Outstanding and professional service! Everything from the quoting process to the completion of service was a great experience. The pricing was very reasonable for what we wanted completed. I felt like they only completed services that were necessary and did not try to up-sell us. I needed to add on a few additional services last minute and they were very reasonable too. Tree removal is a huge job and both of the crews that worked at my house were fast, professional, friendly, and SAFE. They took their time to complete the work the correct way without taking shortcuts. They went above and beyond my expectations on cleaning up.HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I thought I would save many an inconvenience. I live just outside of Ann Arbor in Washtenaw County and asked Lumberjacks for a quote on some tree trimming. They were very quick to respond stating Hi,Thank you for contacting The Lumberjacks! I am sorry, but we do not work in your area—it is too far for us to price our work competitively. We apologize for the inconvenience. The website states they serve Washtenaw County. This is unprofessional and quoting is a form of customer service. They could have called me back and been a bit lazy by asking me for pics and provided me an estimate that way. So dont waste your time or be inconvenienced by contacting them unless you are smack dab in the middle of Ann Arbor.

The Lumberjacks are knowledgeable, professional and reasonably priced versus their competitors. This was the second time we have used their services. John reviewed the work to be done and made excellent suggestions for improving our landscape. The well equipped crew arrived on schedule and efficiently did all the work we contracted for. They were polite, professional and cleaned up after their work was finished. I recommend them for any tree work. Be sure and get multiple quotes before hiring any tree service!

Very careful, amazing to watch. Our silver maple was a hazard to our house, the power lines, pedestrians, and dropped branches whenever the wind blew. Tight quarters for the work, but it was done well and safely in a day. Thanks.

An absolute professional service with hard working employees. I just moved to Michigan and the team (Steve, Steve, and Jeff) that came to trim my tree were courteous and explained to me their recommendations with considerations to snow weight and the health of the tree. As someone unfamiliar to snow, they shared an honest, knowledgeable assessment with no annoying sale pitch tactics. I appreciated their punctuality, upmost professionalism, and quality of service. Great company with easy and fast communication. John (sales rep) was great when he came out to review the initial job, and then continued to be very informative with answering any questions and letting us know when things would get done etc. He worked with what we needed within our budget!! James and his crew who actually came to trim our trees were awesome! Very professional, efficient, and thorough. After three competitive bids (one was a no-show), The Lumberjacks offered the lowest prices -- about half of what another tree trimming services on NextDoor bid.I was worried about quality since their price was so low, but they had a lot of positive reviews on Google so I took the chance.The crew they sent out was very efficient and knew what they were doing. The equipment they used was modern and effective at doing the work quickly. Their clean up was good and they cut the wood to my specifications for my stove. (first time any similar service has done so for me).I suggest you include The Lumberjacks in your competitive bidding. If they come in at a lower price than others, dont assume its at the cost of quality. The low cost is the result of good equipment and well trained employees.

We are very pleased by the work done in our yard. While they needed to reschedule, they called a day ahead and arrived on time the following day. They completed all the work requested and pruned the trees in a thoughtful way, especially a Japanese maple in front of our house. The crew made sure to thoroughly clean up all the cuttings from our yard. We have already recommended them to an inquiring neighbor.

Great work ethic with a crew that not only does the work well, but works together well. Many of the trees had grown along the fence between my neighbor and me. The Lumberjacks did what they could to remove everything, and it looks good. Also, these guys have a great rapport among each other. It was fun to have them here.
