Went there to look at a suv that I found online that I was very interested in. When I got there, I was told that it was sold. I asked if they had anymore of the same vehicle and Then they keep pushing maybe I can get approved for more money and maybe look for a different car. I didnt feel like 😕 they were trying to help me with something that I wanted, it was something that they wanted because they wanted to sale. 😞

Ive only had the car for 3 days and will revise review if needed. But so far Ive a great experience with Ideal Cars. Being self employed with basically unverified income and at this point not the best credit.... its not always easy to find lenders to work with you. Submited info to Ideal website...2 days later drove off in my 2014 Buick Encore. 1st offer seemed high but Brett and Todd worked with Hughes credit union to get me the payment i wanted with a little more down than i planned. Fair, honest and straightforward.....i couldnt ask for more. Thanks guys.

So far my experience with this place has been terrible!. Thank god i purchased a the warranty with the car because id really be up sh!t creek..owned the car for 2 weeks and have had to take it in for multiple peoblems with the car includung my air conditioning mind you its 114 degrees outside right now. Only thing out of 4 problems with the car that was fixed properly was the battery. Now i have a problem with my rear door not locking and theres a short in the wiring were my headlights and dashboard turn off when i turn the blinkers on or even my headlights. I would not recommend this dealerships. And with the way the main office who handles all the repairs for warranty holders is fixing my car it just doesnt look good. Very very unhappy!
