Today I went in to restock on a couple items I needed and I went In to find out my products was out of stock. And Kris came in and helped me to find an alternative product. And it made my visit so much better!!

Always love to shop without plastic! They even let you try the soaps when you enter! Tooth paste alternatives, deodorant alternatives, shampoo, conditioner, they have it all. However, my sons favorite are the bath bombs, theyre super neat! You can find something for anyone, theres even lipsticks. The staff is also super friendly and helpful:)

Stopped in today and the ladies working there were nothing short of amazing!!! Very willing to help and answer any questions. Been to lots of stores, but this one is my favorite so far. Spent a small fortune, but it was well worth it!!! Amazing products and service. Will definitely return.

Love it! Everything natural. I have a daughter who has a ventilator and oxygen and she can’t have any lip balm with petroleum jelly, so I always buy their lip balm, it’s super soft and it last all day. The staff are super friendly too.

The management and staff are very knowledgeable and are great at giving advice to steer you in the right direction. They are always cheerful and offer samples! My girlfriend turned me on to the herbalism to help with my acne and its been unbelievable! Worth every penny! I usually get the big size and refill every other month or so. Ive also tried the soaps here theyre just as good as their face wash!

My favorite store in the mall. So many products to play with and learn about. Staff here is always so friendly and attentive. They encourage you to play! I come here once a month for our bath bomb haul! The best! Great for kids as well!

Super friendly staff who spent the time to demonstrate how several of their products worked. Its a small store filled with aromatic handmade products! Ask them to create gift bag/baskets with their best-sellers. Good return policy - you can bring back anything that you are not satisfied with.

Ahhhhhh. The smell store. Only went once during holidays and checkout is slow. Sales people are a bit, in yo face. If like feeling like a sardine in a slightly better smelling environment, come during Christmas shopping season!

I 100 % love this store. Firstly, I must tell you that its not cheap. You can easily spend $15 on a chunk of soap. Bath bombs will be as low as $2 and some change. Lets talk about some cool aspects of this store. 1. You can get a demo on a product. 2. If you purchase an item and dont like it, you can return it used. 3. You can ask for a sample of most items but definitely not the face masks. 4. If you buy items in a black tub you can return five of those tubs for a free face mask. 5. They have a great website and a free catalog listing the products and their ingredients. Personally I can go in and spend $80 but thats a good investment for me. Items I get: Jumpin Juniper shampoo bar for dandruff, Daddy -O shampoo for grey hair, Fairly Traded Honey shampoo, Rehab clarifying shampoo, No Drought dry shampoo, Cup O Coffee face scrub, Let the Good Times Roll face/body scrub, Scrubee body scrub and moisturizer, massage bars, bath melts, bath bombs and presents for friends. Clearly I buy a lot of shampoo.

I love lush the products are great. This location has a nice staff. The only thing is lush is pricy so its not the best for everyone. I cant shop her a lot but i do like it.

When I went into the store My friends and I was greeted with help. My friends and I looked around and decided to purchase 3 items together. We went behind the first few people in line. When we waited for about 2-3 minutes I realized that 7 people cut us and formed a new line. I told my friends, we are in the wrong line. And they replied oh haha. One of the Lush workers overheard our conversation and yelled in a mocking way at us YEAH YOU ARENT IN LINE ARENT YOU!. When we went to the real line another worker offered us cherry lotion that is double the price of Vaseline the lotion smelled exactly like Vaseline but with a hint of cherry. When I went home to my bath bomb I found black plastic things in it. It was disgusting. Lush is one of my favorite places but this visit was just a disappointment.

You can smell this store from outside, as soon as you walk in you are greeted with friendly staff and great smells. They have diffrent kinds of soaps for diffrent uses. They had free samples of these odd mouthwash tablets i had never seen before, you just leave them on the tip of your toungue and freshen up your mouth, it burned a little but worked amazingly I loved them. Its a small store but overall really great.

The mixture of different smells are very heavy. Its very strong and attacks my nose, but quality of products seem very nice, a bit expensive but its an ok place.
