I Took my 14 year old to get a homecoming dress today with my 1 year old in tow. The ladies were helpful and over all just so amazing. It was mydaughters first time doing something of this nature, the atmosphere was so friendly and comfortable. The sales associate helping us pulled so many great options to try on and my daughter went home with an amazing dress. The associate was also awesome with my one year old who seemed to truly adore her. I would definitely recommend Classy Consignments. We will be going back for all of our future dress needs.

Im a father who took his daughter shopping for a Homecoming dress. Not knowing my daughters dress size I have to admit I was a little overwhelmed by the number of dresses they have. But the two ladies that work there were so friendly and helpful they showed us where to look for different styles. My daughter tried on around 10 dresses trying to narrow down what she liked and what I thought she would like when finally she found the most amazing dress within minutes of them closing. She tried it on and my heart melted seeing my baby girl in this beautiful dress smiling knowing she found the one. As we were checking out she also found some jewelry that would match perfectly. We apologized for keeping them past close but thanked them so much for their help and for such an amazing experience. I highly recommend them and I know we will be back.

My experience was absolutely wonderful! I said yes to my wedding dress here and I’m so happy I did! I came in looking for a ballgown on a budget (which can be hard to find) and the selection was really good in all sizes. Everything was well organized and clean, and Dee and Chris were so sweet to us while also not pressuring or being overly involved in the process. It was easy to find options in my size and so many were so beautiful. There are new with tags dresses that might be older samples from other stores (in beautiful condition—Chris and Dee let me know they repair the buttons and such before putting them on the floor) as well as dresses worn once in pristine condition. The prices for wedding dresses were great, and this is a wonderful way to both save money and make a more ethical/sustainable choice for your dream dress!

Went looking for my wedding dress. The two women working were the absolute nicest and down to earth people I’ve dealt with. My sister was with me and has two children who tagged along and as we were trying on dresses the ladies sat with the kids and held the youngest so my sister could help me. They sat with us and gave their input and made the experience so smooth and easy. Made me feel so comfortable and helped choose accessories too. The best experience I could’ve asked for and we found the best dress at such a great price! They even stayed past close with us to make sure everything was perfect!

This is a great little gem to find. The staff were so helpful and considerate. It was a last stop on a long shopping experience. My Grand daughter found the perfect prom dress here. They stayed open 30 minutes past their closing time to accommodate us and Im impressed with the entire adventure.

After reading other reviews and noticing a repeated theme I felt it necessary to share my experience.I went to Classy Consignments to find a prom-like dress for a themed birthday party with my friend. Upon entering we Were Greeted by a middle aged woman who was very friendly and eagerly showed us where our best luck would be in the store. She made an off putting comment when i had a few dresses in our hands to try on. I’m about an 18, my friend a 6. “Those dresses will be WAY too big for her!” This was a comment I was willing to let slide as not everyone has common sense. I let her know the dresses were for me and not my friend. She then said “Oh, that’s not your daughter?!” (My friend and i have a three year age difference) My thoughts at this point were, you’re not only bashing me about my size but now my age as well? Thanks lady!I tried on a few dresses only to be disappointed. After thinking about what had just happened I decided I didn’t want to purchase anything from their establishment. I put the dresses back on the rack and made my way to the door. The older woman sitting behind the counter asked if I had any luck, I told her no. She asked if there was something in particular I was looking for, I explained that I was having a themed birthday party and I was looking for something loud. Without anymore explanation she says, “oh so you’re wanting something trashy?”I smiled under my mask and then explained to her that I was actually looking for something with sparkle and tulle. At this point i felt personally attacked. My body, my appearance, just everything. It felt disgusting.I Will never return to this establishment. I very much hope you start thinking before you speak to customers the way you do. Good luck.

17/10 stars. No pun originally intended, but Classy Consignments was just INSANELY CLASSY! Flexible, unpressured help finding a wedding dress, body positive from start to finish. Excellent prices, lots of styles, all sorts of extras (shoes, hair pieces, sashes etc), and I literally have nothing negative to say about the people running the place. If you’re looking for a hidden gem with ladies who are truly talented at both salesmanship and meeting your needs, this is it.

They had 100s of dresses to go through! I went with my Maid of Honor, so I did not need help but the staff was more than willing to help me find my perfect dress if I would have needed it. I tried on many dresses, all which were in amazing condition and beautiful, and after a while... I find THE ONE. The ladies working were so excited for me they gave me a discount just because they could see how happy it made me. I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone shopping on a budget for a wedding. They have every style to choose from and even though it’s consignment, they are still amazingly Classy dresses!

