasted the crispies were soft and chewy and STALE not even edible is was a total waste of $10.

I ordered these as a last minute Father’s Day gift. Ordering was easy and I’ve heard great things about the cookies. My only issues - which have nothing to do with the quality of the cookies - is that the Door Dash driver from Ann Arbor store called me for the house address. It was clearly in my order so I’m not sure why the driver didn’t have it. Also, I had put a message on the card with my name and my husband’s. When he received the gift, it said it was from my father and me. Not sure how or why that happened. Also every communication I received from Crumbl has been in my fathers name. It would be nice if the app let me have my own name and not who it’s being delivered to.

Cookies were fresh and hot! I love that they have different flavors to choose from each week. I tried to get the party box, but it said it was sold out, so I ended up getting 3 separate 4 piece boxes for a higher price. All in all, everything we got was delicious.

Cookies were great. Chocolate milk advertised as dairy gold 12oz bottle. Comes out as a tiny 8oz of dairystar low fat chocolate milk. Not worth $2.28 my husband and pregnant sister were very disappointed with it.

These cookies are extremely sweet.... i think having them extremely sweet hides any flavor it may have. Their lemon poppy seed is pretty good because it has some tart to it to offset the sweetness of the cookie... I other than that I wouldnt waste my money get these cookies again. Theres other cookie places that are waayyyyy better.

Sinfully good cookies! The only downside is they often sell out of popular flavors so plan & order ahead! Also, calorie content of “serving” listed is very deceiving - check (or don’t!) nutrition facts if you dare. They are by no means light, but a perfect size to share with a friend and worth the splurge every once in a while!

I’ve been waiting in line for 30 minutes for my cookies. During my time waiting they ran out of a flavor that I had ordered and the ladies sitting by the window had been there before I arrived. This was my fiancé and I first visit here and wanted to give it a try but this is way too long of a wait. It was like they were doing preorders before the people standing there. Normally I wouldn’t complain but I’ve worked for a cookie company and have worked way quicker than these workers here. Just very disappointed for my first visit here.

Gigantic cookies, rotating selection, great quality for the price. Sells out of some flavors pretty quickly so I recommend getting your order as early in the day as possible, even if you’re ordering ahead. They don’t make your order until you get there, so if a flavor isn’t sold out when you place your order it might be by the time you arrive. Still recommend!

I really like these cookies...but they definitely werent prepared for the crowds after the UM graduation. They seemed overwhelmed. I ended up leaving because they were already out of the fan fave sugar & chocolate chunk cookies by mid-afternoon. The store was way too crowded and the young staff was ill equipped to address social distancing with all the customers coming in. Hopefully a little training and some preparation for events will help in the future. The cookies and their fun weekly flavors are always a nice treat!

We finally had a free day & I drove 45 minutes for her cookies. 😂 We weren’t familiar with how it all worked- and were slightly bummed there were only 2 flavors available when we arrived. As a disclaimer, I should start by saying that I would give 5 stars for the cookies, which is I’ve been a repeat customer so far. They are delicious, and I will continue to visit! All cookies I’ve tried have been fantastic! My only complaint is that in the 3 times I’ve purchased a box of cookies, 2 out of 3 orders have been incorrect, both of which were curbside pick-up and they gave me someone else’s order. When I’ve been given my order they’ve never confirmed my order at the car with what I ordered or my name. I would suggest maybe confirming orders before giving customers their box because those orders had to be wasted since I opened the box. With my first order, I understood mix-ups happen, but the fact that it seems to be a pattern tells me that their process is a little sloppy if orders are given to the wrong customers. If it continues to happens this frequently, I may not return for a while. While I thoroughly enjoy your cookies, I think confirming orders before hand-off would greatly improve the rate of errors made!Update: I’ve been to Crumbl many more times since and all my orders have been correct. It is now my go-to place for cookies and I haven’t had a bad cookie yet!

These cookies are so good. They have new flavors every week. My daughter’s and I can’t resist the temptation to try them every week. So far my favorite is confetti cake, carrot cake, and cinnamon roll. I haven’t tried one I didn’t like.

I am so happy that we checked out this establishment yesterday. The cookie portions were great and overall we enjoyed them. A few could have probably used a few more mins in the oven. Our favorite 🍪 s were the Key Lime Pie and the Lucky Charms. I am looking forward to trying out the other two we didnt get a chance to gobble up.

Luv these cookies! Younger staff a few need more training. We ordered cookies and was told they would be ready in 8-10 mins. About 5 people in there before us. So we walked down to a store. When we returned 15 mins later to make sure they had enough time. There was no order for us ready. The young lady act like she didnt know what happened then said they were waiting on pink fristing for my sugar cookie. That was a lie because there were no cookies in a box except for a woman who came in after me and ordered and she got a sugar cookie with pink frosting after I was told something different. Then my husbands cookies were nowhere to be found either. Then she asked our name for order again. So we told her MILLER again. She then made 2 boxes of cookies neither one of us ordered. Both boxes were the same. Clearly she failed at the great service from here I am use to. My husband canceled the whole order and was refunded. We drove 35 mins here for a disappointment. So I still wanted my cookies I then again ordered. My first order that was never filled was 3 chocolate chip and one sugar chilled with pink frosting. So since I was told by there now was no pink frosting I just told the guy just give me another chocolate chip. But I really wanted that sugar cookie😔. So anyway the guy told me he is sorry and I got my cookies free!!! That made it better! I hope this doesnt happen again though. So not all but just a few. The young lady was not one who should be on register or making orders just yet!

I am addicted to these. My girlfriend and I get a box of four and devour them. They are not your diet-friendly-eat-all-you-want cookies. They are what you eat, when you have I will die but I will be happy dessert. I didnt care about the calorie intake or anything because the cookies taste awesome. They are huge for a single serving. Its a little expensive, but I have no complains about either the service or the quality of cookies. I have been here about 7-8 times. Impeccable service and quality. Do visit it for a late night cookie craving

We absolutely love our Crumbl Cookies. The chilled sugar cookie is sweet, but so delicious. The German chelate cookies is heavenly. Highly recommend Crumb Cookies.

Cookies are alright very heavy, filling and sweet but if you like it will be your thing. As for the actual place the business is slow and unorganized. People all crowded in with no clear idea of how to order since staff wasn’t running anything. Box was covered in pastry things and sticky. Was not a good experience
