They are only open until 5. When I asked if there was flexibility I was treated rudely. Yesterday, I showed up ten minutes early for an appointment that they said was no contact. I was to call when I got there and they would come out to get my hearing aids, clean them, examine them and return them. At 3:30, my appointment time I began calling. I called four times, no one answered, finally I left a message that I was outside and parked in a parking spot.. I got a call an hour later. Of course I left.

My dad has been having trouble hearing. Over the last two years I have been working to convince him to get a hearing test and finally he agreed! Nate and Paul did an amazing job and it was really surprising to see just how bad his hearing has gotten. After trying some demos and actually being able to hear his attitude completely changed! They helped us pick the right hearing aids in my dads budget and now he can hear! So far it has been really life changing for him. He can follow a conversation, is more relaxed, and happy. He keeps pointing out things like the car turn signal, he didnt know it made the clicking noise before because he couldnt hear it. Really couldnt be happier with the products or service. It was great to have my hearing tested for free. Everything was explained clearly about the results. It was good to know that even though I have some loss it was not enough to get a hearing aid yet. I appreciate the honestly and not having someone try to sell me something I dont need yet.

This is how my husband and I felt after leaving this Ann Arbor Miracle Ear office with payment for his hearing aids and a pair of sample aids digitized to my husbands hearing loss..My husband had legitimate concerns about getting hearing aids. It only took 18 years for him to finally call and make an appointment after I did research on where to find a highly rated hearing office. Miracle Ear had a # 1 rating. So of course he called the office here in Ann Arbor, MI.The hearing specialist, Paul just didnt tell us what he needed as did the audiologists office who gave us the results and the cost of various hearing aids, he explained the workings of the ear, showed us pictures and how each function of the ear worked. Paul also showed my husband the actual hole in his ear drum, explained that over the years how scar tissue prevented his ear from draining. In addition, Paul answered every question and concern with genuine knowledge, patience and understanding of my husbands concerns. The hearing aids are just amazing and for those who are a little vain, dont be. One cannot see them at all.Paul called us the same day to see how the sample hearing aids were working out. We visited the office the next day and Paul answered my husband’s concerns and fixed a problem. The service was above 10. The special way to finance is an option that should not keep one any one from a quality of life.