LADIES..... I can’t express how AMAZING and genuine my appt was today. These two women went above and beyond for me today. My fiancé and I are getting married on Thursday and it’s a last minute wedding due to some unfortunate events. And they helped me try everything possible until I found the ONE. And it needed to be altered a bit on the straps.. I have no family that can sew. ONE OF THESE AMAZING LADIES OFFERED TO DO IT FOR ME! I almost cried. I just can’t explain how thankful and appreciative I am right now. Their customer service wasn’t just customer service. It’s so genuine and they just love what they do. Thank you so much, again. My dress is everything and I can’t wait to put it on again! ❤️

I just went here to look at dresses. I came with my fiancé. No one was in the parking lot but upon arriving one of the employees was staring at us. I walked through the door and upon entering both employees seemed very suspicious of us and one kept trying to take a glance at my engagement ring. I let her know my general size and what I was looking for and she led me to a section. I looked and she came back and showed me a dress and said I should try that one on but they were having lunch. That’s fine. I asked for a restroom and one of the employees curtly stated, “No”. No restroom? You expect your customers to spend time in your shop but don’t have a restroom?? I get it’s Covid but if you are open you should have this basic necessity. I can try on your consigned dresses but can’t use a toilet? I left and won’t be returning. I was excited to visit this shop but left with an icky feeling. I also feel as if the employee was body shaming me and my fiancé also had that same feeling. She kept looking me up and down. It’s unfortunate a person such as her works at a bridal consignment. She creates such a negative experience for what is supposed to be one of the happiest times of your life.

Not really worth it. They have a decent selection of wedding dresses, but their customer service is poor. I was greeted rudely and then I browsed around for a 1/2 hour before I went to leave. The woman at the desk was super nice and asked me what I was looking for as I was leaving. The other lady was really rude. She had a complete attitude toward the lady at the front desk.

I went one Saturday and found some dresses I liked, but I was just going to briefly browse since I was by myself. The woman working asked me some style questions and even pulled some dresses for me. I didn’t feel pressured to buy anything. The store was what I expected for a consignment shop and prices were reasonable as I did not want to spend a ton on a dress I’ll wear once. I’m very low maintenance.I returned a week later with my mom, who arrived first and was assisted by the same woman who helped me, and pull the one dress I was looking at the week before and my mom pulled a few others. They were very helpful and pleasant. I did end up finding my dress there and they even took some money off as well. Very happy with service and selection of dresses (especially because I just like to browse myself and ask for help when needed). The woman at the counter gave washing and tailoring suggestions too.

This shop is operated by a mom and daughter who are vert nice. They directed us to dresses that fit our preference and let my friend and I try on lots and lots of dresses. I found one dress that was torn up and the owner told me she would give me a discount since it wasnt in the best condition. I ended up choosing a different dress and she gave me a discount just to be nice. These woman are amazing business ladies who have a heart for what they do and exceed customer service. I am very blessed to have visited their shop and will definitely be back :)

I have had multiple wonderful experiences here in the last few weeks, I found a dress that I loved. But when i took it in to have it altered I ran into some problems. I called and spoke with them they told me that they normally dont do exchanges but to bring in the dress with the receipt and they would see what they could do. Both ladies spent about 2 hours helping me find a new dress. I ended up finding a dress I loved way more than the first one. They allowed me to exchange the dress and pay the difference. They were also discounted both the dresses Iwe were also ableto find one of my bridesmaid dresses here also. Will definitely check here for formal dresses from here on out

Found my twin daughter’s prom dresses here. There was a wide selection to choose from and excellent prices! The staff was very helpful. They even let the girls pick out a pair of earrings to match, which was very kind! We definitely will be returning for future events.

Lots of options for formal wear and wedding dresses. Reasonably priced. Some professional attire as well. lots of jewelry and some accessories. If you like to hunt for some good finds, this is the place for you. Once youre done with your Formal Wear bring it to Classic Consignments. They will sell it for you and split the sale straight down the middle 50/50.

