Terrible attitudes, rude, grumpy, unhelpful. Worst CVS I ever stepped foot into.
Horrible service at this pharmacy. They spelled my name wrong after reading it letter by letter, got my address wrong, and got my phone number wrong. Literally the easiest thing to do, just listen to the customer who provides all the information you need. Slow turnaround time. Staff asked me how to spell a well-known medication as though they hadn’t heard of it....all around poor experience, won’t be going back.
If I could give negative reviews I would. The bigger lady who works in the pharmacy shouldnt judge people on their meds or tell the provider that they are abusing the drug. Shes done that to everyone in my family who gets meds. Idk HOW she can be working this job if shes just going to make assumptions about everything. I shouldnt have to have anxiety to pick up my anxiety meds because she judged people. 0/10
Please realize that this complaint probably applies to the overall process and not necessarily this CVS.Dont expect quick COVID testing results if you end up going through what Ive gone through. I got tested for COVID as I may have been exposed. Well, 8 days later and I still dont have a result. This is unacceptable. 14 days have passed since Ive been exposed and so the test results dont even matter at this point. Thank goodness Im not under the weather, or else Id be flipping out. The testing process was simple and the staff was friendly, but 8 days is far too long. My wife got her results in 24 hours going to an entirely different business/clinic.
Had to get advil and Sprite lemonade
The worst CVS ever. They are rude and lack customer service especially in the pharmacy. The pharmacy assistant ignores people at the counter, avoids eye contact, never says hello and the pharmacist is very rude, lacks knowledge and also ignores. They need some training in customer service and perhaps better staffed if they cannot handle. This isn’t just one time, it was several times over the course of 1.5 years. I’ve moved all my Rxs to another store and leaving CVS forever. I hope management can read this and help before they lose more valuable customers
Do not encourage awful customer service by continuing to do business at this location. My five month old had a stomach flu and was unable to eat without a prescription called in by the emergency room. As a former pharmacy technician, I’m aware it’s a common medication. When I arrived, the prescription was not ready. I waited a long time, left, came back and they told me they did not have the medication. I explained that we would need to go to another pharmacy as my daughter could not eat until she had it. The pharmacist interrupted the technician (who told me they could call another pharmacy for it) and told me “it is NOT our problem if your kid can’t eat - if we don’t have it we can’t help you. Call wherever you want for it but it’s not our problem.”EXCUSE ME? He continued on to tell me they wouldn’t call around to see if anyone has it because “your prescription, your responsibility”.Ultimately, after I started crying and calling other pharmacy’s, one of the technicians told me she sent the prescription to another pharmacy and to “just try your luck” there. (They did have it)The entire time I was there, the pharmacists acted like I was some major inconvenience and repeatedly looked at me as though I’d ruined his day by existing. Two of the three technicians working did nothing but gossip (including obscenities, which doesn’t offend me but is not professional) while I waited. So if anyone would like to know what medication so-and-so saw so-and-so pick up because of (blank) - apparently HIPAA is not important here.
Avoid this awful place. The pharmacy staff are rude as hell. When you speak to the manager, Steve, he defends the attitude of his awful employees. He is unprofessional, rude, and bias. He also keeps taking my review down.
Walked in to grab some butter because I forgot it at the store I was previously at and CVS is a couple blocks from my house. The woman at the front register seemed to barely be holding it together. Seemed to be on some kind of meth. She looked like she was chewing the inside of her mouth continously. She could barely get out what she needed to say to me, and I could barely hear her as she whispered through her stuttering.
I am not sure where my review went, but my experience was so horrible I feel compelled to warn others before they waste their time too. Do not use this pharmacy. They act like they are doing you a favor for taking your business. The employees attitude is ridiculous. If you do not want a job or to help others do not work at a pharmacy.
Nice people very friendly love CVS never need another pharmacy ever again
I love the staff in the pharmacy. Candi and Melissa are very nice and always treat me really good.
The pharmacist at this location is extremely knowledgeable and helpful.
Weekly ad is huge pain to try to figure out & super expensive. stop with reward card gimics & just lower regular prices jeeeez CVS is horrible place to shop
Avoid this Pharmacy if possible! Ive been there three times to pick up a prescription and all three times, I has given an excuse oh we dont have that in yet, but we will call you when we do. Ok CVS dont tell your customers that you will have there prescriptions when you dont intend to have them or give them a heads up!! I just transferred my prescriptions to a Cub Pharmacy I dont have time to stop in everyday to see if you finally got my order right! You lost a customer im never stepping foot in this store again.
It is in a convenient location. The pharmacy has been getting better, but the prices throughout the store can be a little expensive.
They are slow as heck and rude as heck get more employees and stop eating food every second
They won’t stop calling me, no matter how many times I request to be placed on their do not call list.
Great pharmacy great people
Friendly staff!
