They were very professional and courteous and had exactly what we were looking for in a new unit. All done in a very timely manner as well.

AC went out on the hottest day of the year. I called eight other places closer to me about an hour north of the metro and they were booked out 3-8 days. Found Air Comfort and was surprised they serviced all the way up in Isanti. Not only that, but they gave me a window that a tech could be here within three or four hours. He arrived in under two hours and solved the issue within 30 minutes. I believe his name was Jim. Very friendly. The appointment schedule was also friendly and called to give about 30 minutes notice of when he would arrive. I will be using them for all heating and cooling business. Highly recommend.

He would have preferred sending someone out 1st thing in the morning; but when I told him I’d have to miss work, he came himself. 8:50pm owner was at my home replacing the thermostat. No charge. Highly recommend this company! I love my Trane 2 stage furnace and AC. Night to day difference from what I had before. John was my salesperson. He was great too. I spent a lot of time researching brands, companies, ratings, customer reviews and prices. I knew both the brand and this company were rock solid.

Good Value for what I needed and was looking for to replace my furnace.

Called Air Comfort Heating late last night because our furnace stopped working. They answered the call and the lady explained the price difference between emergency and regular service. I opted to wait until the morning and was able to have someone out to look at the furnace right away. Joe came out to diagnose. He found and fixed the issue very quickly. Price was told to me upfront and very reasonable. Air Comfort has earned a customer for all my future needs and would highly recommend!

Great overall experience. I would highly recommend them for any repair or installation. John really helped us choose the best AC unit for our house. And he didnt try to push any extras on us. We will be using them to upgrade our furnace as well.

Fast, efficient and friendly service!! Joe came out to diagnose my furnace problem, went to get a new part and got it installed within a couple of hours. The furnace works like new again. My furnace stopped working as the weather began turning cold. I contacted Air Comfort Heating & Air Conditioning. They inspected my furnace and diagnosed the problem. Unfortunately, the furnace needed a new board which they did not stock. Air Comfort ordered the part and loaned electric room heaters to me which kept me comfortable until the board came. Once the part arrived, they scheduled installation at my convenience. Air Comfort provided me with quick and courteous service that fit my busy schedule. The cost was exactly what I was quoted with no surprises. They went above and beyond by providing electric heaters to me at no cost to keep me comfortable. I highly recommend Air Comfort for any heating or air conditioning needs.

I would highly recommend Air Comfort for any of your heating and AC needs! We originally chose another company to install a new furnace and air conditioner and it was a complete disaster. The first system would never pass inspection and had to be torn out and completely redone. We refused to allow the other company to do this and instead chose Air Comfort to come to our rescue! Jim (the owner) helped us navigate the entire process of getting the other company to allow Air Comfort to tear out and start over even before we had a contract with them! John (sales) was with us every step of the way, even showing up on install day to make sure all questions were answered and everything was going perfectly. Our installers were courteous, knowledgeable, and went beyond their call of duty to help us rectify the problems created by our mistake in choosing someone else first. Air Comfort is competitively priced - coming in at about $1,500 LESS than our original company and we received higher quality equipment. Routine scheduled appointment. Outside temperature today was -27F with a -53F wind chill. Joe showed up as scheduled and he had called to say hes on his way. He asked if I had any question or concerns re: the furnace. He checked everything out, changed the filter, and told me what he had done. We contracted for upcoming Spring servicing, and he emailed an invoice. I would recommend Joe and Air Comfort Heating and Air Conditioning in Anoka.

Everyone is helpful, friendly and knowlegable.. They do great work and have good products. They cleaned my ducts with a camera so they could be sure to get everything. They showed me how it works. They protected my carpeting very good. The clean up was very good. They cleaned my dryer vent. I would highly recommend them and if I need anything I will be calling them.

We had our original hot water boiler unit replaced by this company. They did a great job, at a fair price, and completed the work quickly on the scheduled day.

If I’m going to pay $4000+ of my hard earned money for a new AC unit of course I’m going to shop around. It was between Air comfort and one of their competitor. I don’t mind paying a little extra because I’m more of quality than quantity; Trane versus Lennox, both are good brand. The other competitor offered me duct cleaning services (I really wanted it because we just bought the house and wasn’t sure when it was last cleaned). Air Comfort said they’ll do my ducts for no cost. I decided to go with Air Comfort. They came out around 8:30 am and was gone by 11:00 a.m. No complaints on the AC unit. I saw them clean out the main duct and wonder why the other ducts weren’t being cleaned. I just assumed that was it. I told the hubby what they cleaned and he said the competitor said the whole house. Me being dumbfounded goes and take a look at the invoice and there it stated MAIN TRUNK LINE DUCT CLEANING. I got tricked and should have specified in details what they meant by duct cleaning. Lesson learned. They left a mess and didn’t clean up after themselves. There were dust from the duct all over the carpet and my tiles were smudge with tire imprints from the machine.

Air Comfort installed a new furnace and air conditioner and we have been very satisfied. They were fast, clean and went through a long check list with us to make sure they exceeded all our expectations.

Called them, left a message. They never called me to help. Guess they dont like business.