I had such a great time trying on dresses here! The selection is outstanding and the lady’s working actually come over to help you pick out dresses and try them on. So so helpful and kind. They asked me what I like and don’t like and made the whole experience absolutely wonderful! I had 2 stunning and totally different wedding dresses I fell in love with and could not decide between. They let me have a day to really think about it before choosing. It is so sweet and wonderful! I plan on going back to get a dress for my sweet little flower girl. 😁

The shop itself was decent and organized. There was one employee who was very helpful and another who was not. No one really helped us with picking out dresses. When we asked for clips to help hold the dresses on, the non helpful employee said they did not have any because people “steal” them. I feel like this is a simple necessity for a dress shop to have. When I walked in, whomever made my appointment Put my name down for the wrong day but I was still able to try on dresses. The one thing that I didn’t know about until after we where done, is the unhelpful employee asked my sister if she was pregnant. My sister is not pregnant and this comment was rude and disrespectful. Had I known that she had asked my sister this I would have walked out of the shop immediately. Things like that are better left unsaid, and can really bring a person down. The dress selection was nice but the staff needs work.

I especially liked Deb.Its not every day that a wedding gown shop see two trans women walk in to look at dresses for their upcoming wedding, but all of the staff treated us respectfully and with sensitivity for some unique needs.Go there. A lot of reasonably priced dresses, but trying to change in that teeny dressing room is ridiculous. My daughter found a dress she liked, and the woman was very pushy about buying it right that minute. Once that happened, and adding in that the toilet (in a store full of women!) didnt work, and we left. If you are looking for a very basic experience with staff that isnt overly helpful, but looking for a cheap dress, you may find what you are looking for here. However, if you are looking for an exceptional bridal shopping experience, I wouldnt bother.

Unless you want to be judged on your appearance and feel not important this is the place for you! They have plenty of dresses but many are ruined for the simple fact they dont take care of them. Dont even try to talk to the owner I started a conversation with her and she said she wanted to consign my old prom dress and then walked away from me midconversation. Save your money and your pride and go somewhere who doesnt judge you by looks or size! As I am a size 2 and she told me I could only try size 6-8 on!

The person that first greeted us was very rude right off the bat. I could not believe the way she was talking to the bride to be. She made her feel very uncomfortable, made a comment about her size, and giving everyone looks. I do NOT recommend this place at all. We did find some dresses, but feel as we shouldn’t even go back...

Everything was wrong. First they lost our file and all of our information. They tell me that they think someone just walked off with it, all our personal information just walked out the door. Then when we finally get the tux, most of them were wrong. For my tux, the only thing that fit was the shoes and the tie. I looked over the sizes I gave them (since I was measured somewhere else) and what I got was way off. As in I wear a 38 jacket and they gave me a 42. I am more of a petite and they gave me an oversized shirt, also a 42 instead of a 38.These people might be cheap, but they also have no clue what they are doing and are incredibly defensive when they make a mistake. When I called to correct the issue, they insisted that what they gave me was correct despite the sizes not matching up to the document I sent them.

These ladies were wonderful! I explained my situation about eloping to Colorado and the urgency to find the perfect dress. I called them and told them what I was looking for and that I was a couple of minutes away; they had several dress ready and waiting for me. After the 3rd dress that I tried on, I found the perfect dress!!! I was in and out with my dress in less than 20 mins!

Trashy Consignments would be a more suitable name for this place. Its completely uninviting and dumpy on the outside, and cramped and dark on the inside, leaving barely any room to move about (Im an average sized woman). Unimpressed from the start, I asked a preoccupied employee where I should start looking and she vaguely pointed out sections of a extremely cramped, tiny room, overcome by way too many pieces of clothing, Organized only by vague color coding, all sizes and styles were mish mashed together, no rhyme or reason to anything. I would have left then, but Im a scavenger at heart, enjoying treasure hunting, besides traffic was horrible, so I was basically stuck there, so I plowed through, until I needed to use their restroom. I was told they didnt have one at the moment because someone had plugged it up. However she was kind enough to suggest the car dealership across the road who had a porta potty in the parking lot. It was 97 degrees that day, I passed and then left, to never return. *Their prices are NOT worth the hassle either.

High prices for used stuff. Amazon has all the same things, brand new, other than dresses for waaaayyy cheaper. The veil i wanted was $90 used here! I paid $30 for the exact same one on amazon.

So far so good. They definitely know what they are doing and tell you everything up front. No deceptive practices just a great family owned/run business.

Would rate 3.5 if I could. They had a variety of dresses for decent prices. Dresses were disorganized though. Dressing room insanely small. We left earlier than we wanted to though because the woman was pushy and we had to go to the bathroom (toilet didnt work). Dresses were pretty though so I wouldnt completely dismiss the place.

