This company has the worst customer support ever. Im having problems with my pellet grill maintaining proper temps. I sent an inquiry with specific details about the problem and I specifically mentioned which grill I owned. After waiting 14 days for a reply the first question they ask is What grill do you own?. Really??? 14 days to reply and then you ask a question Ive already answered in the original inquiry? Of course I replied again so the 14 day clock is ticking again. Unreal.
My husband purchased a pitboss grill from Lowes in Plymouth, MN 11/19/19 to grill our Thanksgiving Turkey. The entire bottom exterior coating has disintegrated! I can provide photos.
