Once they took my phone, the repair went smoothly. Getting them to take my phone was the hard part. I visited two different locations on three separate occasions before they took my phone and could honor the two-hour repair process. Its likely the same COVID hiring issue many businesses are facing. Theyre simply arent enough repair techs to keep up with demand. Cant wait to get past this pandemic do these issues stay to fade.

The customer service and technical explanation was excellent. They were able to repair my phone in the estimated time and at a fair price. I highly recommend this location for phone repair services.

I normally do not visit places like this as I tend to keep very good care of my phones. However my Pixel 4 XL had battery issues and they were covered by Google. I called these guys up and they answered all of my questions and offered to call me when the batteries on order came in. They did so and within a couple of hours my phone was back in my hands fixed. Kyle was a pleasure to work with and I appreciate all the work he did fixing my phone. Thanks again!

Excellent service once I walked in for my repair, swapped out my battery in an hour or two and even cleaned up my charging port at no extra cost. Tech was very knowledgeable and chatted tech and smartphones for a time with me.

My daughter shut her phone in the car door, and the screen was shattered. When we brought it in, we were advised that it could be fixed, but there was more extensive damage and was probably not worth it. We ended up getting a new phone.Thanks for the honest assessment and advice!

As was the case the last time I brought my Samsung Galaxy S8 to this company, the staff were kind, extremely helpful and fast. I went in to have my charge port checked out as it had been very tempermental with holding any charge cord I put in it. Turns out it just needed a little cleaning and TLC. Keep doing what you guys do!

I brought my phone to them after cracking the screen. Not only were they friendly and quick with service (only phone-less for four hours) they fixed a warranty issue on the phone that I was not even aware of. Highly recommend.

Was looking for a place to repair my laptop. Stopped at Apple Valley Geek Squad (Best Buy). Was told the diagnostic alone would be $100 (whether or not they could fix it). Decided to look elsewhere. Searched computers near me on Google and found this business about 1/4 mile north of BB. Spoke with Kyle...very professional and knowledgeable. Was told the diagnostic would be free and if it was not fixable (or, feasible to fix) there would be no charge. It ended up not being cost-effective to fix and was charged nothing for his time. He didnt make any money on this transaction but will get all my future business.

I have never cracked a smartphone screen let alone broke a display, but two days after my first crack I dropped my phone again and the screen went dead. I was always skeptical of smartphone repairs, so I assumed I would be buying a new phone. But called these guys just to check.1. They told me what the cost would be if they could fix it, and if they couldnt it would be free.2. I dropped it off - they said come back in an hour and a half.3. I came back and it was done. It cost me $160, but I prefer to think of it as saving me $350+ for the cost of a new phone.From my first call to when I picked up my repaired phone was less than 2 hours. I woke up this morning thinking I was buying a new phone and now mine is as good as new.They were professional, quick and in my calculation more than affordable. Will definitely be going back if I break a screen again. Thanks!

They bricked my iphone by replacing a battery... They were aware that there was a risk of it happening but they did not inform me. A month later it bricked and I was told we cant do anythingRefunding the cost of the battery does not make me having to buy another phone any easier. If they had told me at the time I would not have changed the battery and lived with a sub par battery life on a working phone.Now I have to drop 500 to replace my phone.===edit for the owner: Came in to fix my kids broken screen, while I was there I said maybe you can replace my battery This was in either late September or early October. This morning (Saturday) it started going to the boot screen over and over.So I brought it in and the gentleman at the desk took one look at the serial number and said we cant fix these, replacing any part could lead to the phone breakingThey were polite, professional, and dealt with the situation as best they could. They refunded the cost of the original battery replacement.But at the end of the day I was not told in September of the risk and now Im completely out a phone. To replace the phone itself, if I wanted to buy used, it would cost me 150-200 out of pocket.I would be happy to discuss this with you further.

Went here for a screen repair on a galaxy s9. Easy fast and the employees were very respectful and nice. Phone looks brand new. Shop was clean and easy to find

These guys do a great job. I had a broken phone screen and they were able to fix it very quickly (1.5 hours). They also had the lowest prices advertised from anybody else. They are also certified by Google to work on Google devices (e.g. Pixels). The staff seem friendly and very knowledgeable.The only thing I didnt like is they say they need your password to your phone or theyll have to factory reset your phone. The font offer to have you unlock the phone when/if they need it unlocked. So... Back up your phones data to your computer, and then erase it before brining it, if you want to be on the safe side.

Went through my cellphone provided to replace my screen they were fast professional.

Expected a bla, I was just another customer experience and got just the opposite. Extremely knowledgeable and willingness to take the time to answer any questions with great detail. Learned that they are direct partners with Samsung which means their costs are far less that most of their competitors. I was shocked when the price was $150 less to fix a cracked screen of a Note 20 Ultra 5G than the 6 other shops I price checked before coming here. Also, uBreakiFix was the only shop that had the parts I needed in stock and ready vs ordering and waiting a week like all the other guys. Cracked screen was fixed in a matter of hours. With precision and quality like I just purchased the phone.. Will be returning when the need arises again. Was quite impressed with my whole experience today.

These guys were awesome, worth the extra drive down here to see them. They talked through my issue and the steps that I and google support had already taken, and ultimately were able to determine that this wasnt something that diagnostics and a swapped battery would fix and so Id be better served sending it in for replacement. And this was warranty work that google would have paid them for regardless. Highly recommend these guys they were awesome!

They did a wonderful job on my iPhone. I usually only trust apple for repairs but you can not go wrong taking a broken glass screen to be repaired here.

$300 repair estimate on a phone you can buy complete for $180 doesnt seem right?

I want to say that this place is fantastic. I came in on a Tuesday to see if they were able to fix my phone because I had gone to other places and they didnt fix my Samsung because it wasnt one of the popular models. They got the parts on quick and repaired my phone in great time. I was also ecstatic that they even had a case for my phone as well. I highly highly recommend them. And if I ever need any electronic fixed they will be the first I call.

I brought in a pixel XL 4 that was nearly new, it had been dropped, had a broken screen and had quit working. I had not purchased insurance when it was new and because of the cracked screen I could not send it in under warranty. They gave me good advice of the options available to me, I decided to have them look into it, they were able to find the problem fix it, and repair the screen. I had the phone back and working in less than 2 hours. This is the place I will take all my future phone problems!!
