I stop by at least once a month! The store is always clean and very well organized. The staff is nice, and the products are good quality. Even if Im only looking for something specific I go through the whole store. Its a safe place 🙂

As I entered the store there was a man just standing there near the door. I asked the two cashiers where I go to pick up an online order. The young man (i later found out his name was Joel) said huh? I repeated the question and the woman hissed, just get in line. I did, waited my turn and ended up with Joel. I told him again, I was picking up and online order,. He asked what did you order? I thought that odd, why not ask a name, so I asked him, and he said they get so many online orders it gets confusing going by names. What???? Does everyone order under the same name??? I told him what I ordered and he walked to a VERY small shelving unit and picked up my order. The man that had been waiting by the door also followed me into line and was also picking up and order. The woman at the other register asked him for ID. He had left it in his car, and went to get it. I took my wallet out anticipating Joel asking for mine, but just handed me my order and wished me a nice day. This place is SOOOO confusing. No consistency, or signage to help people . Not to mention the two employees were obviously confused and just rude. I think Ill try another store next time and drive the distance. The two stars were because at least my order was correct.

Went looking for a 6ft folding banquet table...found it at a super great price. As a bonus we found just exactly the 5 piece round dining table we had been searching for. The sales associates were so helpful locating our items. They loaded them into our vehicle and made sure they were secure. Absolutely the best shopping experience. Highly recommend Big Lots on Apache Trail.

I grew up going to a place called Pic n Sav..So thats what I thought Big Lots was..I was nicely surprised see a clean store with some pretty good deals..Just CK expiration dates..Holiday goodies are out. Halloween 🎃 for sure..Good prices lots of inventory. The staff are very helpful and nice..🐈‍⬛🐈‍⬛

This stores since being renovated is always clean and well organized. Feels good to shop here. They do have beautiful decor items and household supplies, etc.. Love Big Lots in the past for their awesome holiday decorations. But was very disappointed they had very little for Fall/Halloween but had big displays for Christmas already. I also dont understand all the storage containers, that while they fill the shelves, emphasize the lack of merchandise. It gives the uneasy feeling they are closing.

AWESOME PEOPLE WORK HERE. Corporate is a joke and these people work wonders. Dont buy lawn furniture regardless of brand as its all the same manufacturer.. they just change the brand and phone #. They carry legitimate brands such as Polaroid etc but beware some of these items are not supported by the manufacturer. Definitely buyer beware.... the people at this location go to bat for you.

This is like a Walmart, but without the crazies you sometimes encounter at Wally-World.Location was clean, plenty of parking, and fast check out.

Good for household and other necessities that you dont want to spend a small fortune for elsewhere. I like that they offer cookies and sweets I cant get in grocery stores. Affordable.

I forget to get them to hold the mustard. They put to much on. And they did not hear my wife ask for nuggets.

Big lots has changed a lot since the last time I was there...however even though they have some discounted items, a lot of their items sell for the same or more than large big box retailers...

Needed a new phone cord for my cell phone. Big Lots had a display right up front that covered all my needs.I recommend shopping Big Lots to save Big, Lots of times. 💞

I will never shop at a Big Lots again. I asked the cashier Chris where I could find sock rudely he gave me a vague description. I located the socks as I approached the counter I could here him talking about me on a radio two other employees were at the door I felt insulted. Wack experience for $5 dollar socks that would have been a better price and quality elsewhere with better treatment would not recommend.

Clean, well lit, and moved the store all around since i was here last. Seems main focus is on furniture nowadays. Still an assortment of merch, not as well priced as before, again may be a reflection on furniture focus. Very open floor plan. A little bit of something for everybody.

Big Lots offers a wide variety of household goods including some groceries at reasonable prices. The furniture they sell is a mixed bag, as some is good quality but some is cheap. If you want decent items at relatively cheap prices in a big box department store setting, then Big Lots is your place.

Strangely enough, you can find a strange array of food items here that you cant find in normal supermarkets. The prices are fairly good, too.

I really like Big Lots, their customer service is excellent. They have some very exotic Asian sauces. Examples: Korean Barbaque Sauce, Duck Sauce, Thai Sauce. Also some dry Thai Mix packs that Im going to try. I tried the K. Sauce, it was fantastic. Prices are reasonable and they except food stamps.

It didnt have as much as Im used to seeing inside a Big Lots, but still has a lot.

This Big Lots is definitely THE cleanest, most well-organized and most well-stocked one Ive ever been in. The best part though was the store employee who approached me...I believe his name was Jason...was the epitome of customer service. While he was helping me I discovered he is a Veteran like myself, so the fact that he approached ME and then went above and beyond to help me, doesnt surprise me. Whatever hes being paid, he most assuredly deserves a serious raise!

On par with other Big Lots stores I have shopped at service wise. That said, find prices a bit high for a chain that sells overstock and close outs in general. Often the consumable items are close dated and have seen expired. Fun to browse but pricing keeps me from buying in the household, personal items, hardware and other sections. Lower quality goods and unfamiliar Brands that do not add up to a value to me at least.This stores location has plenty of parking and is convenient.

This store has everything from gum to furniture. The staff is so helpful and courteous. They have frequent shopper points for discounts. Handicapped accessible parking and entrance. They will load heavy or bulky items for you.

Want the old style Big Lots back, hate that new furniture is what l see first upon entering, nearly turned around & left due to hate having to walk all the way to the back for the best things l came looking for. Furniture seems nice quality but it is as high in price as any regular furniture store. I used to go there to find lots of low priced home goods foods seasonal things now its focus has tipped to were a furniture store with a little bit of other stuff. I will rarely go anymore. Very dissapointed used to be loyal customer.
