After moving from Texas to Minnesota I was looking for a good audiologist. Since I was 12 I have been going to the same one. I thought I would give HearingLife a chance because I figured having multiple locations they had the resources and experience to help me. So I met with Mike at the Anoka location and got a hearing test. Mike is super knowledgeable and has many years of experience. He truly understands my needs and was able to help me get a pair of new hearing aids, which I was long overdue for. HearingLife offers financing which makes it easier and gave me no excuse not to upgrade to new hearing aids. I look forward to many more wonderful visits with Mike. At this point I dont see myself going anywhere else for my hearing needs.

Very accomodating to my need to reschedule 2x due to illness. Multiple reminders and duplicate confirmation calls. Dr. Was very professional and knowledgable. Did not try to sell me anything I did not need. I appreciated his integrity

Mike Winkler is AWESOME!!! he was very patient with my Mother in law and my wife there was a bit of a language barrier and he took the time to explain it to them. Even when they called me over the phone he took the time to re explain what he had already explained. Thats patients and customer service. And the follow up phone conversation I didnt feel like we were being sold something we didnt want. I felt like I was talking to someone who understood what we were looking for and helped us get the best results for it. I didnt get to meet Mike but I sure felt like we knew each other.Lesa is great as well she knows who I am when i call. the best part is we never got the chance to meet but when ever I call and lesa picks up I always feel comfortable and welcomed because she already knows who Im calling in on behalf of its heart warming.They took care of my mother in law and per her words she feels 20 years younger now that she got her hearing back.I highly recommend anyone to go there and let Mike take care of you.

What a wonderful experience from my first phone call, then office visit and finally fitting my new hearing aids. Oh my... Be very careful. They push you in ways to benefit their bottom line... But not your real needs.

Dishonest and manipulative. Like a used car salesman for hearing aids. avoid the place. Recommended by AARP, but they only use that as a means of hooking you into their business. They do not honor the AARP benefits. Go anywhere else and youll end up with a better deal.