Made an appointment to drop off bridesmaid dresses thinking they would help sell them for me. Once inside I told them I had an appointment; instantly two employees told me I didn’t make an appointment?? Then as they started to look over the dresses I brought they reported the dresses are the wrong colors and some of them are the wrong style, no one will purchase them. I have been in there before and they sell older style clothing, it seemed like they were choosing not to take in my dresses to avoid extra work.

The people were very kind, and friendly! My friend, sister and I found beautiful dresses for cheap prices! We will 100% be coming back in the near future!!!

I did NOT have a good experience at Classy Consignments. I brought them a gray bridesmaid dress that had one very tiny juice stain on it, and the lady turned up her nose at me and refused to take it until I had it dry cleaned. My dress did sell after a few months, but every time I called to check if it had sold, they could never find my contract or remember anything about my account! Finally I called three weeks ago and the lady said, Well I dont see your dress in our shop so we mustve sold it! Ill send you a check. Three weeks later I FINALLY got the check and it was only getting sent from Anoka to Plymouth. Seriously? And on top of that I only made $27 total on the dress- not even enough to cover the cost of dry cleaning, gas, and my time and frustration on the phone with them. Terrible customer service in my opinion. Never going through the effort to bring another dress there.

If I could give negative I would.... I provided the product, a wedding dress and trusted them to sell it. It didnt and they claim they donated 1800.00 worth of my merchandise to the salvation army after it didnt sell for a year....no phone call, no nothing. I call to pick my dresses up and they say, sorry we gave it away....dont believe these dishonest crooks. Very rude, feel like they stole MY items, now I am out lots of money.

Not a good option for prom dresses. I brought my 3 teenage girls here last year. It was WAY too pricey for used dresses - we ended up buying new dresses for very little more than the prices she was asking. The selection was dated, it was crowded, dressing rooms were difficult to access & there wasnt a good place for the mom to sit. For every day, or work clothing, I have no opinion as we didnt go there for that or even look at anything. Used prom dresses should be priced at $150 or less. MAYBE $200 if its last years style and in pristine condition! Thats my opinion. Otherwise, why even bother shopping used when theres an abundance online, NEW, for the prices I mentioned above?

Wont let you try on a dress unless you commit to buy it... Its prom season, prom dresses are expensive, so my daughter and two of her friends, one in college and the other two HS seniors, went here to look for more affordable prom dresses. Weve been here in the past and have purchased formals several times for different events and have recommended Classy Consignments Bridal to others. I dont know if their policy has changed or if it was that three young, WELL BEHAVED young women were shopping alone, but they were told that unless they WOULD buy any dress they tried on, they could not try them on. Oh, and there was a no-return policy also. My daughter called me because she was angry and humiliated since she was the one to suggest she and her friends go there in the first place.I get its a consignment shop and they dont own the dresses, but who buys a dress for a couple hundred dollars--heck, even a hundred--but cant try it on to even see if it FITS correctly first and cant return it if it doesnt?!? Anyway, were never going back there and we are making it a mission to tell everyone we know about their buy before you try with no returns policy!

This place is a crazy beautiful mess. There are so many amazing dresses to choose from. The staff is knowledgeable and they price their garments reasonably, keep up with the trends, and are helpful with accessorizing gowns they sell. A couple of things to note- this is a small private house renovated to keep LOTS of inventory thats constantly changing. This can be overwhelming so if you arent used to (or ok with) digging through racks and racks of gowns in a relatively tight space- this place may stress you out. On the other hand they will ALWAYS have a dress for you thats stunning and fits your budget. You just have to find it! It also can be kind of fun to search around :) I docked a star because the past couple times I was there my attendant lady seemed pushy and annoyed. She kept bringing me dated dresses (from their bargain cave to get rid of them) which absolutely wasnt the look I was going for. Just know what you want and say it- everything will turn out fine!

Never selling another dress through these people. I wrote the wrong address on my slip but called to fixed it. Come to find out theyve had my dress sold for about week and half now. I let them know I made a mistake on my address and waited another week before calling again to see about MY check. Its been awhole month now and still no check and Im just a town over. No way it takes thay LONG to get mail back. I called to see if they could rewrite one and gave me the biggest problems and attitude. Worst customer service and I wouldnt trust them with another one of my dresses. 😠
